This exclusive home sits in a gated community with private security, 300 m2 (3200 sq. ft) of open concept living, and access to a private cenote. The community is also just a short 5 minute drive to the beach. On the base floor you will be met by a spacious living room. Enjoy access to a large flat screen TV, a beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining room with seating for 10. The terrace doors slide into the walls to completely open up the inside to the outside living space and pool area where you can comfortably relax, enjoy a drink, and have fun. A full bathroom is accessible from the pool area as well as the inside space. The 1st floor hosts 2 principal bedrooms (one on each side) and 2 secondary bedrooms. Each principal bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The two middle rooms share a bathroom which features a dual inside-outside shower. All three bathrooms have dual sinks and true rain showers. The 2nd floor houses the laundry room and an additional bedroom and private bathroom. Laundry room access is included, however, use of the 2nd floor bedroom is available for an additional cost. This optional bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and is perfect for larger family/groups with children. Private cook service and mid-stay cleaning service are also available at an additional cost. Guest access At Casa Senderos you will enjoy access to the whole house with the exception of the 2nd floor bedroom which will be locked unless we have arranged for your use of the space. You will also enjoy access to the beauty of the community’s private cenote as well as miles of paved walking and biking trails that traverse the grounds. Other things to note We are located in a gated community with private security. We do not allow parties. From 11 pm we ask our guests to be a bit more quiet. Smoking is not allowed inside the interior and exterior spaces. The pool is maintained at 30c/86f degrees which is on the high side of the recommended temperature for a leisure pool.

Thank you so much to Fer Y Jorge for hosting my family and I for our family vacation this summer. The home is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. You are surrounded by nature and a beautiful Cenote less than a 10 minute walk away. The home is exactly as advertised and our host was very responsive in answering any questions we had. Everything was great in terms of cleanliness and the house in general. Just as a suggestion, they could make it easier to get in and out of the property with some kind of badge or wristband that would allow you to come and go without having to explain so much to the security guards. We stayed for 3 days, and it was a hassle getting in and out of the private complex.

From the moment the reservation was made, they were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the help they gave us. The house is beautiful, 10 out of 10. The pool was very nice; it was heated, so it was very pleasant to be in it. I liked it a lot. We would definitely book it again.

Confirmation that checking in at the property is not very easy. The explanatory video does not match reality. Fortunately, the neighbor of the place helped us get back in. Another point to review is the explanation on how to use the air conditioning; in reality, there is only one control for all the air conditioners. By the way, thank you to Shirley for coming over to help us get set up. For the rest, everything was as described. The bedding is extremely good. The place is great for families and for spending time with friends.

My family and I recently stayed at this Airbnb. The contact person was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the privacy of the location. The community is still being developed so a fair amount of construction going on. We were up early every day so the noise didn’t bother us too much. My kids loved the pool and visiting the cenote. We had a rental car so left quite often to explore the area. Returning was sometimes difficult with the gate security guards. They prefer you to use one specific main entrance so you can scan a QR code from the host. There is a 2nd guard gate that leads directly to the community the house is in and this one was hit or miss if they would let us pass through quickly. We realized that we needed to express that we were staying at an Airbnb and simply returning from an outing. A specific map of where to enter with the 1st guard gate location would have been helpful but we figured it out eventually. This is a great place especially with kids!
