This is our "go to" place in Payande. We love it. It fits 4-5 families comfortably, has a great pool, the empleadas are lovely, and it's maintained very well. The views are wonderful and Payande is very safe and private. Maria is very friendly and responsive to messages. The beds are comfortable as is all the furniture. We've been 3 times now and love it every time!

This place is amazing! María was very kind and friendly, we spend a fantastic weekend with our whole family. The house is huge, comfortable, and it looks amazing. The views you get from this place are incredible! The pool was great, the furniture is great and the space you had was really nice. We even had some friendly dogs come and everyone loved them as they were very cute (I’m guessing they lived in the neighborhood). All in all, we had an awesome time there, we definitely recommend and will 100% come back!

Maria was a great host. Communication with her was very good and very clear. The house is very beautiful and I dare say that it looks better than in pictures. The place is quiet, the house was in perfect cleanliness when we arrived and had all the amenities. It was a pleasant time with friends to spend the holiday weekend and a break. The only suggestion for Maria is to try to review the need to have 2 ladies collaborating in the house, as 70% of the time they supported us with the preparation of food and the toilet of the kitchen, however it lacked a little more time to the daily toilet of the rooms. Otherwise, the stay was incredible, the house is very large and several people fit, the pool is super clean and the condominium is very quiet. There's no noise at all. Definitely and we would definitely stay at Maria's AIRBNB again. Many thanks Maria again!
