I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive Giovanni (property manager) was through every step of planning process for this trip. Highly recommend the house and location. Easy walk to everything.

This place is a gem. We loved the multiple common spaces (indoors and outdoors) for hanging out, the great location walkable to zona romantico, the terrific help from Giovanni, the privacy of our space—all of it. A memorable stay.

We loved our time at Casa Valentina! Great location, felt private. The beds were very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works well. Very clean, and Giovanni was so attentive and helpful. Lucy is great too! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spacious villa right next to town. The stay was so enjoyable and Giovanni was very accommodating for our requests. Would recommend to any traveler!

Great location, very responsive host, Giovanni was amazing at helping us coordinate activities. Would return and would recommend. Good air-conditioning and two ice machines.

Casa Valentina was a great place to stay overall! The hosts were very amenable and responsive, and the property manager Giovanni was very kind and helpful with any questions or requests. The property is an older, renovated 3-level, 4 unit building situated at the top of the Zona Romántica between other housing, so you will see into neighbors’ windows. Don’t stare and you’ll be fine, but I wanted the info here for other guests. Reserved the entire property, and it was perfect to have own rooms and privacy. Giovanni also provided us transportation and info for a day trip to Las Animas beach, and the cleaning staff is very responsive to needs. Pros: location, privacy in rooms, staff helpful if not over present Cons: key/locks are confusing and the main lock needs to be replaced, the staff sit around the property making it kind of awkward if you want to sleep in or want to enjoy the pool in private, the stairs up to the property are arduous, and the top floor room leaks if it rains.

All around great place. Giovanny was great and the place was awesome for our group of 7. Noise can be an issue but overall a great place to stay!

A great place to stay in very close distance to Zona Romantica. Gionvanny was a wonderful host and could not do enough to ensure we were well looked after throughout our stay. One consideration is that the villa is short on communal spaces for a big group apart from the roof terrace which is only accessible through one of the bedrooms.
