I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive Giovanni (property manager) was through every step of planning process for this trip. Highly recommend the house and location. Easy walk to everything.

This place is a gem. We loved the multiple common spaces (indoors and outdoors) for hanging out, the great location walkable to zona romantico, the terrific help from Giovanni, the privacy of our space—all of it. A memorable stay.

A great place to stay in very close distance to Zona Romantica. Gionvanny was a wonderful host and could not do enough to ensure we were well looked after throughout our stay. One consideration is that the villa is short on communal spaces for a big group apart from the roof terrace which is only accessible through one of the bedrooms.

Great house with comfortable rooms, awesome roof deck, nice little pool, and surrounded by beautiful trees. The neighborhood is walkable. Giovanny was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed!

Both Andrea and Jovahny are always aware of everything, in addition to having a great attitude and willingness for any need we had, it was a great stay thanks to their attention

First of all, we visited PV with a large group that involved a few celebrations. This house not only accommodated all of those needs...but had enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The villa was also close enough to the city center that it allowed everyone do their own thing. Second was that the beds alone (in each of the 4 rooms) were divine! Probably the best sleep that we've had in a long time. Even during a time when the weather was extremely hot & humid, the small but mighty AC units proved their worth. Third was that the incredible host, Giovanny, not only helped us with every question we had but took it one step further by planning and executing a fabulous rooftop brunch. This was probably the icing on the birthday cake that we collectively agreed Casa Valentina was one of our top 3 Airbnb experiences that we've ever had in our history of Airbnb'ing. Lastly was the lovely Andrea who helped keep the space clean and assist us with our laundry, gracias!

Truly cannot say enough great things about Casa Valentina. Giovanni was such an amazing host for me and my friends. The location is nice and tucked away but still close to a lot of great options. Not too far of a walk from the beach either. Giovanni was very responsive and so helpful when anything came up. Would highly recommend booking again.

Casa Valentina was the perfect location for our group. The 4 separate suites provided a level of privacy for everyone staying. The rooftop and pool areas were perfect for socializing and enjoying each other's company. I can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating Giovanny Was during our stay. From doing some pre-shopping for us and coordinating daily cleanings, he was a gem. The location was perfect and walkable in under 10 mins to the center of the Romantic Zone. Great spot!

I've been recommending Casa Valentina to all my friends after my stay there. It was a hidden spot with beautiful surroundings and views. My friends and I loved how there was a bathroom in each bedroom and the decor of the whole place was extremely thought out. From start to finish, the property owner was responsive to my questions and our House Manager, Giovanny was incredible by providing the best hospitality. You will truly feel like you're on vacation at this place. Very walkable to the beach/nightlife! P.S. The beds are sooo comfortable!

Fantastic spot in Zona Romantica. Private yet easy to access the restaurants/bars/beach. Excellent host who was very responsive and attentive to our group’s needs.

What can I say, from start to finish, Casa Valentina & the team made everything absolutely perfect. Giovanni took care of everything pre-arrival for our gay bachelor party group including grocery and alcohol shopping as well as setting us up with VIP transportation to and from the airport. When we arrived, he and Andrea were there to greet us with freshly made margaritas and guac/chips. One of the first things Giovanni said was, welcome, enjoy we do not have rules here except to enjoy your stay. The house was wonderful with an amazing dip pool, and private rooms stocked with bottled water, fresh towels, and even earplugs for sleeping. The ocean and mountain views from the penthouse rooftop were stunning. The beds could not have been more comfortable and it was the best/close walkable location for all the action yet had privacy. Giovanni went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and he was available essentially 24/7. We will absolutely be back and HIGHLY recommend!

A week before our stay, I reached out to the host and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and thorough. He then introduced me to the shining star of our vacation, Giovanny, the Estate Manager. Giovanny provided expert concierge services from start to finish from groceries to transportation and even activities before and throughout our 5 night stay. He made us all feel welcome and completely at ease, anticipating our every need. The location is in Zona Romántica which is full of fun restaurants and bars and very LGBTQ-friendly. The beach is also walkable. I would HIGHLY recommend you ask Giovanny to coordinate at least one dinner by Chef Jonni. We had him cook 3 meals for us and each was better than the next. The additional service was extremely affordable and was another highlight of our trip. Each unit can be rented separately but we did right and had the entire house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Airbnb and a fantastic host! The only downside was the construction happening adjacent to the home which was rather loud during the day and only temporary.

Casa Valentina was a perfect home base for the week I spent celebrating my birthday as it is up high enough to get great views but not up a big hill that you’d have to trek up and down every day. It is super centrally located to all of the beach side activities to the west, Centro to the north and all of the great restaurants and bars to the east. It is a fully managed space with a concierge and housekeeper on staff daily (except Sunday) that are very attentive and ready and willing to take care of anything you might need. Both Giovanny and Andrea were incredible and the few issues we encountered during our stay were all addressed swiftly. The space itself is actually 4 different units that all share an entrance and pool area but are otherwise not connected in case it wasn’t clear. The pool itself is small but about 5 feet deep and was always such a great reprieve from the hot and humid days. The rooftop area is super nice and as pretty as the pictures depict but one thing to note is that you can only access it via the penthouse unit and the stairs up are fairly narrow. The rooms themselves are all very spacious and all have their own AC units, which is a must here, and I found the beds to be quite comfortable. Last note is both the property itself as well as all of the various rooms can only be accessed via stairs so just something to keep in mind if that was a consideration. Also lots of bugs but that is to be expected in Mexico in the summer so just be prepared with bug spray!

Great place to stay! Very clean rooms and walking distance to many activities in town. The beautiful views from the roof top are amazing. Geovanni who greeted us upon arrival was very hospitable. Thank you Casa Valentina!
