Thierry’s place was perfect for our family. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay. The interior was clean, well maintained, and filled with natural light. The pool area was also spacious and clean. The only minor issue was that the on-site laundry was out of service; however, Thierry kindly offered to reimburse us for our laundry expenses, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed the living area and the layout of the home—especially the two separate bedrooms. The WIFI worked well. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We can only recommend the stay at this place! Nice and quiet with really clean rooms and modern furniture etc. The location is only 4 minutes away from the center of PDC! (By foot) Huge bonus was the rooftop bar/pool with an amazing view! We will recommend it in any way!

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

Thierry is a great host! Very responsive and able to assist in anything you need during your stay. His condo was perfect for our family vacation. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the pool, the fabulous beach right out front and loved how walkable the area was; very safe, even at night. Taxis always waiting outside too if you need to go a little further. This location is perfect and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was clean, quiet, and the AC was excellent when needing to cool off after being in the sun all day. We will be back! 😎

We stumbled upon staying here because we needed somewhere in a hurry. we couldn't believe how beautiful it is. the pools especially. if you have laundry make sure you plan ahead. it is on the northern end of 5th Ave, we love to walk and our kids are great travelers but if you have smaller children just know to get to the southern end of 5th. it is a long ways. the beach is beautiful and the views are insanely pretty. the roof top pools are so pretty and clean. Our kids were so sad we only had 2 days to swim.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. The host always responded in a timely manner and was nice. It's a short walk from the beach and the fifth. Just important to take into account the weaker wifi and also that the apartment is located in a large complex, where sometimes there is more noise. I definitely recommend.

We had a great time in Playa del Carmen! The accommodation is impeccable, well-equipped and close to everything: beaches accessible within a few minutes' walk and 5th Avenue as well, all in a quiet environment! Thierry was very responsive to requests and what's more, is very friendly! We recommend this listing.
