We booked this accommodation for my bachelor party, so we were looking for a place that was comfortable and at the same time where we could be without much noise limitation. The place ended up being perfect for our plans, and we were able to enjoy the trip without any complaints. Aseem is an excellent host who was attentive at all times and even gave recommendations as a chef or about local places. The instructions in the house are also very clear on his part, and he makes it very easy to get in and out. The location of the place is also perfect for getting around by Uber to anywhere in 10 minutes. I would definitely come back in the future.

Our stay was amazing. The property is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need. It's very complete and really makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Plus, the service was excellent. They were always available to answer any questions and provide help quickly and very kindly, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Aseem was the most amazing host we have ever had on air bnb! We had some issues with our flights being cancelled out of our control and he went above and beyond helping us and letting us stay to extend our stay. He was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house is beautiful with great entertaining space inside and out. Very private and secluded but close to everything! First I would like to thank Aseem for hosting our family your place is exceptional and we loved every aspect of it. From the time we booked the communication was excellent. We were sent an information package that explained the area, hot spots to eat, tours, personal chef, things to do it was a nice touch to get the trip planned. The house is huge and absolutely incredible it exceeded our expectations. It’s in a great neighborhood close to grocery stores and a fantastic local restaurant/Bar down the street PKDO definitely check it out great fun. There was everything and I mean everything you could possibly need in the kitchen it was perfect. Each bedroom was fantastic big space each with its own ensuite. The best part of the house was the backyard outdoor space. We spent most of our time outside from morning to the evening Great pool, hot tub, perfect shade space, BBQ, Bar, bathroom and even a Monster Speaker. We all had tears leaving it was so much fun. Aseem was an excellent host. Once we booked we received an email with a very descriptive pdf file with suggestions from where to eat , excursions, driver , chef and masseuse. Just as described, the house was clean, decorative and full of every amenity we would need during our stay. Plenty of dishes , spices , extra pillows , pool towels and even a first aid kit. Our beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home was located perfectly from local coffee shops, pharmacies and a main road that had everything! We used Chef Christian for breakfast and dinner during Bad Bunny Bowl. Every meal & dish was delicious! Highly recommend booking him for the day or week to take full advantage of the backyard oasis. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool another day. Overall Aseem is amazing answered every question we had before and after check-in, promptly with joy. I would book this or another property of his without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very nice and comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. Anytime we had a small issue (like the hot water), it was addressed and fixed very quickly. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the pool and the bar. The location was super convenient—close to Costco for shopping and an easy Uber ride to the tourist areas. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Aseem’s place enough!! It was perfect for our family. The house is incredible and in an amazing neighbourhood. Aseem was so responsive when we messaged him with a few questions throughout our stay. He provided an extensive list of recommendations for our stay and we really appreciated it! A very nice and comfortable house. I really liked the tidiness and cleanliness of the whole house. Matches all posted photos and descriptions. I highly recommend staying at this home. The bathrooms are in excellent condition and in general the whole house is excellent. The host's service is very good and the instructions are very clear for everything. You won't have a problem with anything

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for a bachelorette in PV! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. The backyard and pool was an oasis in the heat. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! What a gem that we found.

We hosted a bachelor party here and had an amazing time! The home was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group. The pool was a major highlight, and the outdoor grill and bar area made it even better. The property felt very private and secure, which gave us peace of mind. Being just minutes from Costco was super convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay. we wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again

Aseem is hands down the best host I've experienced across multiple continents! Extremely responsive, proactive, and helpful - he has hosting down to a science. The property is spectacular. It looks just like the photos, everything works properly and it is simply put, a beautiful home. The home is walking distance to some restaurants but in a nicer, quieter neighborhood so take a short uber trip down to the touristy areas. Everything went extremely smooth from check-in to check out. His guide of recommendations and his vetted list of services for different needs was perfect. We chartered a yacht rental company from one of his recommendations which was fantastic for our needs. It helps dramatically when the host has vetted out relationships for these type of vacation services. 11/10 and I would definitely come back to this oasis!

Aseem is unbelievably responsive. We had a few small issues that needed addressed (normal when you have a house) and he responded almost immediately. Place is spotless. Pool is great. Easy to host given proximity to Costco. Only thing I would say is if you want a true walkable location to all the typical downtown stuff, you are a little distance away. Highly recommend.

This was an incredible home with plenty of room, nice beds with actually good pillows (a rarity for airbnbs), a stocked kitchen with spices and oil, plenty of dishwater, extra towels and 2 washers/dryers, a wonderful pool and hot tub, literally could not have asked for more!

Absolutely incredible! Between the private pool, hot tub, spacious living areas, huge eating areas inside and in the outside/backyard patio, multiple full bathrooms with showers, huge rooms…I mean, what else can I say?? The beds and couches were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets, this was the most perfect home to spend our week in Puerto Vallarta with our friends. We felt very safe the whole time and had very little issues with the home. Our only main concern was the acoustics were a bit loud throughout the house, it was a bit echoey. But we honestly did not mind it all that much because everything the home had to offer exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and again! The host (Aseem) is so helpful, responsive and beyond respectful. We felt at home the minute we booked with him. We highly recommend this place!! 10/10!!

