This is our "go to" place in Payande. We love it. It fits 4-5 families comfortably, has a great pool, the empleadas are lovely, and it's maintained very well. The views are wonderful and Payande is very safe and private. Maria is very friendly and responsive to messages. The beds are comfortable as is all the furniture. We've been 3 times now and love it every time!

As always, the boathouse in Payande was perfect. One of our favorite fincas! Maria is a great host, and the empleadas were amazing and kind. There is a reason we always come back!

The house is very nice and quiet, the host was very friendly and responded quickly. The only thing is that they require having two employees and they are not very attentive with the cleaning, and as for the towels, no matter how many times we asked for the favor of changing some, they never did. However, the house as such is a very good option, we would come back.
