Thierry’s place was perfect for our family. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay. The interior was clean, well maintained, and filled with natural light. The pool area was also spacious and clean. The only minor issue was that the on-site laundry was out of service; however, Thierry kindly offered to reimburse us for our laundry expenses, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed the living area and the layout of the home—especially the two separate bedrooms. The WIFI worked well. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We can only recommend the stay at this place! Nice and quiet with really clean rooms and modern furniture etc. The location is only 4 minutes away from the center of PDC! (By foot) Huge bonus was the rooftop bar/pool with an amazing view! We will recommend it in any way!

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

Thierry is a great host! Very responsive and able to assist in anything you need during your stay. His condo was perfect for our family vacation. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the pool, the fabulous beach right out front and loved how walkable the area was; very safe, even at night. Taxis always waiting outside too if you need to go a little further. This location is perfect and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was clean, quiet, and the AC was excellent when needing to cool off after being in the sun all day. We will be back! 😎

We stumbled upon staying here because we needed somewhere in a hurry. we couldn't believe how beautiful it is. the pools especially. if you have laundry make sure you plan ahead. it is on the northern end of 5th Ave, we love to walk and our kids are great travelers but if you have smaller children just know to get to the southern end of 5th. it is a long ways. the beach is beautiful and the views are insanely pretty. the roof top pools are so pretty and clean. Our kids were so sad we only had 2 days to swim.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. The host always responded in a timely manner and was nice. It's a short walk from the beach and the fifth. Just important to take into account the weaker wifi and also that the apartment is located in a large complex, where sometimes there is more noise. I definitely recommend.

We had a great time in Playa del Carmen! The accommodation is impeccable, well-equipped and close to everything: beaches accessible within a few minutes' walk and 5th Avenue as well, all in a quiet environment! Thierry was very responsive to requests and what's more, is very friendly! We recommend this listing.

BOOK THIS PLACE, you will not be disappointed! The location to 38 and 5th were fabulous. Not to mention the rooftop pool, we rarely wanted to leave the building. The only “issue” we saw was the wifi but if you’re not relying on it, you’ll be totally fine. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for preparing meals, which was perfect for our group. Thierry and Sergio were super easy to communicate with and made our stay even better! Thanks, again, for a great first trip to PDC ☀️🌴🌊

Perfect place to stay in Playa. Just far enough from the noise. 20 steps from the beach, 20 steps from the great restaurants on 38th. As a frequent visitor of Playa, this will be my new place to stay. Separate AC units allowed me to really cool my bedroom which is a must for me. Unit was immaculately clean. Rooftop pool is really nice. Ocean view from the room. I locked myself out of my room one night. Late. Thierry/Sergio answered my late phone call and helped me get in. (I’m sorry Sergio! I owe you!)

We had a great stay, modern and comfortable apartment, extremely clean, excellent communication with Thierry and with Sergio, who assisted us at any time on site with tips and help. Kitchen well equipped, beds very comfortable, well-kept neighborhood, fantastic rooftop, lively surroundings with many restaurants and shops

Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment and it was perfect. There are 2 bedrooms and.m small living room, allowing us (the adults) to have privacy while the girls (4 and 8 years old) could have their own space. The flat is well equipped and the beach and restaurants are just 2 min away. There’s also parking which was great. There are several pools + jacuzzi on the roof and a gym - we all took advantage of that. We had one rainy day and the hot pool Was a great way to spend the time. The only issue was the internet which was flaky, don’t know if this was the weather or something else. but Thierry was kind enough to acknowledge that and offer alternatives - which we highly appreciated, as it shows his commitment to high level of service. Our stay made us want to visit Playa del Carmen again

A beautiful place, and the modern and thoughtful accommodation, was our resting place to replenish for the next day. With a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony, a divine pool, with a bar that served you with cordiality and good music. Fast elevators. All the necessary amenities for a spectacular stay. Always helpful hosts, let us know how we were and if we needed anything. We are from Argentina and felt right at home. We recommend them!

Delighted with the attentions and the accommodation in general. From arrival to departure they were always aware of us the place is very nice and all the amenities offered by the accommodation are excellent. We'll definitely be back soon!

Condo head everything that was needed From coffee To beach towels, dishes etc. and enough towels for personal use for our week stay. Smart TVs in all the rooms definitely helped when you wanted to just relax and get a break from the sun and heat. An amazing rooftop pool with amazing views Of the ocean. Pool area that was really large and different sides to the pool as well as a snack bar. There were great views from the balcony Of the ocean and I loved the music they play in the pool area , it was such a nice vibe and I'll definitely be coming back and will definitely want this unit again.

Only the internet didn't work well every now and then but outside of that 10/10. I'd stay there again.

The apartment is quiet and yet very centrally located, is stylish and furnished without unnecessary frills. The beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. Impeccable cleanliness and fresh bed linen/bath towels are important to us, which was 100% fulfilled here! Thierry was a very accommodating host, Sergio was a very friendly contact person on site who regularly inquired about our wishes and well-being. Sincere thanks for the hospitality and the unforgettable stay!

The place is large, very clean and quiet. The location is fantastic, a few minutes' walk to the beach, on the other hand you are right in the city. Communication with Thierry and Sergio was very quick and we felt cared for. I found the electronic key via an APP to be very contemporary. I have never had such a comfortable mattress in the bedroom anywhere on vacation. The rooftop pool and fitness room are a great enrichment and were gladly visited on our part. The front desk was always occupied and very helpful. Thank you to the hosts! We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing time … the location was great , Sergio and Thierry were always available when needed , a short walk to the beautiful Coco beach , the roof top pool had a nice vibe, and a wonderful view. If I could recommend something would be a better wifi service and have the cleaning service included in the price . Aside of that the place is absolutely great !! Would return for sure !

Thierry and his colleague Sergio were great hosts. I’m glad I chose this location because it was much quieter, still walkable to Quinta Avenida and only a block away from the beach. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop was great and only had a few people there. Lots of room and lounge chairs to spread out. Parking was convenient and secure, always attended by a security person. There was a problem with water not being available the morning of checkout but that was a building issue and beyond our hosts’ control. They apologized for the inconvenience and let us stay until we could wash up and check out. I would highly recommend this property and both hosts to anyone coming to Playa del Carmen and

It was a wonderful experience staying with Thierry, and the stay is as shown in the pictures and even better. Impeccable, it has everything you need so as not to worry about absolutely nothing unless you enjoy it. Communication is always excellent. New apartment in a very nice new building, everything is new! Pristine condition. The beds are comfortable and we rested well. The pools are great and the roof top has a beautiful view.
