It is a beautiful place and close to everything important, such as the Xcaret parks.

We had such a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place! The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and just a short walk to the beach. Daniel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This place was special. The living room and bedrooms have great sliding glass doors that made you feel like you were surrounded with the scenery. The pool was incredible. The staff was super friendly. AND there was a family of coatis that roamed around every morning! They were adorable. Also saw many iguanas and the hammocks over the water were surreal.

This condo is gorgeous that's what happens when you stay with a super host! Had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with along with Carlos. We would definitely book with him again.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 8 days in February. The condo was lovely. The resort is beautiful, although it is currently undergoing quite a few updates, leading to some construction noise during the day. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and grounds. The beach was also very nice and has soft sand. Check in was easy and the parking spot is close to the condo. The condo is located centrally within the resort, granting quick access to the pool. Much to my surprise, it even has a slight partial ocean view from the patio. We really enjoyed our stay here.

If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of things, this is the place to do it!! This is our first experience in Mareazul and were very impressed with the condo and the resort itself. This condo was like a home away from home... very well laid out and comfortable. The area also feels very safe with onsite security 24/7. One of our favorite conveniences was the close access to the beautiful pool and the short walk to the white sands of the beach. Another bonus is that there are two restaurants on site with very good food for a moderate price. It is also easy to book transportation from the front desk for anywhere that you want to go. We would definitely recommend this condo for your Mexico vacation.

Daniel's condo (403S) is FANTASTIC! The complex is gorgeous and the unit is well appointed and perfectly located just steps from the beautiful pool. If you chose to stock up on groceries and stay put in or near the condo for your visit, there is a Soriana (like Target) about 5 minutes away in a car, and an Oxxo (7-11) just outside the complex, and the two restaurants on the grounds are really good. The beach is excellent. It was easy for us to get chairs even without reserving them and the sand is powdery and delightful. The second day we were there lots of seaweed washed ashore and the staff got right on raking it up. The next day it was gone. Impressive! I really enjoyed walking or jogging Avenida 5 into the heart of Playa del Carmen most mornings. It's a 30 minute walk out the front door, down (south) Avenida 5 to Crisol Cafe which has really good coffee and pastry. This Airbnb was perfect for a quiet restful vacay with easy access action when we wanted it. Thanks Daniel!

This place is amazing! Daniel has such a beautiful place here at Marazul. The property grounds and beach is beautiful. We love the private entry to enter the property and additional security check points and building access codes. This property is remotely located from other properties that share the same private entry from the main highway. It made us feel safe and at home. The amenities in the room and property were great. The pool area is huge and relaxing. The room itself is amazing and decorated nicely. Beds were super comfortable. It was nice having washer/dryer in room to keep clothes freshly clean and allowed for light packing. The only downside was the renovation construction going on in the top floor condo directly above us. It was unfortunate because it was out of Daniel's control but whoever the property owner is should have been more considerate to their neighbors. There was fallen debris on our patio deck. Daniel was very responsive in trying to get this resolved. Thx D

The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. What I really liked was the pool area and the beach, it's very nice and quiet for children and older adults.

Daniel’s place is simply beautiful — we felt right at home. The facilities are great overall, and the pools are gorgeous. My only recommendation is to come prepared with a good mosquito repellent, especially if you’re traveling with kids. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

I have been traveling to Playa Del Carmen for several years with my family. Our experience during our recent stay was exceptional, as our host was highly responsive and accommodating. The residence itself was remarkable. I would recommend this location, as my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The place is BEAUTIFUL, the location is excellent since the beach is safe, clean and very well located. There are many things to do, it is a perfect environment for families.

The best accommodation in Playa del Carmen, it had everything you need to enjoy an incredible vacation. Totally recommended. Me and my family had an amazing experience in Daniel's rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the property! It was even more impressive than the photos suggested! The landscape was impeccably maintained, creating a quiet and inviting atmosphere. During our stay, everyone in the place was kind, friendly and always willing to help us. This made our visit even more enjoyable and stress-free. My family felt like home and we created lasting memories during our stay here! We can't wait to come back for another amazing stay!

