Excellent option to rest in tranquility and with all the convenience of the services of Playa Tamarindo. The accommodation is just like the photos, even nicer, with all the necessary requirements for a good stay. The communication and friendliness with Paula and the security staff were outstanding. I think that's one of the main strengths for the enjoyment of our stay. This place is highly recommended, and we will definitely be back

It was an excellent experience. Nice, clean, safe, excellent location to go to Tamarindo Beach because I didn't love Playa Langosta. I would be back with my family.

This is an awesome house. The layout is amazing. A split three bedroom with en-suite bathrooms in every room and a large living room / open kitchen and a beautiful patio next to the pool. Everything worked perfectly. The location is walking distance to Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. There are a lot of restaurants nearby in Langosta which are excellent. Fish and Cheeses is across the street from the house and just south of the house is the Sidebar which is always a treat. There are a few other restaurants in Langosta but just to the north in Tamarindo there are a few great options within walking distance.

We've stayed in Langosta many times and the Penisula never disappoints. This year a fireworks display on our last night there was a wonderful surprise! Our condo was the perfect viewing spot. Great proximity to the beach - Just a quick 5 minutes or less and our toes were in the sand! Private and quiet - just the way we like it!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was just as described and pictured. The unit was very well stocked. It was wonderful to have washer and dryer in the unit. 5 minute walk to beach and easily accessible to Tamarindo without all the craziness of Tamarindo. Beds were comfortable and nice linens. We really enjoyed the community pool. The gated access with security was very reassuring. We would definitely look to book this unit again should we find ourselves in this area of Costa Rica. Pura vida!

We had an amazing stay with our group of 10 on a family vacation. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was exceptionally well stocked, from cleaning supplies and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) to a fully equipped kitchen with spices, salt, sugar, coffee, and more. The air conditioning in every room kept everyone comfortable, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening. The location was excellent—just a short golf cart ride to Playa Flamingo and Brasilito for dinners, with a grocery store and ATM conveniently nearby. The concierge service was outstanding, handling all of our excursions, transportation, and dinner reservations. They were incredibly responsive, answered every question promptly, and truly went above and beyond. The home is new, well maintained, and in great condition. The beds, linens, and pillows were very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful location, ideal apartment for a large family, everyone had their own space. The washing machine was a must! Beach nearby, you can get everywhere on foot within a 2-kilometer (1.2-mile) radius. We recommend the location.

Wonderful house in nice neighborhood with security gate. Close to beach and town - recommend use of golf cart as roads to beach and town are very bumpy and not paved. The host firm was extremely helpful in renting a golf cart, helping to plan super excursions, setting dining reservations and helping to stock groceries. The host was very responsive to questions and quick to replace minor issues like a coffee maker . The property is beautiful and in wonderful condition. We had green parrots and monkeys in the trees behind the house. The pool staff stopped by daily to clean the pool- which was refreshing. The host staff is very knowledgeable and helpful - like a 5 star concierge at a hotel. Amazing experience. Only downside is construction of new homes behind the house from about 7 am -5 pm on weekdays. The noise wasn’t constant but it was loud. Good house for family with older kids.
