This place is absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos. It was extremely clean and thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. Just across the street is Provenza, full of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Having so many options steps away was a huge plus, and all of El Poblado is walkable from the apartment. The balcony view is breathtaking. I’ll truly miss having my morning coffee there every day while enjoying the beautiful view. The building feels very safe, with a friendly guard always present. The service was exceptional. There’s a dedicated team available, and Simon even took care of grocery shopping, so everything was ready for our BBQ and hot tub night. Above and beyond service! We even showed the apartment to friends visiting Medellín, and they immediately asked for the booking info because they loved it too. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Medellin. It was exactly as shown in the photos—beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless and very well organized, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed to feel completely comfortable during our trip. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and all the main areas we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind. When we needed assistance, he replied immediately and made sure everything was taken care of right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. The Belmont Penthouse is an outstanding place to stay. The staff provided the best assistance I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb — responsive, professional, and always helpful. The property itself was spotless, everything extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect and I felt completely secure with 24-hour security at the front door. The only small improvement I’d suggest is making the Wi-Fi code easier to find — instead of keeping it in the digital guidebook, it would be great to have it posted somewhere inside the unit. Overall, a top-tier experience. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I’ve traveled quite a bit and this is definitely one of, if not the best AirBnB I’ve stayed in. And adding to the experience was Simon, he was just a fantastic host. The home itself was immaculate and everything worked, especially the jacuzzi. While the home looked incredible in the online photos, it was even better in person. The location was perfect for walking through the Provenza and Poblado areas, only a few steps away from all of the restaurants and main streets. And at the end of a late night we could walk home and feel very safe getting in. What surprised me the most was how incredibly helpful Simon was in making sure we had a great stay. He was the most accommodative host I have ever stayed with and can’t thank him enough for his kindness. It was our first time in Colombia and he truly made us feel at home. I wish I could have rated this AirBnB more than 5 stars.

The location was ideal. It was easy to walk to the restaurants and attractions that are usually popular with tourists. The 24 hour presence of a security guard insures that only authorized people can enter. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and the location felt very safe with plenty of great restaurants and cafés just steps away. The rooftop terrace and hot tub were amazing. Perfect for relaxing after exploring Medellín. It can get a bit lively at night since it’s near the party area, but the energy of the neighborhood added to the fun. Highly recommend this place!

I have been to Medellín 5 times now, and this was the best place I ever stayed at. The penthouse apartment went beyond my expectations. It was spacious, clean, modern, and in the perfect location walkable to the popular restaurants and night life. The biggest plus was our personal concierge Simon. He made sure we had whatever we needed. Arranged airport pickups/drop off, currency exchange, local recommendations, and also provided us with a great chef to make us breakfast every morning during our stay. This will be the only place I stay from now on when I visit Medellín

I have been going to Colombia for 6 years now. Daniels place is one of the nicest I have stayed. The was not one single-issue for the whole time we stayed. Our guest was welcome to come in and the front security was always friendly. We walked to everything in Provenza and Pargue lleres. I will be back soon and will book this place again.

Far and away the best place to stay in Medellin. Absolutely fantastic, you can tell the owners put real thought into the home experience, from the beautifully stocked and stacked kitchen, to the numerous touches and endless space. What really set this experience apart was Daniel, Santiago, and Alejandra’s professionalism. They were all very warm, with tons of local recommendations. Anytime I had a question, the response was almost instant and always helpful. This place was amazing, blew my expectations out the water. Such a beautiful and elegant place, but most importantly, the staff was THE BEST! Our concierge, Santiago, was at our service almost 24/7 (he has to sleep) but that guy is a workhorse and will get you everything and anything that you need. We went horseback riding and to a the national soccer game with him, solid dude and knows all the connections in Colombia. Seriously, he has connections to ANYTHING, just like the Airbnb claimed. The cleaning lady and her husband were so diligent and great at their jobs. Every the doorman and woman were amazing. I can’t recommend this spot more, it’s made our stay in Colombia the BEST!

