3BR Villa in Playa Langosta

This is an awesome house. The layout is amazing. A split three bedroom with en-suite bathrooms in every room and a large living room / open kitchen and a beautiful patio next to the pool. Everything worked perfectly. The location is walking distance to Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. There are a lot of restaurants nearby in Langosta which are excellent. Fish and Cheeses is across the street from the house and just south of the house is the Sidebar which is always a treat. There are a few other restaurants in Langosta but just to the north in Tamarindo there are a few great options within walking distance.

Excellent choice; the house, the location, the space, and access to the beach club were of great value. The issues that needed to be addressed were taken care of. Highly recommended!

Great stay! House was perfect!

We had a great time here. Family of 5 and we were very comfortable at Casa Primo and Managers (especially Roberto) were VERY helpful booking tours and far less expensive than other booking agencies. Any issue we had was addressed immediately. We did not use the Club Langosta much but it was nice. At Roberto’s recommendation we went to Guachipelin for the full day of adventure and it was great over the top great fun. Long drive but worth it. Highly recommend staying at Casa Primo!

We loved our stay at Casa Primo! It is located in Langosta, which is a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Tamarindo. The house is a 5 min walk to Langosta Beach which has better sunsets than the beaches in the main part of town and is less crowded. We loved spotting lizards and howler monkeys on our way to and from town. The house itself was very clean and we enjoyed the pool, although it was smaller than it looked in photos. A couple things to note: The house is located directly next to the security gate so there is frequent activity of guests passing by in cars and golf carts. The security guards were super friendly and it didn’t bother us but worth mentioning. Also, renting the house gets you access to Langosta Beach Club which is about a quarter of a mile walk from the house. It’s an easy walk but isn’t located right in the community. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a family vacation!

Communication with the owners was seamless—they were highly responsive and promptly answered all our questions. The house was exceptional, equipped with every kitchen gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze—truly rare for an Airbnb. The pool was pristine and a highlight of our stay, especially with howler monkeys swinging through the trees and crossing power lines, visible from the patio and pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms pitch-dark for perfect sleep, and full-sized laundry machines made life easy for our family of five. The location was ideal—close to downtown but quiet, with a great restaurant across the street and the fantastic Tandoor Indian restaurant nearby. Highly recommend and we’d love to return!

Place was better than the photos. I’m glad we chose to stay in Playa Langosta vs Tamarindo proper. Having access to Langosta Beach Club was a game changer! Was awesome lounging in the dipping pool and watching monkeys. Would stay here again.