Daniel’s place was great for small family, quiet and I can guarantee the place is safe . Nice big pool and the food in the restaurant were tasty . He did recommend someone if you’re looking for a private transport. I do recommend leaving more toilet paper though. Over all we enjoyed the place.

This location can't be beat! It was absolutely gorgeous. Pools everywhere and the beach right out front. We didn't use the small pool right by our lanai as much as I thought, but maybe if we had young children, we would have. The decor was modern and clean, but interesting. The kitchen had spices, a blender, dishes and all the appliances you would need. The dishwasher did not work, so we had to wash dishes by hand. There is a spigot (inside a cabinet!) for a giant bottle of filtered water, which was provided. It wasn't in place when we got there, but they replaced it by the next morning. There were pans, and some food storage containers, but it would have been nice to have a baking sheet pan. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with lots of closet storage. When we got there, the sliding door between the master bedroom and master bath was off track, but they sent someone to fix it the next day. The door to the toilet room made a loud clicking noise tho

We absolutely loved it at Daniel’s place! Perfect location. Right by the beach and beautiful pools and grounds. The restaurants on the property were an added bonus! The condo is spacious and beautiful. We will be back next year!!

Airbnb was great to stay at and would recommended to others to stay here as well as it is private, gated, and has the amenities available for use.

The house is exactly like the photos. I recommend it 100% and would stay in this house again. The private pool is with water by the ankle, you can not swim or for adults to take a bath, but the development has a huge pool! There are also 2 restaurants near the pool and a shop. The space has a parking space. Communication with Daniel was very easy and the instructions quite clear.

Daniel’s place was absolutely stunning. We stayed here for 7 days with our 3 children. Condos was beautiful and clean. We always felt super safe .. 2 check points to enter into compound. Beach was incredible 10/10 Staff was always so friendly I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

The location is exactly as pictured with stunning pool next to an amazing ocean view. We went in February, so the beach was amazing (heard from other reviews that it might have seaweed in the summer months). Getting to the apartment was a bit confusing but Carlos (the local assistant) was extremely helpful in finding the right location. Getting in and out after was easy and smooth. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing information and calling reputable taxies. (which we heard were more expensive than if you get them outside of the complex) our experience was around $20 USD to Playa del Carmen each way in Feb 2025. There is a little mini mart with a good selection of basic groceries and drinks. We ate at the mini bar/restaurant (Punto Azul) almost every night. Food and service was always excellent with great prices. Spa is excellent with massage and manicure available by appointment. Did not golf but the course looked world class. Did I mention that amazing POOL!

This was our first time at the Mareazul Beach Resort and we were pleasantly surprised. This apartment is as advertised in the pictures and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thanks again Daniel

We loved our stay at Daniel's and it was perfect for me teleworking, there was an excellent internet connection. We loved the beach and the pools. Beautiful family environment. Having a rental car is ideal since taxis are at exorbitant prices. We would have liked a little more of some basic amenities (e.g. drinking water, garbage bag (1), dish towels (2), dishwashing soap (1), etc.) When you spend more than 3 days, you have to buy everything, but it didn't hurt our great experience in Daniel's home. I'll definitely go back! Thanks to this host who always communicates well.

Just as described. Perfect place for our stay in PDC. Great location with private beach, pools and beach bar for breakfast and drinks. Daniel's was responsive and the condo was perfect! Expansive and clean with comfortable beds, very comfortable and safe place to stay. Would not hesitate to book again when back in PDC!

We loved staying at MareaAzul, the apartment is really nice, clean and comfortable, as well as the common facilities such as the pool and restaurants that are inside the complex. I would definitely stay again. My children greatly enjoyed the pool and the proximity and cleanliness of the beach is priceless. Much better than staying at an all-inclusive. The experience was very pleasant. The apartment is well kept and clean. Just like in the description. The facilities of the entire complex are well maintained, the restaurant is good and the beach is nice. It is a great option for a quiet stay and is also close to the center if you want to walk to other places.