This was and will forever be the best Airbnb. We didn’t even want to leave the apartment, but it was in such an ideal location that we couldn’t resist the urge to explore all the things to see and do nearby. Situated right next to everything, and luckily the apartment is completely soundproof; the best of both worlds. Very spacious, very clean, and with very fascinating art & decor at every turn. This is a fabulous penthouse. We had high expectations based on the listing, and they were exceeded! The location is great- on a quiet corner but easy and safe walking distance to the vibrant el Poblado commercial district. The unit has high-end features, high-end furniture, and high-end glassware, cutlery, and crockery. Alejandra was amazing! She arranged gourmet meals for us, prepared in-house, and presented them on the table beautifully! She also insisted on doing our laundry. Simon, the concierge, arranged transportation, and was highly responsive regarding our visit. Daniel, the owner, was always in touch, checking on our experience. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend to my friends. Other reviews mentioned that the master bedroom did not have its own locking door- true, but privacy and noise were not a problem at all, and the design adds to the bedroom aesthetic, along with the outdoor shower, the master balcony, and huge master walk-in closet. We loved it!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse! The space was stunning, with multiple balconies offering incredible views. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from Provenza, so we didn’t need to Uber or taxi to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and bars. The hot tub and grill were perfect for relaxing and entertaining, we even hosted a small BBQ party, and our guests loved it! The building also has a doorman, which made us feel extra secure and right at home. But what really made our stay exceptional was the concierge service provided by Simón. He was incredibly attentive, organized, and communicative. Not only did he help with everything related to the Airbnb, but he also went above and beyond to assist with transportation, recommendations, and local insights. He is lovely to work with and just an amazing human being in general! If you need anything during your stay, Simón is your guy. Highly recommend this Airbnb, definitely staying here again!

I’ve traveled to hundreds of cities around the world and usually not much stands out at our accommodation. At this property however, everything stood out as exceptional. The penthouse is spacious, clean, perfectly laid out with all the necessary amenities, safe, centrally located, and great outdoor space. What made it truly exceptional though was the incredible team dedicated to this property. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs, answer our questions, and respond to any issues that came up. We were a family of infants, teens, young adults, and grandparents. Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay. We were able to create a balance of family time, adult time, daytime activities, and night time fun. A key factor in making all this possible is our dedicated concierge Simon. Not only he is resourceful, friendly, responsive, professional, and proactive - but he is also an all around kind and beautiful human being. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and I must say Daniel’s place was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The apartment is spacious, clean, and located in a perfect location. The view from the balcony and the jacuzzi on the terrace were amazing. I would give this property 10 stars if I could because the amazing property manager Simon who was there for us with any time we needed something or had questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. Our vacation wouldn’t had been the same if it wasn’t for Simon. Thank you! Staying at Daniel's penthouse was an absolute pleasure. The space is impeccably designed. It may be the best looking Airbnb I have ever stayed in Colombia. The attention to detail in the design is incredible. The main room is unbelievable and the other 3 bedrooms are also great. Equipped with a large living space, hot tub and excellent kitchen - there really isn't anything you could be wanting! Well located near Provenza, it's a great place for anyone staying in the area. The front desk folks are friendly and the guest policy is very accommodating. We had a few folks come by before dinner and we never had issues. Highly recommended. Daniel is a great host, very responsive. We even stayed an extra day because we loved the space so much!

Absolutely stunning penthouse, so large, fully stocked, clean, expansive. We didn’t even get to fully utilize everything offered because it was in such a great location we were having such a great time. I will definitely be coming back here. We had a great time at Daniel's location. It's right at the end of Provenza so you are fairly away from the chaos but just close enough to walk there in <3m. The house was clean and felt top notch for the area. The street noise is something you can't avoid, cars and trucks will always pass through during the day and night but at least you don't hear the partying from the clubs or bars. The building felt very safe and everyone was very friendly. We'd go back for sure!

The place is great. My favorite part was that they had a chef come in and prepare an American breakfast that was top-notch. I think the whole bill was 150 Colombian for two people which felt like a bargain.

This place was great Provenza is literally a block away no need to take Ubers if you want to party. All of the employees in the building were super nice always helpful with any questions we had. This place is definitely a 10/10 stay for anyone visiting Colombia Big shout out to Simon! He helped us check in and showed us around some of the night life. He also kept in contact with me pretty much 24/7 no matter the time he always responded.

Simon is the absolute BEST host I have ever encountered in any Airbnb experience! Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, available, I mean I could throw thousands of adjectives to describe how positively he impacted our experience! 20 out of ten experience! The Belmonte did not disappoint in any way from amenities to security to additional services (highly recommended their chef services with Neomar and Ale!) to Simon facilitating absolutely EVERYTHING from private transportation to excursions to club experiences you need not worry about anything, just tell him what you want your experience to be and he will handle the rest! Daniel’s listing was a surprise, it was very luxurious with an open concept and modern feel. Everyone loved this place. This place couldn’t be any better. Also, the security was very proactive with 24/7 monitoring and ID Checks for guests. No one could enter, including food deliveries, without the resident picking them up. Daniel’s even had plenty of activities to do at a reasonable price without being pressured to use his services. I will definitely come back and use his services every time.

One of the best Airbnb apartments we’ve stayed in on our travels. Being our first time in Colombia and Medellin we were worried about security but we felt safe, and secure here. Apartment is great with some very nice finishings too. Building has security 24/7 and Daniel’s team including Santiago and Ale were very helpful. We had to extend our stay twice and the team were on hand to support us with any requests no matter how or small. We will definitely visit and stay here again!
