We booked this accommodation for my bachelor party, so we were looking for a place that was comfortable and at the same time where we could be without much noise limitation. The place ended up being perfect for our plans, and we were able to enjoy the trip without any complaints. Aseem is an excellent host who was attentive at all times and even gave recommendations as a chef or about local places. The instructions in the house are also very clear on his part, and he makes it very easy to get in and out. The location of the place is also perfect for getting around by Uber to anywhere in 10 minutes. I would definitely come back in the future.

Our stay was amazing. The property is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need. It's very complete and really makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Plus, the service was excellent. They were always available to answer any questions and provide help quickly and very kindly, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This has to be one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Aseem’s service was truly top-notch and exceeded all expectations. The property is amazing and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. I highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a great time in Puerto Vallarta then look no further. This place was nothing short of amazing. My family and I slept comfortably everynignt. This is the type of home that makes you want to leave a day itinerary free just to enjoy it. Aseem is a great host and provides everything you could need and then some. I will alway book this amazing home whenever I come to this beautiful city. Thank you so much for allowing us this great experience!

Aseem was the most amazing host we have ever had on air bnb! We had some issues with our flights being cancelled out of our control and he went above and beyond helping us and letting us stay to extend our stay. He was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house is beautiful with great entertaining space inside and out. Very private and secluded but close to everything! Truly an oasis in the city. I would highly recommend staying at any of Aseem’s properties! Thanks again for everything

First I would like to thank Aseem for hosting our family your place is exceptional and we loved every aspect of it. From the time we booked the communication was excellent. We were sent an information package that explained the area, hot spots to eat, tours, personal chef, things to do it was a nice touch to get the trip planned. The house is huge and absolutely incredible it exceeded our expectations. It’s in a great neighborhood close to grocery stores and a fantastic local restaurant/Bar down the street PKDO definitely check it out great fun. There was everything and I mean everything you could possibly need in the kitchen it was perfect. Each bedroom was fantastic big space each with its own ensuite. The best part of the house was the backyard outdoor space. We spent most of our time outside from morning to the evening Great pool, hot tub, perfect shade space, BBQ, Bar, bathroom and even a Monster Speaker. We all had tears leaving it was so much fun. Thanks Again Aseem.

Aseem was an excellent host. Once we booked we received an email with a very descriptive pdf file with suggestions from where to eat , excursions, driver , chef and masseuse. Just as described, the house was clean, decorative and full of every amenity we would need during our stay. Plenty of dishes , spices , extra pillows , pool towels and even a first aid kit. Our beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home was located perfectly from local coffee shops, pharmacies and a main road that had everything! We used Chef Christian for breakfast and dinner during Bad Bunny Bowl. Every meal & dish was delicious! Highly recommend booking him for the day or week to take full advantage of the backyard oasis. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool another day. Overall Aseem is amazing answered every question we had before and after check-in, promptly with joy. I would book this or another property of his without hesitation.
