We had a wonderful stay in the villa. It was located within a beautiful and private condominium. The area is quite yet close to both downtown tulum and the beach area. Host was very attentive and responsive and resolved all requests we had. Overall, we had a great time in Tulum!

As a family of 4 we stayed for two weeks at the Villa and had a great experience. The concierge team from start to finish were clear and welcoming with all instructions and throughout our stay were on hand for recommendations, bookings and general Q’s. The villa was clean and tidy, we also had cleaners come in throughout our stay - which was a great bonus! The pools were cleaned daily. All staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The place was easy to find, it was tidy, the instructions were clear, easy access and with the amenities they mention. The place is identical to the photos, Andrea and Rafael's service was excellent, they were attentive at all times. I think the price is worth it for the place, I really recommend it.

The house is very comfortable, and the people who work for Rentals Tulum are very friendly and respond immediately if you have an emergency.

This place is quiet and very easy to reach by car! Above all, the roads up to there are predominantly well developed, which is not the case everywhere "yet" in Tulum. Communication was extremely good. Actually one more star when we 🙏 arrived, repair work had to be done because of a defective air conditioner, and you went out of her way to do it as quickly as possible! We were very disappointed at the entrance, as we had booked this place with great expectation and had been a little too high coming from Germany, probably our cleanliness standard compared to the dusty Tulum. However, I need to get rid of a little criticism! The rooftop is definitely missing loungers to relax! There are 2 uncomfortable massive chairs and seating reminiscent of a sofa. If I consider that this "house" for min. 6 people is laid out, then something is missing there to relax together!

A Perfect Stay in Tulum – Highly Recommended! Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Tulum! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful and serene location. The house was immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The two pools were a fantastic bonus, offering plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the warm weather. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. The host truly went above and beyond—even assisting us promptly when our 7-year-old accidentally the toilet. They also connected us with a private chef, which was an incredible touch that made our experience even more special. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay, thanks to 24-hour security and the dedicated parking spaces reserved just for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, towels, and filtered water, making meal prep effortless.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Although there were a few minor issues at the start, the host addressed them quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, which made everything much easier. We really appreciated the host's responsiveness and availability. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant experience and attentive service.
