We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one stands out as one of our favorites. The villa was exactly as pictured—spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bedrooms stayed cool with great A/C, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor living space, private pool, and views were even better in person. My favorite mornings were waking to the sound of the waves as the sky slowly changed from darkness to light. The location on the north end of Sayulita was perfect. We highly recommend renting a golf cart because of the hill. Theo is, without question, the best property manager we’ve ever worked with. He greeted us personally, shared excellent local recommendations, arranged a private chef for welcome appetizers and our first dinner, and was always quick to respond. As fellow STR hosts, we hope our guests feel as well cared for as Theo made us feel. The private casita was a huge bonus for our group. We’d return to Sayulita just to stay in this home again

Beautiful location with absolutely stunning views. Theo was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Any time we had a question or concern, he was extremely responsive and quick to assist. I would 1000% recommend renting a golf cart—there’s no way we would have wanted to walk up and down the hill for activities every day. Being able to drive the golf cart into town made getting around so much easier and added a lot of convenience to our trip. The chefs, Alicia and Jorge, were AMAZING. They prepared breakfast for us every morning, which made our mornings so relaxing and enjoyable. Sitting back, enjoying a delicious meal, and taking in the beautiful views was one of the highlights of our stay. We visited during a very hot time of year (June), so I would recommend packing bug spray and even portable fans or misters if you’re sensitive to the heat. As with many tropical areas in Mexico, there are plenty of bugs, so it’s good to come prepared. Overall, everything was amazing.
