Diego's service was excellent. He was friendly at all times. The house was well laid out, and I loved that he always let me have the air conditioning on even when we weren't there, because when we returned the house was cool. 100% recommended :-)

The apartment has an excellent location, is very nice, and has tremendous ocean views. The rooms are nice and in general everything is excellent. Diego was a good host.

The stay itself is very comfy to rest. But it’s definitely not a great hotel to enjoy. Baisically just to sleep and go out to tour. But if u plan to rest and enjoy the hotel. It’s not worth it. The food is not good at all. The staff very rude. Cause the condominium is separate from hotel. But share the pool and amenities. The host is awesome. Only if the condo was located in another hotel. And photos need to be updated. The building its very old. Nothing like the pictures. Mildew in pool. And all around the location. Elevators didn’t work. We had to take the stairs to the 7th floor. Most the time. But like I said. Condo was great. The location was not! Unfortunately they share the location.

Diego was very responsive and his team was there to meet our group when we all arrived at different times of the day. The place is great. Balcony was awesome to be out on at night. Kitchen well stocked and the washer and dryer were amazing to have. We had a late flight out but we were able to store our bags on-site which allowed us to relax a bit longer. Highly recommend

The place and location was absolutely beautiful! It was located inside the hotel so we had access to everything. Diego and his co-hosts were super responsive. I had about 2 million questions and they answered all of them without complaint or issue. I would absolutely book here again!

Nice location and beach

Excellent accommodation

We brought our four adult sons and had the best time. The penthouse is beautiful with a bathroom in each room plus a powder room. The main kitchen is spacious and big enough to lounge in. The views are incredible from each room.Many of us went out on the balcony to read or lie down. The location is perfect. 15 minutes from the airport made everything easy. The kids went down to the gym, pool, and beach when they wanted. We loved the hotel feel but having such a huge space. The restaurant across the street was yummy. The hosts did everything to help when we wrote them.

The place is very nice, it has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay, and the service is good. I'm not a bot, nor am I leaving a review just to be polite; I'm a real person who had a good experience. I genuinely recommend it, although it's not close to most restaurants. It's more suitable for peace and quiet (which was our case). Shares a space with the Hotel Oleo.

DIego's condo was great! It was spacious and very well maintained. Diego and his team were very responsive to all our needs and questions and they always checked in to see if there was anything else they could do for us. Being next to and have the ability to share in the use of the Oleo Resort was wonderful and gave us the flexibility we needed as a family. Would absolutely recommend the condominium!

Very nice place

Although we were there for a short time, Diego and his team were very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions. The apartment shares facilities with a hotel, which we were able to use without any problems. I recommend this place 100%!

This place was absolutely phenomenal and the host, Diego was great along with Lara who was extremely helpful. The home is very clean with great views. The WiFi was a little slow at times, but that’s the worst thing I can think of about the entire stay. It’s large with 4 four spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom in each. Right on the beach with plenty of food choices if you don’t want to leave the resort. I will definitely look these guys up if I ever need a place in Cancun again.

The apartment met all the expectations we needed as a family. We felt safe and it was in a tourist location. Place was fantastic, very clean, beautyful views of the ocean and bay . Its corner unit with very nice balcony. Rooms are pretty big with big beds. Host was very responsive. We booked that place 2hrs before check in due to other host cancelation. Host meet us at the lobby , showing whole resort and panthouse . There are 2 restaurants across the street and its just 15 min bus ride to the center of Cancun( 12 MXP) Only minus for future tenants is the temperature of the water is low , usually is cold water ,not hot water in the shower. There are no TV chanels on TVs and was hard to to connect some apps from the phone . Also for lightsleepers , you may hear all noises from outside which could be annoying especially when its windy. Overall great unit i highly recommend it

Amazing view and loved the deck. We loved the Navíos across the street for dinner and restaurantkm19-5 for lunch. There is an OXXO across the street for snacks and drinks if you want to stay and enjoy the deck. Optional all inclusive package was nice and we loved the Japanese restaurant.

The home was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very spacious, beautiful ocean views from every room! We look forward to staying again!!!

We were so pleased to stay at this property. It was clean, as advertised, the views are stunning, the unit is well-stocked, cleaned, and maintained. We were especially grateful to stay here because the original AirBNB we booked didn’t exist. Had to move the family of 6 to a hotel. Then we booked a 2nd AirBNB, and it didn’t exist either. Twice in one trip! Two different Hosts — Not Diego. We were so grateful that this unit did exist, and Diego’s Team was amazing. It was an amazing vacation.

