Beachfront Villa with Long Private Pier and Pool!

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect—close to great food and shopping while still offering a peaceful getaway. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The paddle boards were so much fun, and we loved watching the fish swimming right off the dock. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable. Franz was an incredible host—kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. His wife was also very sweet and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Great home for large group. Plenty of room for everyone with great amenities!

Our host greeted us warmly and showed us the features of the house. He always made himself available to answer our questions and help us resolve some issues. The view from the porch was stunning; the infinity pool offered relaxation as well as family games and antics. The large open space in the living/dining area enabled our group to be together. The fishing off the pier was thrilling, and our snorkeling experience will always be remembered. The endless fresh water supply and clean beech towels added to our enjoyment. We had a wonderful week creating lasting memories.

Our group of 8 stayed for a week and couldn’t have had a better time here. The property and home were even more beautiful than the pictures. The home was very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us to spread out and have our own space. Kelin was great to communicate with, very responsive right from the start. Franz was very helpful, and quick to respond if ever there was anything we needed. We especially enjoyed the very large patio and beautiful outdoor space, and the dock and being able to swim right off the end of it. We enjoyed the peacefulness and relaxation of being a few miles from town. We tried a few restaurants close to the property, and loved the convenience of walking a couple doors down to Tropical Escape Bar and Restaurant for drinks, a couple meals, and even just for ice cream one night. Another bonus was being able to walk on the beach for quite a ways. We would happily stay here again and recommend this property to others!

Great time at this home! We had a small group of 7 but utilized the entire home. Caretaker who lives on the property was always helpful and responsive. Help with golf carts and getting to and from the airport was amazing. Construction next door was not too intrusive as we were focused on fun!

Where do you start?…. Wow!! We had a group of 11… our 4 responsible adult kids stayed downstairs in the private apartment and game room… and the rest of us (older) stayed upstairs. We rented 3 golf carts ahead of time and they were available immediately upon arrival. The team we had was made up of Kelin ( Estate Manager), Franz (On-site Hospitality Manager), and Maria (Chef). All of them were top performers and catered to our every need. This was an amazing experience. We had groups that did massages out on the pier, parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding around the reef… during the day we used our golf carts to go into town, visit Secret Beach, and hang out at Croc’s for karaoke (that was a blast)… I highly suggest your ask for Maria ahead of time… she cooked our breakfast everyday and a few dinners when we weren’t in town doing things. My family and friends are already excited to schedule our next vacation back here. This rental was better than expected.

Caretaker was phenomenal and the amenities were exactly what we were looking for! We go to San Pedro every year and have found a great place for the future!

Franz is a fantastic host; always checking on us and responsive to any questions or requests to enhance our stay. They work with Silver who runs Adventure Time Belize and he is also awesome. He provided our golf carts and set up a mainland tour visiting Altun Ha Maya ruins, authentic lunch and cave tubing. Don’t miss out on what he has to offer. Another gem is Scuba Daze for you diving, snorkeling, fishing, etc. needs. Sam, Yonni, Roger were great guides for all and they are essentially neighbors-picking you up right at the dock in front of the house. It all started with the awesome Water’s Edge property and this team of great folks who ensured we had a memorable large family vacation.