The place was very good, good cleanliness. Daniel we provide very good service. Very kind treatment. The proximity to the sights of the Mayan Riviera is very good. Cenotes, Xcaret, Tulum, with easy access. Only certain maintenance details such as the shower in the bathroom, they had to repair it.

Daniel was an excellent host and his apt is beautiful and well located between Tulum and Cancun. Secure parking in complex and any issues or anything needed,you just message him and all dealt with efficiently. Definitely recommend and will come back

Good location, very good attentions of the host, the condominium is very clean and spacious, with all the amenities , only one detail the facilities of the buildings lack " painting " maintenance, I refer to most of the complex so that it is at the height of the condominium, it should be mentioned that the condo is spectacular and very well conditioned in all aspects.

The Resort along with its facilities are very nice, the apartment is totally as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and super well located. The only thing we might have liked that there wouldn't have been so many remodeling jobs in the other apartments…! We wish to return to this same place, we loved it and highly recommend it and more if you have children since the pool right on the terrace of the apartment is magnificent for them…!!! Daniel his attention and kindness was also excellent…!

The apartment is just as in the photos, we had already stayed on several occasions in that fractionation and the truth is the most comfortable, the pool super clean and pleasant, with access to the beach with very good attention. Definitely a place to relax and get rest. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean. The beds are very comfortable and with soft, clean bedding. We'll definitely be back soon. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food, everything works perfect. Congratulations Daniel !!

We have stayed in luxury hotel room suites and this place made me feel I over paid too much for those hotel suites. The decor, style and modern appliances of this place will easily give a run for the money a thousand per day hotel two room suite. Small pool outside is a bonus. We did not use but having breakfast with a pool that wraps the backyard just makes your morning breakfast so much better. The overall first impression of this place overshadows any discrepancy you can find later on.

The apartment is modern, the mattresses comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, perfectly clean, the host was attentive... everything fundamental. In addition, the very large and well-maintained common areas: the gardens invite you to go for a walk, the huge pool, the beds, the semi-private beach very relaxing. All with sufficient maintenance. It was a plus that being on the first floor, you can go out to enjoy the resort directly from the terrace without going through the parking lot. The place promotes family coexistence. We loved it.

Daniel and Carlos were very attentive and always attended to my doubts. The place is just like the photos… very nice, quiet and safe. Perfect for being with the family, we would definitely come back.

This was my 3rd time staying in the Mareazul complex, and Daniels place was by far my favorite!! Extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect distance to the beach (3 min walk) and only 15 min to 5th avenue. Will definitely be back with Daniel and highly recommend this condo!

Mareaazul is a very beautiful place, the apartment is amazing, nothing is missing and we had a wonderful stay. The terrace is very nice and spacious, the service of the complex is excellent and they are all very friendly. The only bad thing is the price of taxis to leave the complex, but if you want a quiet vacation out of the hustle and bustle, you don't need to leave, everything is perfect 🤩 I would come back without thinking about it

Daniel is Very accomadating hoste! I didn’t want to write a review because I wanted to keep this a secret but that would be unfair to our host. The place is set in a very nice complex and the amenities are fantastic! Very clean and the beach is unreal , there’s also a world class golf course right down the street. The only thing you need to be aware of is the pirates of the caribbean (the Taxis) huge huge rip off if they pick you up in the complex. Good part is you can walk through the gated area and flag one down yourself but if your too lazy and want a Taxi “pirate’ to come to your accommodation you will pay tripple the price. Example you get a taxi just out side of the gates and it will cost you 100 pesos to get to the center of Playa de Carmen. If you get a taxi to pick you up inside the complex be ready to pay what they tell you you have to pay! As I already advised I wanted to keep this place a secret as I wanted to keep it avalable for us to come back anytime we want!

This place was very nice to stay in. Private condo/apartment location with a huge communal pool and a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels and the apartment was in a very quiet area away from the huddle and Brussels of Playa del Carmen.