We loved the location of this property. Close to the airport, hot tub and pool over look the beach. The beach access and swimming is right in front of the resort. It’s close to the highway to get to Chichén Itza and Xplor. Diego and his team were very responsive. All and all the property was great. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again!

I stayed at the beachfront penthouse in Cancun this November, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The view from the penthouse was great, offering a good view of the turquoise ocean and white sandy beaches. Direct beach access made it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset strolls, and the building’s security gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. One minor issue was the unusually high winds during my visit, which caused some noise in the unit. However, the hosts addressed it quickly and efficiently, which really impressed me. Overall, this penthouse met all expectations. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic stay in Cancun.

Diego’s place was beautiful with beautiful views. Diego was very accommodating of our needs and request taking the extra mile to help us out with last minute request and making our stay even more special. You won’t regret booking this place and when we return to Mexico we will be visiting Diego’s place again!

This place was amazing! I took a trip down with my 2 sons. We all loved the place! The place was really clean, comfortable, and full of everything needed. Diego and the team took excellent care of us from start to finish. Scheduled car to deliver us to and from the airport. Provided excursion information, and allowed us to check in early so that I could be available for a business call. They also checked in us during the visit to see if there was anything we needed. Had a little challenge with the internet and TV's 1st night . They were there immediately to address and repair. Towels, washer and dryer, ice machine, fridge, etc. etc. Property gives you the ability to make it an all inclusive. I didn't buy into the program, but saved money on the overall costs for my visit. We ll worth it. We will definitely rent again!

Great location and convenient ! Diego and his team were very helpful from airport pick up to tour bookings and tips to make it so easy for busy single mom of 4 kids like me . The condo is right on the resort property and beach front access that offers inclusive. Easy check in. The place comes with stunning view of both beach and lagoon with beautiful sunset . Both bath towel and beach towel are provided . I do recommend bringing your insulated water bottle since a lot of archeological sites tours do not allow any plastic for environmental reserves . Bug repellent spray and sunblock and sunburn aloe are essential!!!! Highly recommended !!!

Our family of 8 had an amazing time in Cancun staying at Diego's place. Having a bathroom in every room made a big difference in comfort and privacy. Also being across the street from a convenience store and a bus stop right in front of the hotel to go anywhere we wanted was incredibly convenient. We were also approached by the resort to listen to a presentation to get 50% off of the all-inclusive bracelets for 2 days - totally worth it. The food was excellent. This was our 3rd time in Cancun - first time staying at a airbnb. We saved so much money and it was the best stay thus far. Diego was always accessible and responded quickly and sent helpful reminders. Thank you so much

Nice apartment with great ocean and lagoon views, it has what is mentioned in the description. The cleanliness on arrival was excellent, the hosts were always available for questions and clarifications, the recommendation for transportation to the hotel was always on time. The hotel has a nice, quiet beach and suitable facilities for families.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Diego was very responsive to my questions and very helpful with scheduling tours. The place had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out! We did 1 day of all inclusive as we were out exploring Cancun but it was good… typical food of an all inclusive resort. Diego coordinated our transportation which was easy to locate our driver and communicated on what’s app and air bnb messaging. We used the provided cooler and beach towels (remember you are not a guest in the hotel so you cannot use their towels) for our pool and beach days. The washing machine was not working for our stay and we packed to reuse some clothes so that was a bummer but hopefully that gets fixed soon. The dryer worked well for our wet clothes. Bring some ear plugs or use an app for white noise at night because the fans for ac unit and streets are noisy. I would recommend adding some box fans in the unit if possible. Overall a great stay.. would definitely go back! Great team!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The condo is huge with 3 en suite king bedrooms on the second floor, plus another small bedroom on the first floor. Wrap around balcony/patios on both floors were great for watching the surf and the sunset over the lagoon. The place was spotlessly clean and the host met us upon arrival to show us around. We had everything we needed for the stay--enough cookware, a coffee maker and microwave, pool towels and a cooler, hair dryers, and a washer/dryer. Diego booked us on an all-day trip to Chichen Itza and arranged our airport transfer. Couldn't have asked for more! As a bonus, you get access to the resort amenities with this condo, so you can opt into the all-inclusive any day for $95/person. Plus there's an upscale and beautiful restaurant (Navios) across the street, as well as a casual place called Joe's and a convenience store. This is our second time at Oleo resort, and we'll be back!

Excellent experience in this home. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations to enjoy the area.