Aseem's place was a gem. So is Aseem. He was a wonderful host. The property is in a high end residential neighbourhood. We love the place and would stay here when in Vallarta. And highly recommend the place.

Casa Solaina is quite an experience. The photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. Aseem was always kind and attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay in this large, clean, beautiful house. The pictures depict it very well. We used the area outside every day, the pool, hot tub, and patio furniture were all perfect. We walked a short distance to good restaurants and took a quick cab ride to the Malecon. Aseem was responsive, answered our questions quickly and took care of whatever we needed. Thank you for hosting us! We look forward to the next visit!

Aseem was nothing short of a top-notch host. My family can attest to how friendly, responsive, and attentive Aseem was throughout the stay. Although we didn't get to meet face to face, it felt as though he was there with us throughout our stay in this beautiful home. We were so fortunate with Aseem as our host and the amazing villa he provided. Long before we arrived we received an amazing manual with all information about the house and his personal recommendations for food (definitely follow Aseem’s recommendations, you won’t regret it, amazing food we had). The photos on AirBNB are nice but the villa is in real life even better. What a space, great beds and airconditioning everywhere. The backyard is fully private and the pool and jacuzzi are both incredible. The grill is great and in the kitchen there is everything a professional chef could wish for. Communication with Aseem is fast and quick and he is always willing to help. When we will be back in Puerto Vallarta we definitely will go for Aseem’s place again. Muchas gracias Aseem, nos vemos pronto!

We had an amazing time staying here as a big group! Highly recommend. It is absolutely stunning and close to lots of groceries and some gems of a restaurants. The pool and backyard alone would make your whole trip, but the inside is just as beautiful and perfectly stocked. Would stay here again :)

We stayed here for a very special bachelorette that was also a reunion of college friends, and this was the perfect communal space! Aside from the fact that the house is absolutely stunning and luxurious in a very livable and comfortable way, Aseem is an incredible host and was like a true partner and co-planner in a way! I felt he went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience for us. Even things like his chef reco were amazing- a few of the ladies tried recreating his recipes immediately upon getting home :) The villa is lovely with some great modern upgrades throughout. There was even a day where we were supposed to go to town/ visit a beach club and everyone opted to stay home instead. I can’t recommend this place enough and I hope to be able to visit another one of his places soon!

Aseem was a wonderful host!! Probably the best host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His communication was top notch before our vacation began and throughout our entire stay. He always responded within minutes when I had questions for him. His house was beautiful, from the pillars throughout the home, to the cathedral ceilings. I cannot say enough good things about the architecture of the home. It was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the hot tub and lounging on the deck area which was complete with an outdoor bar area, BBQ and a lovely outdoor shower. Our children loved the waterfall in the pool and really enjoyed playing with all the pool toys that were provided. We appreciated the safety measures the house provided; fencing around the walls of the home, the front locked gate and a garage we could pull into. We also appreciated how well stocked the home was! Overall, our stay at Aseem's house was lovely and I would completely recommend it for families!

Aseem’s place was the perfect spot for our girls trip with 7 women to Puerto Vallarta! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures. We felt very safe as well. Aseem’s place is really lovely. He was available nearly on demand for requests or issues we ran into with the house as well as local recommendations for a bakery for my boyfriend’s birthday, beaches and more. The backyard is the crown jewel of the residence, kitchen was fully equipped with a ninja blender, air fryer and nice knives. Thank you aseem for everything!

This house was beyond my expectations. It is exactly as shown in the pictures or better. It is extremely spacious both inside and outside. The house was a dream with all the details it counted with! The pool and and hot tub were the best part, very clean and relaxing, with a large water ful that made the experience even better! The house is in a very secure neighborhood. Words can not explain how amazing this home blows all other airbnbs. The photos do not do the home justice must see and must rent to appreciate this amazing home. The house is extremely big inside and outside. The backyard is a wow factor. Beautiful pool and huge spa. Loved the waterfall. Extremely high tech, and upgraded home compared to other airbnbs I have stayed in. I highly recommend without a doubt I would be returning to this home! You won’t regret booking! His hospitality was better than a 5 star hotel. I can not thank him enough!

This house is amazing. We made a trip from rainy Oregon to stay here in February with 2 families (8 kids total). We basically lived outside around the incredible pool. It was fun walking to coffee (checkout the Harry Potter themed coffee shop two blocks away) and restaurants in the area or grabbing a quick Uber to the boardwalk and shopping. Don’t hesitate to book this place if it’s available. You won’t regret it.

Casa Solaina was amazing to enjoy. We loved the backyard area: Smart TV, huge tub and pool combo was perfect. We spent most of our mornings, afternoons and evenings here. The Master bedroom suite has the wow factor with a beautiful bathroom, it's like having your own penthouse to escape to after a long day of fun. I loved how they have Canadian and American tv channel feeds on the two IPTV boxes as well as top notch wifi. The house is situated in a very upscale neighborhood and only short distance to all the excitement of downtown or a short walk to Costco. House was just as advertised…. A perfect modern updated house with all the old Vallarta character. Will definitely be back. If you are looking for a little piece of paradise in P.V. I definitely recommend Aaeem's place.
