Staying at Jairo’s place was, by far, the highlight of our multi-city trip. The place is astounding as the photos show. The pool was nice and warm and everything was pristine. As outstanding as the place is, it was outmatched by the experience of having exceptional service from the staff at all times who facilitated just about everything. You may stop searching and book and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place to stay, but the best part is Leo and the maid, they make the stay perfect.

Our experience was excellent. We originally stayed in an apartment, but due to a leak, the team was very attentive and offered us to stay in one of Pablo Escobar's penthouses, much more spacious and spectacular! Jhony and Alvaro's service was first class: always attentive, friendly and willing to help us at all times. We would definitely go back, totally recommended.

The place was AMAZING and once you enter through the entrance Margle(Marley) made you feel right at home. She was very friendly,proactive, and attentive. We loved her she made us feel like family and was very charismatic. The place was always clean and well kept. Jhonny was very helpful and very attentive. Jairo went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay in Medellín. From the airport pickup to the moment we left, the service was excellent. The birthday boy even needed a haircut when we landed, and the driver took us to one of the nicest barbershops in the city. Once we arrived at the PH, the hospitality was top-notch. (The door man was amazing)The location was perfect and felt very safe. This is truly a must-book if you’re visiting Medellín. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this property from August 20th to 24th. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding. Juan and Johnny were extremely helpful and always available if we needed anything. The maid was wonderful too—she cleaned the rooms daily, changed the sheets, and always greeted us with a smile. A hot coffee in the mornings was such a nice touch and made us feel very much at home. Overall, this was an awesome stay and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this property, and we would definitely love to return!

Very nice place super spacious. The hot tub is amazing. The host is very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to do some updating on the paint and the oven and microwave. Overall a great place.

The penthouse was very impressive with its beautiful luxurious floor and heated pool. The service by the person onsite was amazing. They were very responsive when we needed something or had a question. We also felt very safe and secure which was important for us being from another country. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll be back!

Location was great and very secure with guards at the entrance which gave us a sense of security. The apartment itself was great, clean and the views are to die for. Special thanks to Jhonny, our concierge who was always available to help. Yosma, the cleaning lady is the best. Both of them made our trip even more enjoyable. Jairo’s place exceeded all expectations! Mami and Alfonso treated us like kings & took care of our every need! We felt very safe in the area with Alfonso (butler/security.) Mami made sure the rooms were kept everyday with fresh towels and linens. The night club is definitely a major key if you don’t want to go out to town or end the night early. Definitely was easy to make a party there. I definitely recommend paying for the cooking services, because the food was amazing for breakfast after going out the night before. The pool was temperature controlled and was one of my favorite features. It’s easily the best pool I’ve had in an airbnb. Cabs to town are easily between 2-4$ USD, so you can save a fortune if you don’t rent a car. Jairo was very accommodating when we were checking in because our flight times were all over the place. He’s personable and easily explained the rules and regulations on day one. He’s very responsive at all hours and very professional.

I was there with my family and it was an UNBEATABLE experience, the attention and service of ALFONZO AND MARIA are exceptional and very helpful, the heated pool is a very nice value and they have a very cool small nightclub theme.

OMG is what I must start with because this place is like immaculately clean n the best place I have EVER stayed in MEDELLÍN 10-15 min to all the action I celebrated my birthday here n felt like the biggest boss you can’t go wrong with this place in no shape of form so if your thinking bout it don’t just book it now I’m looking for reasons to book it again the hospitality goes over the 5stars my boy left his phone in the taxi n Brian was able to track the taxi n have my phone back within hours mind u it was 4am when u left it by 6am I had my phone not to say he made the stay feel so much better with his awareness to everything he made my stay sooo much better then we have the private cook chef up every morning Omg she did her thing it was like 9-10 of us n we have not one complaint im trying go back that pool was nice and warm spacious n clean I must say this is a diamond tier location stars are not enough for this place so make sure if u celebrating something this the place to do it!!

