great place

Awesome place to stay. We went in a large group and had all 5 apartments on the 36th floor. Fantastic view, pictures don’t do justice. Beach is literally across the street, pool on top floor. Washer and dryer came in handy. They provided coffee and detergent. Colombian coffee is a plus! There were more bathrooms in the bigger apartments than we thought. The largest apartment had 3 bathrooms! Was overall perfect for what we needed and the communication was great. Would definitely come again.

The apartment right across the beach. You just cross the road and you are at the beach. The views from every balcony ans bedroom is spectacular. The apartment is much nicer than as seen on the pictures. Host was quick to respond whenever we asked something and Pedro was very nice and helpful. Pedro went over ans beyond whenever we needed help from him or recommendation for things around

WE HAD A GREAT TIME! THE APARTMENTS ARE AS SEEN IN THE PHOTOS, AND THIS IS NOT USUAL. CONGRATULATIONS ON TAKING PHOTOS THAT REFLECT REALITY! VERY WELL LOCATED, AND WITH ALL THE AMENITIES NEARBY. I came with my family of 14 and rented all units on the 36th floor.. all apartments were great.. all had AMAZING ocean and city views. Apartments were cleaned and were exactly as seen on site..all apartments are equipped with washer/dryer and all the kitchen necessities that you need..A/C was on point..security at entrance was also a plus…All in all I would definitely stay here again..

Great host, check- in and check-out made very easy. Pedro and Martha were the concierge for our units and they were able to help us throughout our entire stay, always readily available. Martha even helped nanny for my six month old nephew. Highly recommend.

This is a nice, affordable and safe place to stay in Cartagena. The view is breathtaking and like that every room have its own bathroom. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. I will definitely stay at this location every time I am in Cartagena.

It was a very pleasant tume at their place, friendly workers , clean place, we really enjoyed it.

Everything about this property was great! From start to finish the entire staff helped my group with any questions and request we had. 24/7 security was a plus, not to mention the view was AMAZING. We will definitely stay here again!!!

2nd time staying with this host and cannot say more about how great and easy the process has been. Very accessible available and great communication. Rented out the entire floor for a family vacation and has a great time. The pool and balcony views are incredible. It's always disappointing when pictures from advertisements build anticipation, but reality leaves you underwhelmed. However, that was not the case with these accommodations. The decor was chic and modern, the kitchen was fully equipped, the host was timely with responses, and the view was spectacular. What a gem and great value! I highly recommend this place, and I would undoubtedly stay here again.

The place was great and was perfect for our trip. Had a bit of trouble getting checked in, but overall it was exactly what we were looking for. Would stay here again if I came back.

Amazing place, great hosts, very clean. Ana is great. I do recommend this place. Only con is security wont let you have a guests past 4am friends or not, and they come up and make a scene if you’re late bringing them down. Very unprofessional. We originally booked 2 extra who backed out at the last minute and weren’t allowed to fill their spots. If you bring extra guests for a night they shouldn’t have to be escorted out like a criminal at 4am. If you want to charge extra for a nightly guest then do so and I sure nobody would have an issue, but being escorted out by security guards??! Extremely unprofessional and just plain bulls**t. Makes you wanna use a hotel instead.

Everything was as I expected

Place is amazing. In reality it is 5 apartments instead of 1 large 8 bedroom but its fine as you have the whole floor to yourself. Bang for your buck you cannot beat this deal in cartagena. Houses all go for almost double. The only negative i can think of is if u have guests over security comes at 4am to tell them to leave. All guests have to leave by 4am; otherwise ana , and the apartment are fantastic.

This is one of the most beautiful places you will ever stay in Cartagena. Very Very Beautiful and modern. 100 % recommended. We had the entire floor of 8 rooms with 8 guys. Very safe and 24 he security. Right in the hot of Bogagrande . The host was very helpful. We lock the keys few times and she came to open the doors for us without any issues. Thanks.
