A spectacular place, and the host is super helpful and friendly!!!

Everything was great in terms of cleanliness and the house in general. Just as a suggestion, they could make it easier to get in and out of the property with some kind of badge or wristband that would allow you to come and go without having to explain so much to the security guards. We stayed for 3 days, and it was a hassle getting in and out of the private complex.

From the moment the reservation was made, they were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the help they gave us. The house is beautiful, 10 out of 10. The pool was very nice; it was heated, so it was very pleasant to be in it. I liked it a lot. We would definitely book it again.

Confirmation that checking in at the property is not very easy. The explanatory video does not match reality. Fortunately, the neighbor of the place helped us get back in. Another point to review is the explanation on how to use the air conditioning; in reality, there is only one control for all the air conditioners. By the way, thank you to Shirley for coming over to help us get set up. For the rest, everything was as described. The bedding is extremely good. The place is great for families and for spending time with friends.

My family and I recently stayed at this Airbnb. The contact person was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the privacy of the location. The community is still being developed so a fair amount of construction going on. We were up early every day so the noise didn’t bother us too much. My kids loved the pool and visiting the cenote. We had a rental car so left quite often to explore the area. Returning was sometimes difficult with the gate security guards. They prefer you to use one specific main entrance so you can scan a QR code from the host. There is a 2nd guard gate that leads directly to the community the house is in and this one was hit or miss if they would let us pass through quickly. We realized that we needed to express that we were staying at an Airbnb and simply returning from an outing. A specific map of where to enter with the 1st guard gate location would have been helpful but we figured it out eventually. This is a great place especially with kids!

The house is extremely beautiful and has everything you need for a short and long stay near Playa del Carmen. The beds are comfortable and spacious and there are enough bathrooms for large groups. The house is in a very safe private building. They also left us some cold water and snacks, which made us feel right at home. The cenote is super close and is very nice, totally worth visiting. We loved everything and would gladly return, we totally recommend it.

Very clean and design! The only thing we less appreciated was the management of the AC that was stopping if the presence captors did not see movements in the room. Everything was perfect! The house is spectacular, the place where the house is located is spectacular very quiet with a playground very close you can see many wild animals. Highly recommended for families, essential to have a vehicle to get around why without it I think it can be difficult. The large and spacious rooms of the 4 only two have TV and private bathroom, the other two share bathroom and does not have a tv. The pool is spectacular with delicious water and at room temperature very appropriate to relax after a whole day at the beach. I recommend it 100%!!

I would recommend staying here to everyone the absolute best service I’ve ever received always responded within minutes when we had questions about anything. The house was very clean and well furnished and equipped to one’s every need. The pool was great we definitely took advantage of the pool everyday. A short drive to playa del Carmen. So I would definitely give this house a 10/10!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was stunning, impeccably clean, and incredibly spacious—perfect for big groups even though we were just 4! Although we initially had an issue with the pool not heating up, the hosts were quick to address it and ensured everything was taken care of. Our kids loved the play are on the complex. A lovely touch was the beer and fresh fruit they left for us upon arrival—a very welcome surprise! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we hope to return one day.

The home is very nice and clean . I love it

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In terms of the house, we requested support for a few minor issues, including two showerheads that needed maintenance and the pool heating system, but they were immediately addressed despite it being a holiday. Some additional minor things need to be fixed around the house, but we didn't request support as they didn't affect the overall quality of our stay. The private cenote is exceptional and very close by. The breakfast cafe in the complex was delicious. Communication was superb. I recommend this home.

Very safe location with 2 security check points in order to enter. Lots of cameras so my guests and I felt very safe in the area. House was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.

A perfect house! Very comfortable and with everything you need. We went to spend a few days with the family and in the end we didn't want to leave. The house is in a super safe area, the warm pool makes you not want to leave. We will definitely be back!

A car rental will be required, to access the accommodation and visit Playa Del Carmen properly. Fer and Jorge are exceptional hosts with great flexibility to make our stay the best. Beautiful house in a very safe community. Security was expecting us at the gates, they were friendly and helpful but did not speak English ( google translator was useful). We had a rental car which made getting to shopping and the beach very useful. I don’t think a taxi can pick you up at the house, but I’m not sure. It would be around a 15 minute walk to the highway. 450 Mexican peso for a taxi to 5th avenue Playa del Carmen.

Spacious and modern house, outdoor area with swimming pool very nice and useful to cool off. All the necessary amenities are present and even more. Safe place, small trails to cycle or walk, private cenoté an extra. Family travel, adults, and kids loved it. Will return to this place and I highly recommend to friends.

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the shady terrace and pool, didn’t have to worry about sunscreen or being too hot in the afternoon after hot mornings at the beach. Good restaurant recommendation especially Amate 38, we went twice. Not very easy to get to beach (definitely need a car) but Punta Esmerelda was our favourite (with four year old). The whole estate is only partially built, though the infrastructure is well done, and to be honest there is a lot of construction work quite nearby (the weekend was quiet). Overall I would recommend this property despite some drawbacks .

We had a great time staying in Playa del Carmen. The house is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our family to stay in. The host was extremely responsive and proactive with communication. The complex where the house is is beautiful but a little bit outside the downtown area so be aware that you will need to drive to get access to the full range of restaurants and cafes etc.

Thank you so much for the stay. The villa was beautiful, we rented it out for the week for our company retreat and our team loved it. Very modern in a great private location only 10-15mins drive from main city centre. Amazing nature and paths to run/walk with some wildlife to find if you’re lucky.

