Our experience was excellent. We originally stayed in an apartment, but due to a leak, the team was very attentive and offered us to stay in one of Pablo Escobar's penthouses, much more spacious and spectacular! Jhony and Alvaro's service was first class: always attentive, friendly and willing to help us at all times. We would definitely go back, totally recommended.

Jairo went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay in Medellín. From the airport pickup to the moment we left, the service was excellent. The birthday boy even needed a haircut when we landed, and the driver took us to one of the nicest barbershops in the city. Once we arrived at the PH, the hospitality was top-notch. (The door man was amazing)The location was perfect and felt very safe. This is truly a must-book if you’re visiting Medellín. Highly recommend!

Very nice house, in general everything is great, but the best thing is the service, the attentive owner, the sensational service staff, friendly, polite, they make you feel at home, all very good people. I've never had such a good experience with the service. Thank you.
