The Belmonte Penthouse is located in Provenza, one of Medellín’s most exclusive neighborhoods. A premier boutique hotel owned by Maluma is next door. One block away, you will find some of the city’s best dining, while the famous pedestrian street two blocks away comes alive each evening with visitors from throughout Medellín.

Privacy is a key feature of the penthouse. The property occupies the entire floor and shares only a three-foot-thick concrete wall with one neighbor. Responsible parties are permitted, and visitors are welcome in accordance with Colombian law.

Please remember that you are staying in a private home rather than a hotel. Treat the space with care and respect.

• If an issue arises, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
• No one lives on-site 24/7, but at least one doorman is always present in the lobby.
• Although the interior has been fully modernized, the building is approximately 30 years old.
• Water pressure is lower than what some guests may be accustomed to, particularly those from the United States.
• For reservations with four or more guests, simultaneous showers provide approximately 7–8 minutes of hot water per person.
• The apartment is on the third floor of a three-story building with no elevator.
• Security staff can assist with luggage.
• Four single, double-thickness air mattresses are available upon request.

In-Home Meals

In-home meals are available for an additional cost.

• A simple cooked breakfast, including drinks, is available from the cleaner for $10 or 40,000 COP per person.
• The cleaner’s husband is a certified chef who can prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner for an additional fee.
• Meal arrangements with the cleaner and her husband are discussed directly after booking.
• The concierge can provide additional cooking options.
