The space The 5 apartments features high-quality finishings, recently purchased furniture and appliances, and a modern, tasteful interior decoration. A/C, washer and dryer, water heater. Large screen TV's in all bedrooms. - Restriction for visitors: For this apt there can be registered a maximum of 24 people, counting guests and visitors. By having the 24 allowed registrations you will not be allowed to register an additional person. PS: We must be informed of the full name of the visitors as we must send an email to the building admin prior their arrival to be allowed to enter the building. Visitors can only check in at the front desk until 10pm. Guest access Fully equipped gym (20,000 COP per hour) Top-floor pool. 24/7 Lobby + Security. Awesome place to stay. We went in a large group and had all 5 apartments on the 36th floor. Fantastic view, pictures don’t do justice. Beach is literally across the street, pool on top floor. Washer and dryer came in handy. They provided coffee and detergent. Colombian coffee is a plus! There were more bathrooms in the bigger apartments than we thought. The largest apartment had 3 bathrooms! Was overall perfect for what we needed and the communication was great. Would definitely come again.

My stay at this Cartagena beachfront Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The apartment right across the beach. You just cross the road and you are at the beach. The views from every balcony ans bedroom is spectacular. The apartment is much nicer than as seen on the pictures. Host was quick to respond whenever we asked something and Pedro was very nice and helpful. Pedro went over ans beyond whenever we needed help from him or recommendation for things around

I have been using Airbnb for many years, and I have never experienced an issue like this with a host. I book this property for myself and 10 other guests. The property was very nice and clean but the issue was I booked 5 units to a penthouse suite that would have accommodate 11 guests. On arrival to the property two beds were missing. I reached out to the host about the two missing beds, which on Airbnb website the property clearly stated the description of the rooms/beds prior to me booking this property, but that’s not what I got. The host gave me such a hard time about the two missing bed, so I contacted Airbnb about the issue and I asked for partial of my money back for the inconvenience of the two missing beds. The host didn’t want to refund me back partial of the money, for the inaccurate and misleading property descriptions. The host was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. My stay at this property along side my guests was not comfortable to say the least, despite