As soon as I arrived, I had excellent communication with the host, which was very reassuring for my first experience in Colombia. The heated pool is a real plus, and the sauna brings an extra touch of relaxation. I can't not mention Alfonso, always available and attentive. Cleaning is done every morning by a person of exceptional kindness. I highly recommend this villa, a real haven of happiness, and I'll be happy to come back!

Jairo's place was amazing! It was huge and way more room than we needed. The place also has a supply of drinks and other useful items. Everything was clean. Marcos was also very helpful and ensured our safety during our stay. Mary really took good care of us by cleaning up and preparing coffee for us every morning!.I would highly recommend this place!

There is no other Airbnb to rent in Poblado! The host was amazing and helped our group have the time of our lives! The entire space is built for a relaxing and fun vacation and I could recommend this spot any more. All the amenities made this my favorite spot to rent in Medellin. This was our first trip to Colombia and we won’t stay anywhere else when we return. Jairo, the cleaning staff Marlin, and our main host Brian were all absolutely amazing. My group and I speak very little Spanish and they helped coordinate everything from the second we arrived until we left. We felt very safe and comfortable. We’ve never had such a great experience anywhere else! If you’re going back and forth between places to stay like we were, just pick Jairo’s place and you won’t regret it. We had a great stay at this house. A clean and tidy place. Martita (as we affectionately called her) took care of us in an incredible way and we ended up loving her very much. Serresiete (who took care of us at night and whom we already affectionately nicknamed) was also amazing with us. The neighborhood is very nice because it is a residential area. We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended if you're thinking of going to Medellín. Getting around by Uber from the house is super easy. Thank you for everything, Jairo

Great location and the views were amazing. It was very safe, with security gate and someone at the Airbnb always nearby. Just a note, you will have to contact someone to get in and out of the Airbnb every time. The maid is also always there in the morning. Mari and Marcos were both very friendly and helpful. Amenities were just as described. There is a charge for the portable air conditioner as some rooms don’t have windows that open. I would definitely stay here again, there was also a refrigerator with items you could pay for.

Private pool. Spacious. The only thing to be aware of is that you can only leave and enter with security. They are responsive though. It's a secure area. You will need car transportation to get around from the location but it's very close to restaurants and stores within 5 minutes.

The place was amazing. The house had everything in it’s description. It was very well maintained. The host was amazing and very helpful when it came to recommendations on things to do and anything needed for the house. My friends and I had a wonderful time and will most definitely request to stay here on my next trip to Medellin.

This place was perfectly described on the site. Nothing wrong with it at all. The Butler was always attentive if we needed anything everything was taken care of that we needed. The cleaning lady was super helpful and they really took care of us.

The views were great. This is the top level of a building so you have great views. The host that was with us, Marcos, was phenomenal. He made sure that we were safe the entire time. Any guest we had over had to go through two check points. One at the gate and the other through him. The living room was very spacious and the rooms were clean. The only downside was the jacuzzi not working but not enough for me to put three or four stars. You will enjoy your experience here and will have a peace of mind with your stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay, Jairo and his staff really looked after us, helped with with anything we needed. Cooked, arranged transport, trips, food pick ups etc. The villa is just like the pictures if not even better, huge and very cool, wtth the indoor heated pool, fully stocked mini bar, staff 24 hours a day, there was 12 of us and we still had tons of space, if your a group and want to have a lot of fun in Medellin this is the place for sure!

Jairo I help us even before arriving at the lodging, it was always pending. The house staff was top notch, always available and attentive. The house is amazing, with many surprises and amenities. Totally recommended the stay, Jairo and the staff were always very attentive to the comfort, but above all the safety.

This was the PERFECT place for a large group staying in Colombia for a wedding. Each room is spacious with their own bathroom, as well as multiple spaces for group hangs. The pool and club were amazing! The house is stocked with additional food/drink items you can buy at a small cost. Alfonso, our in-house concierge was kind, amazing and always helpful with whatever we needed. The perfect stay!
