Beautiful home!

Our stay was excellent. The house is located in the Hipódromo Condesa area, in a very convenient location for getting around the city. Everything was spotlessly clean. The house is very nice, spacious and very comfortable, especially for large groups. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

AMAZING HOST! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The home is exactly as described—very spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups or families. Our experience was so amazing that we even extended our stay by an additional three days! Restaurants, shopping, and a park are all just minutes away. There are coffee shops on every corner, and even a Starbucks right down the street. During the last two days of our stay, my parents became ill and needed to rest. Without even knowing our situation, Jorge kindly offered us a courtesy late checkout until 8:00 PM, which helped tremendously since my parents were moving slowly. To top it all off, my father accidentally left his passport at the house after he checked out. Jorge immediately came to the rescue by returning to the property, finding the passport, and sending it to us via Uber! Thanks to him, my father had his passport in time for his 6:00 AM flight the next morning. If you're considering staying here, book it—you won't be disappointed!

Our large family was in town for a wedding and this space was our sanctuary. It was so wonderful to come back to our rooftop each night! We were able to stretch our whole still having room to gather. Jorge was great to work with and made us feel so welcome

We had an excellent stay; everything is as shown in the photos. Very comfortable beds and a large terrace. The street is a bit noisy, but overall it's an excellent location.

The house is modern, well located, and backed by an incredible team. Miguel, Remy, and their crew were exceptionally responsive, handling any questions quickly and professionally, connecting us with an events team for a milestone 40th celebration, and even replacing the TV on short notice for the Super Bowl. They truly went above and beyond! Worth noting for large groups: the three top floor bedrooms are quite small, with little room for luggage. The bathroom configurations are also a bit impractical—one bedroom has an en-suite shower but no toilet, another has a toilet but no shower, and two shared bathrooms feature multiple showers in a single room. The only real downside was that the house was painted the day we checked in; the fumes were very strong and unfortunately impacted sleep for several of us. Overall, the hospitality is world-class, but the layout is likely best suited for slightly smaller groups who don't mind a unique setup.

Great Location... Mondrian, and Hyatt Andaz on same street just a block down, but this home was nestled in a slightly more relaxed area. Lots of clean rooms with great beds, and a terrific terrace!

We were twelve people, three families traveling together, ages 12-60 and this place was ideal. Plenty of space for everyone and the roof terrace was a perfect place to congregate or to take a break and read or relax. The location was excellent, everything was easily accessible via walking, public transport or uber. Remy was very responsive to all our questions and needs and we booked two tours through him which were highlights of our visit to CDMX. Highly recommended this listing and this host.

Great Place To Stay In When Having A lot Of Guests. Every Room Is Very Spacious. My Favorite Part Of This House Was The Mattresses & Pillows. SUPER COMFORTABLE & COZY! Remy was really quick on responding to my messages when needed assistance 100% accuracy.

We had a great time and the location was so close to amazing cafes/restaurants. It was able to accommodate all 16 of us comfortably, good water pressure and the common rooms set up for hanging out for extended time. Would highly recommend and would be interested in any of his properties in the future Thanks for such a good experience

This was a perfect apartment for our group. We had plenty of group meeting space, and everyone loved their rooms. The location in Condesa was amazing, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do, with a great restaurant and cafe right across the street

Such an amazing place to stay!! The host for the bnb was extremely accommodating especially since so many of us were traveling in from the US. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the home early and check out late which was so convenient with our flight times! Honestly, this host deserves so much more than just 5 stars. Extremely quick with responses, very accommodating, bnb is right across from a cafe which I’ll let you know is convenient for early morning coffee runs. Has everything you need in this home!

Since we arrived we were impressed with how beautiful it is, every corner is well kept and has a lot of space (nine bedrooms!). The hosts were excellent: very responsible, attentive and always responded quickly to any message, which made everything much easier and more enjoyable. Value for money is unbeatable. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations and I was delighted with my stay. My plans are to return to this house every time I travel to Mexico, because it really is a place that makes vacations unforgettable. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret it.

Location location location! So close to everything and there’s a convenience store 1 min away. The property was as exactly described. Plenty of beds and bathroom for all my guests and it was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here! Communication was easy and our hosts were easy going.

Lovely area to stay in Mexico City! It's very hard to find a place with this many bedrooms that isn't a handful of apartments put together. This is truly a 10 bedroom house, which is rare to find in Mexico City.

Really beautiful space in the perfect area! We received the space in immaculate condition and it was exactly like the photos. A stunning space overall with very comfy beds and seating areas. The house is in the best area! Everything is available in walking distance: food, drinks, events/sites, fast Uber pickups, etc. Remy was the perfect host! Very easy to follow instructions and near immediate replies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very responsive host. Great dining recommendations. Entire group approved and enjoyed - especially Ojo de Agua. We visited multiple times for a healthy breakfast. Above and beyond helped with printing tickets for an event. Comfy beds. Hot showers. It’d be great if you could shut the door to upstairs without locking for those who are sleeping. We had to leave the door slightly open which added to a few mosquitoes.