12 of 10 !!! The House of Fer and Jorge is fabulous, very cute, comfortable, modern and cozy at the same time, an exquisite pool to use even at night in a natural environment. A nearby cenote to visit, beautiful trails, native trails, and native animals. I can only say wonderful!! Both very concerned and attentive, and even more so Shirley, the concerned co-host of every detail, who made the stay perfect!! Thank you very much for everything, my children and family were happy and we will definitely be back!! Away the best Airbnb we've ever been to!!

Place was great beautiful clean house spacious for our big group and most important Shirley was always really responsive always checking in to make sure we were good At one point the battery of the key entry was Low and we couldn’t go in and she was there to help right away They also provided a new set of clean towels since we where doing water activities almost all week. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are nice and clean and everything is just perfect. The only thing I didn’t like is that the washer is a combo of a washer and dryer so you can’t dry as you wash another load since is only one machine that does it all. They do have the top area where you can hang clothes and when is hot they dry quick. Other than that the place was a 100/100

We had a wonderful time at Casa Senderos. The Villa is superb: elegant and luxurious design! The plan of the house is perfect with two large master suites. We will gladly return and would highly recommend the villa!

Casa Senderos was the perfect place for our week-long stay in Playa del Carmen. The home is spacious and beautifully appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Fer and Jorge supply so much more than the basics and their attention to those details makes it one of the top Airbnbs I've stayed in. The home is quiet and peaceful with the added bonus of hearing and seeing birds native to the Yucatan. The pool is the perfect spot to cool off. The neighborhood cenote was a fun adventure. You will need a rental car to drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. but they provide a thorough list of the best places to go, see, do and eat. When not out at PDC sites, we relaxed at home by the pool, watched movies, played games and cooked several meals. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend to others!

Perfect Airbnb for family vacation. We were two families (7) and had a lot of space. Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and very well located for all the activities in the region. Communication with the host was very easy and reactive. We appreciated all the recommendations and the guide.

This place is beautiful and located in a safe, friendly and secure complex. The quiet and spacious house is outstanding and was a joy to stay in. The bathrooms and bedrooms were beautifully appointed, all with plenty of storage, A/C and soap, shampoos and conditioner that were actually usable! I would definitely agree that you need a car though; it is a pain to get taxis and they charge the earth! We rented extra bikes to get around locally but it’s too far in the heat and dangerous to ride into Playa del Carmen. There is a small shop nearby for essentials but the closest supermarket and ATM is around 1.5-2 miles away. If you walk out into Avenida Xel Ha you can find Tuk Tuks to run you to town or the supermarket for a few dollars. The location is perfect to access Riviera Maya from Cancun to Tulum and beyond. We loved it here. Thank you!

We stayed at Fer Y Jorge’s Airbnb for a week during our spring break. The home was spacious and beautiful. The pool was warm and my son had fun playing in it. We rented a car so it was really easy to get around on our own time and explore.

Casa Senderos was an amazing spot for our family Riviera Maya vacation. The home was located in a beautiful, secure community with access to trails immediately behind the house as well as a children's playground and private cenote a few minutes' walk away. A public beach was a 5 minute drive as was a grocery store. The home itself was clean and spacious and could accommodate larger parties. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. One of the bathrooms even had an attached indoor/outdoor shower! The pool area was fantastic! The pool was really warm and perfect after a day at the beach. There was a nice lounging area with afternoon sun. Jorge and the rental agent Shirley were very helpful and responsive, ensuring a fantastic stay. My family would return to this home for a future vacation in Mexico without question.

I would go back again ! House is accurate to photos, very quiet and enjoyable. The Mayakoba greenery is amazing and very quiet considering there is some construction near but you don’t even notice it once inside. The hosts are communicative and responsive . We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed and taken care of. They even though about a welcome amenity that made our arrival feel like we where home. Thank you

Easily the best airbnb experience we’ve ever had. 2 things made this an incredible stay. The house itself & the owners & especially assistant Shirley whom were so attentive and quick to reply to any and all questions we had. The house is perfection and we all felt very sad to leave it. We booked for a wk to celebrate my wife’s birthday w friends surprising her throughout the week. The house is minimalist modern, well equipped (we hired a private chef that they recommended. They had everything needed to cook a delicious 5 course meal for 9 people), well-situated in a very safe neighborhood that has 24-hour security. Everyone agreed the house made our entire trip to Playa the best it could be. The design of the house just feels amazing. Everything from the bedrooms to the showers, common areas, kitchen and of course the pool were made with top notch materials. It felt very much like a high end stay. Spacious and well designed. I would stay here again in a second. Highly recommend.

This home was great for our two families that travel together every year, we felt very safe in this gated community! The home was very spacious and clean upon arrival. The heated pool was very nice since we travel with children. I would highly recommend this home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Senderos. It was better than described and perfect for our family’s vacation to Playa Del Carmen. The home is centrally located and in a quiet, secure and beautiful neighborhood. It was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The pool and patio area were perfect for unwinding each night after a day of adventure in the area. Communication with the hosts was fantastic as well. I can’t recommend this home enough.

Gorgeous AIRBNB with a very spacious layout that was incredibly accommodating for 3 guests. They allowed us for early check in & Shirly was very quick and responsive checking in on us throughout the trip. We have no regrets about staying outside downtown playa del Carmen because the Airbnb was a much better deal than anything you’d find downtown for the same money. Overall, great time.

Lovely house in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. The home was very clean and had superior furnishings and equipment. We loved the fact that we were able to completely open the large glass doorway in the dining room area creating a continuous space with the patio and pool area.

Inside a gated community, situated by the main road into Playa Del Carmen. The house and neighborhood is beautiful. Very spacious insides and clean bathrooms
