Our stay was excellent. The house is located in the Hipódromo Condesa area, in a very convenient location for getting around the city. Everything was spotlessly clean. The house is very nice, spacious and very comfortable, especially for large groups. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

AMAZING HOST! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The home is exactly as described—very spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups or families. Our experience was so amazing that we even extended our stay by an additional three days! Restaurants, shopping, and a park are all just minutes away. There are coffee shops on every corner, and even a Starbucks right down the street. During the last two days of our stay, my parents became ill and needed to rest. Without even knowing our situation, Jorge kindly offered us a courtesy late checkout until 8:00 PM, which helped tremendously since my parents were moving slowly. To top it all off, my father accidentally left his passport at the house after he checked out. Jorge immediately came to the rescue by returning to the property, finding the passport, and sending it to us via Uber! Thanks to him, my father had his passport in time for his 6:00 AM flight the next morning. If you're considering staying here, book it—you won't be disappointed!

Great location, perfect for a large group and very safe neighborhood. We appreciate they did the shopping for us as well and we had an amazing trip because of the Airbnb!

Had such a great stay here for my bachelorette! Amazing and responsive hosts. Perfect location. Was worried about no AC but trust the reviews - the fans do the trick. Plenty of space and love the rooftop.

Our large family was in town for a wedding and this space was our sanctuary. It was so wonderful to come back to our rooftop each night! We were able to stretch our whole still having room to gather. Jorge was great to work with and made us feel so welcome

We booked Casa Soul for a special group celebration, but the stay was significantly impacted by a persistent sewage odor throughout the property. From early on, a strong sewage smell permeated bedrooms and common areas and was continuous, not occasional. When we reported it, the property manager initially advised closing windows and said they would bring incense — which reflects the nature of the issue. While steps were later discussed, meaningful action was delayed until Airbnb became involved, and the problem was never resolved during our stay. Additionally, the kitchen, living, and dining areas did not match the listing photos. Ultimately, we had to relocate mid-stay, requiring repacking and disrupting planned events. Given the severity of the odor and listing discrepancies, this fell well below expectations. Future guests should confirm these issues have been fully addressed. In hindsight, we should have contacted Airbnb earlier in the process.