Remy's place was amazing! Plenty of room, absolutely beautiful space with lots of natural light and breezy outdoor areas. The place was very clean and the check-in was easy. The host went above and beyond to help when we left some small items, the host helped send our items back to us in the US! They were absolutely fantastic, and we had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved this place! We were a group of 9 people, and we had enough space to lounge around, had rooms for each of us, and also enough and pleasant common areas to hang around. Really appreciated the host's communications, and flexibility. Highly recommend, and absolutely would come back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was big and spacious, perfect for a large family or even two families traveling together. The beds and linens were the most comfortable I've experienced in any Airbnb, making it feel like a true home away from home. The coastal boho decor was stunning, giving off beautiful Tulum beach vibes that made the space feel even more special. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it, as we were there for an extended layover in CDMX. I will definitely be back

We had a very pleasant stay, the instructions were very clear. The place is very nice, the house is very cozy, quite spacious for everyone, it is in a very good place, it has many things nearby, the attention of the host was quite good, kind and quick, it instantly solved a water leak, of course we would come back to stay in the house again.

The place was incredible and easy access to alot of the activities we were doing. We went for the mx city marathon and it passed a half block from the airbnb which was great for the rest of the family cheering on. The communication was great and very punctual it was an overall great experience.

Super responsive hosts from check in through check out. Leading up to the visit they were responsive to all inquiries and provided many recommendations. They greeted us at the visit and were available if anything came up.

Beautiful home! Just like in the pictures. The decor is beautiful! The beds are the most comfortable! And the terrace is perfect! Communication was super friendly and quick, and they did the impossible to make my stay perfect. Pedi several favors and in all of them helped me a lot. The house is super equipped, very spacious, the spaces are super well used, several areas to live together. Unique design details. Super happy with my stay. 100% will be back.

This was an amazing place to stay! In a great location where we felt safe 100% of the time and close to a lot of restaurants and a few parks. This is one of the best teams of host I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was awesome, we met the crew, and they even showed us the house and also made amazing recommendations. A+++. The house was perfect for our group of 7, never had water pressure issues, and everything was as described. Never felt like we needed air conditioning either. All in all, we recommend this place 100% for everything mentioned above. They have an incredible team.

Remy’s airbnb is perfect for a large group trip. The space has ample bedrooms and bathrooms and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The rooftop patio is such a nice space to have and where we spent most of our time when we were at the place. The location in CDMX is pretty tough to beat, walking distance to many amazing neighborhoods and parks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful and made us truly feel like guests that were being taken care of. Thank you to the whole team!

This house was perfect for my group of 12. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms, etc which from what I understand is rare in CDMX. The rooftop deck was great for hanging out and that location was unbeatable. Remys staff was extremely responsive and helpful; they were able to quickly resolve all questions. One thing worth noting is that the house does not have AC, and while each room had fans, some of our guests complained of having trouble sleeping in the heat. With that said, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend for any family or large group.

Our stay was seamless and then some with Remy offering us an complimentary late check out since there was no guests immediately following our stay. Location is great for walking and exploring la condesa. Would definitely stay here a gain if coming back with a large group!

Luxurious Airbnb that’s centrally located, spacious, and modern. This Airbnb has all the creature comforts of home and is walkable to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and a great park to relax in while the kids play.

Wow. Staying here felt like home and host of the year. This is a stunning property with extremely comfortable bedrooms and all the space you would need. I appreciated the communal aspect of the kitchen and living spaces and the rooftop is next level. Attention to detail here is also top notch, and all of my encounters with Mike were extremely pleasant and friendly. This is well worth the price.

Great house for large groups. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The upper terrace is beautiful. Lots of restaurants and bars near by and super easy to Uber anywhere in the city. The hosts were very responsive to check in-out times, provided a great list of favorite local spots. I would highly recommend.

This property is something special, from the sheer size to the location, to the amazing rooftop terrace that makes you feel like you’re at a 5 star hotel bar, I can’t recommend staying here enough. My family and I stayed here for four night and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!

Everything about this place was perfect. My girlfriends and I felt extremely safe, everything was within walking distance, and the home was beautiful. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, and they even greeted us upon arrival to tour us through the house. As questions popped up during our stay, Mike was extremely responsive and answered everything right away. The home itself is beautiful and such a vibe. The upstairs terrace was the perfect hangout spot. We were so happy here!!!!

This place was really beautiful! Great location, impressive design. (Especially the rooftop!) The beds were very comfortable. Felt like a boutique hotel. If it's something that is important to you, be aware that this location does not have air conditioning and can get quite warm.
