This beachfront property exceeded expectations. Location is ideal: minutes from restaurants and stores, quiet but close to livelier areas, and far enough from public access that only the occasional passerby was in view. Plantings keep downstairs private, so the best views are upstairs. Bedrooms are similarly comfortable, great for groups. Kitchen well equipped, AC worked well, linens and beds excellent. Felt secure throughout. With toddlers, we loved the pool's shallow section (about 6 inches) for splashing, since the beach itself is gorgeous but not swimmable for small kids. Clean enough that we let toddlers play on the floor. Neighboring rentals were a bit rowdier, with music late one night, but the agency handled it fast. Concierge Julieth made the trip. She planned meals, reservations, babysitting, and activities like a sunset sail months ahead, and stayed responsive to last-minute changes. Every vendor recommended was great. Already daydreaming about coming back.

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect—close to great food and shopping while still offering a peaceful getaway. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The paddle boards were so much fun, and we loved watching the fish swimming right off the dock. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable. Franz was an incredible host—kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. His wife was also very sweet and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Everything was excellent! The house is beautiful, as shown in the photos, very spacious and all the rooms have a terrace and ocean view. The pool was always clean. Don Eugenio and Doña Lety, who are the cleaning staff, are very friendly and always looking out for us. We loved it and we will definitely be back soon!!!! Definitely an excellent choice of accommodation in Akumal!!!

Great home for large group. Plenty of room for everyone with great amenities!

Our host greeted us warmly and showed us the features of the house. He always made himself available to answer our questions and help us resolve some issues. The view from the porch was stunning; the infinity pool offered relaxation as well as family games and antics. The large open space in the living/dining area enabled our group to be together. The fishing off the pier was thrilling, and our snorkeling experience will always be remembered. The endless fresh water supply and clean beech towels added to our enjoyment. We had a wonderful week creating lasting memories.

Probably my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date- and I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs! We were traveling with two babies and a 4 year old and between the easy beach access, pool and shaded outdoor living space we barely ever wanted to leave the house! The daily cleaning service was awesome (shout out to Liz who was very kind and hard working!) Julieth the concierge was always helpful and responsive and the bedrooms gave privacy to everyone and incredible views from every room. 10/10 overall

We stayed here with our 6 adult children (a couple of them brought their spouses) for a total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us and the number of bathrooms was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured and more. It was very clean and had no smells or clutter. Roger the manager was fantastic at letting us know the area. The house staff was PHENOMENAL and ALWAYS had our rooms made for the day (Sat is their day of rest) as well as having beach towels and cleaned for us every day. For a family of 10 it was no easy feat! Since the couple live in a small home in the front of the estate, they are very easy to find if you have any questions. We decided to hire our chef from a place we hired from 5 years ago. “Chef Antonio” from Tulum has a great business and we were able to get the same chef as we did back then, his name is Jorge and he brought an assistant named Pedro this time. EVERY breakfast and dinner was AMAZING and 5-Star quality with fully decorated spreads.

Our group of 8 stayed for a week and couldn’t have had a better time here. The property and home were even more beautiful than the pictures. The home was very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us to spread out and have our own space. Kelin was great to communicate with, very responsive right from the start. Franz was very helpful, and quick to respond if ever there was anything we needed. We especially enjoyed the very large patio and beautiful outdoor space, and the dock and being able to swim right off the end of it. We enjoyed the peacefulness and relaxation of being a few miles from town. We tried a few restaurants close to the property, and loved the convenience of walking a couple doors down to Tropical Escape Bar and Restaurant for drinks, a couple meals, and even just for ice cream one night. Another bonus was being able to walk on the beach for quite a ways. We would happily stay here again and recommend this property to others!

Great time at this home! We had a small group of 7 but utilized the entire home. Caretaker who lives on the property was always helpful and responsive. Help with golf carts and getting to and from the airport was amazing. Construction next door was not too intrusive as we were focused on fun!

This house was incredible! The house itself was beautiful and clean, and included daily maid service. The house had everything we needed. Location was great - right on the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Views were spectacular from every room in the house. Julieth (the concierge) made everything easy from booking drivers to renting a golf cart - with anything we needed the response was prompt and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this house!

Beautiful house, peaceful location. Perfect spot for a getaway with kids — plenty of space to hang outside during nap times and lots of short outings nearby. Lety and Chencho were fantastic and helped us settle in right away.

AMAZING! House was clean, modern, every amenity you would need. The views from EVERY room were incredible and each had its own bathroom. Daily cleaning was the cherry on top. Beach access was so easy and perfect for a family. Waves were so fun, but not rough. Beach was private (not crowded) and clean, we didn’t want to explore the surrounding areas it was so nice. Loved listening to the waves at night with the most gorgeous sunsets.
