We loved our stay! The pools are beautiful and were never crowded, and the condo is very clean and comfortable. Our family spent a week here and we booked a return trip before we even left the Cancun airport!

Fantastic place for our family of three! The condo was clean and spacious with a nice kitchen for cooking, and we ate most of our meals on the covered deck while listening to and watching the local bird life (parrots!). Ate at the restaurant once, and it was very good. They have pizza which was appreciated by the kiddo. The pool was lovely, and the beach was beautiful. Neither ever felt crowded or noisy; both were very peaceful even with other families with kids. It was easy and straightforward to take cabs or arrange tour van pickups for our excursions - Xcaret, Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Morelos, and downtown Playa del Carmen. Daniel was very responsive when we had questions about checking in and the washer/dryer (which was very nice to have). We would recommend and will likely return someday.

We spent a month at this apartment, and it was our first visit to Mareazul—certainly not our last. It’s a peaceful and tranquil retreat. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, modern, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The complex feels extremely secure, with 24-hour onsite security. It also features the largest pool we’ve ever seen in a residential complex and offers direct access to a stunning beach—truly a wonderful place to relax and unwind. There’s a small convenience store on the property, and just a five-minute walk away is OXXO for additional essentials. A 25-minute walk brings you to Soriana, a large, modern supermarket. Taxis are readily available at the property, making it easy to get around. Daniel and his property manager, Carlos, were excellent hosts—easy to communicate with and very responsive to any requests. We highly recommend this property, especially for long-term stays.

Beautiful place! The condo is in my opinion more spacious and comfortable than what you see in the photos. Very well equipped. Communication with Daniel went very well. The complex is absolutely perfect with swimming pool, restaurant, beach! We hope to come back! The only downside is that there was very noisy construction in the building for 3 days, it would have been appreciated to be aware, especially since we had a young child who could not take a nap because of the noise. We had some problems with the condo during the stay, but Daniel was able to find solutions quickly.

Very nice condo in a safe, beautiful complex and on one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen! We had a great time at this condo and Daniel was very available and responsive. We recommend it.

I truly enjoyed vacationing at Daniel’s place! I highly recommend if you want a peaceful first world experience great for families and adults only trip! The place was spacious, well air-conditioned, and clean. The pool was amazing with just enough privacy and community. I will be back
