The apartment is superbly located, and the accommodation was very comfortable for our group of six, including two minors. We all felt at home. It is surrounded by special places such as the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, the Cultural Complex, and Los Pinos, all within walking distance.

Had a fantastic stay! Place is just as described. Had some fun times on the rooftop! Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars within a block. An OXXO across the street. Great for larger groups as 3 separate hangout spots in the apartment. Wish we had stayed for longer.

My friends and I had a wonderful visit to CDMX. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the rooftop could not be beat. The neighborhood was walkable with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Easy check-in and an elevator in the building were a plus as well. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is huge and each bedroom feels like a master suite. The street is very quiet, and the building itself is secure with 24/7 guard in the lobby. The host is extremely accommodating and left cleaning supplies, dish and laundry pods, extra towels, and robes. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay! The host was responsive to our questions, and the description matched the listing. They were able to accommodate and allow early check-in. It is in a great location, very walkable to many restaurants, and has a convenience store right across the street. I felt safe walking at night. The listing states that there is no a/c so be warned that you will need to use the fans provided. I would recommend bringing slippers if you do not wear shoes in your home. The floors were dirty. Our group of 6 had a great time exploring Mexico City and using the Airbnb as a home base to rest.

I found this location to be very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The entire staff was great to work with and responded to all my questions very promptly. The kitchen was exceptionally well designed, but for fellow coffee enthusiasts like me, I’d recommend either bringing your own coffee or stopping by a good café to pick some up—the filters are already stocked and ready to go. A few observations—none of which are major or would significantly impact my overall rating of the apartment. It was fairly warm during my stay in Mexico City, and I was surprised to find (and admittedly missed this when booking) that there was no air conditioning. In my humble opinion, given how nice the apartment is overall, it would be worth the owner investing in a system. I was provided with fans from the closet, which helped somewhat, but they were a bit loud and affected my sleep. So, to be completely honest—through no fault of the property managers—I didn’t sleep particularly well. Live and learn

amazing stay and best location in the city

We had an incredible time! The place was perfect for 6 of us, we loved being able to hang on the terrace in between activities. Huge thanks to the hosts for letting some people keep their bags at the home while housekeeping started cleaning. Would 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful apartment in an excellent, walkable neighborhood, Polanco, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, supermarkets and nearby parks. Everything was easy and safe. Hosts are organized, helpful with suggestions and communicative. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect! We traveled with 3 couples and had the best stay! The place was clean, comfortable and the hosts were responsive and so nice. The rooftop was perfect to bring tacos back from accross the street for lunch and sip cocktails in the evening. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable and central to everything. The restaurants were incredible and almost a walk or short bike ride away. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful penthouse in Condesa. It was spacious and very easy to find. The rooftop patio was gorgeous and we wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it more. Very convenient location with a Walmart express located right up the street as well as many coffee shops etc . The only thing I would say is that if you are not a fan of firm mattresses and plan on staying in the room with the king size bed you will not enjoy the bed, it’s the hardest mattress I’ve ever encountered, I ended up sleeping on a couch because it was so uncomfortable.

The first thing we noticed upon checking in is how spacious the apartment is. The rooms are all very large. The place takes up the entire second floor. And although it's on floor "2" it's actually 3 levels up from the street, with tree top and street views. The floor to ceiling windows are wonderful and very soundproof. Although we sometimes heard muffled city noise during the day the area is very quiet in the evenings and mornings. The apartment is absolutely spotless. The bathrooms are sleek and modern. The kitchen is spacious and offers modern appliances and lots of workspace - and best of all it has filtered water - no need to lug jugs of water home. All the beds and bedding are very comfortable. The area is great - beautiful leafy streets and close to both Bosque de Chapultepec and Parque Lincoln, and tons of restaurants. Juan and his team are top notch - very engaged and responsive. We had a slight problem with the dishwasher and they had a repairman there within hours.

Great location! Spacious and fully equipped for comfort. With 7 of us, it was very roomy and relaxing, with ample space to hang out. The extra apartment option was very convenient and provided additional space. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is definitely in the luxury category. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you’d expect in a comfortable home. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Spacious rooms with ample room to store luggage and hang clothes. A nice living room to relax, along with a nice dinning room and sun room. The kitchen was also nicely sized and equipped. The neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate with great restaurants. It was the perfect retreat after a long day site seeing around Mexico City. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! This is a spacious, very elegantly decorated apartment in a great part of CDMX. Each of the 3 BRs has a king bed and its own bath, plus there is a half bath in the foyer. Robes are even provided in each BR! The kitchen is well equipped and has all the basics in terms of dishes, glasses, cookware, and cleaning supplies. We brought our own coffee so were set for the first morning! Saks Polanco, only a short walk down the block and around the corner, offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinners. We especially enjoyed their morning pastries. Virginija responded almost immediately to all our questions. The building security was superb. Five stars, for sure!

Large and super nice place. Quite spacious. Ensuite bathroom for each of the three king sized bedrooms was really nice. Very clean and well appointed. Was a little cool at night but there were space heaters which worked well. Excellent security. Felt very safe. Walkable to multiple sites. Recommended.

Great host, great accommodations. A palace in the middle of a great par to the city. For the space and amenities, we would have paid 3 times as much for a hotel in the area.

Be thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He condo is super spacious. Each bedroom was very comfortable with king beds and private baths. We were grateful for the heaters with the cool temperatures during our stay. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host as we had a couple of questions during our stay. The building is very secure. It is a gorgeous space and felt very much at home with our family.

I booked this for friends that we guided around Mexico City. I wanted them to see one of the beautiful neighborhoods in CDMX. We all loved the space, we had ample room in the large kitchen to gather in the morning and enjoy coffee and a light breakfast. There is a Walmart small grocery store well within walking distance. The luxury of 3 bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms was a big plus, and the possible 4th bedroom could have been a bonus if we needed it. We had an issue with the TV in the living area and it was resolved quickly and easily. The communication is superb. The house is quiet and very close to museums and excellent restaurants. I would stay here again with a group. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time here - the location was ideal for us to be able to enjoy nice restaurants and morning run’s in the beautiful park - along with museums and strolls along the parks. So walkable and beautiful. We enjoyed as active couple in our 40s along with our parents with limited mobility in their 80s. The house was very accommodating and cozy for times when people wanted to rest or stay home and others enjoying what the city and Polanco have to offer. Also very appreciative of our host’s fast communication and flexibility with flight delays for leaving our luggage a bit longer.

Great place to stay, close to a lot of restaurants and easy access to road where uber and taxi passes by. Pent house was very clean, nice and very beautiful. Although, you hear the sounds outside, kinda loud but it’s barely loud outside, because location was very quiet for the most part. Doors may need some lubrication. Otherwise everything looked good. And Hosts were very considerate and responsive! We loved it! ❤️

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It is a very spacious and beautiful place and in a great location. There is a couple of 7/11 convenient stores within three minute walk at either direction you walk. It is a very safe area with lots of beautiful restaurants and Café very close by. I got in touch a couple of times for some things I needed and Virginija got back to me immediately. The responsiveness is amazing almost at real time. Also very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Thank you for everything.

Great place in a great location

Wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place. Attention to all details from welcome snacks and wine and all amenities in the bathrooms and elsewhere. The hosts were also very generous to allow us to check in very early as we had an issue with another rental and needed a place in the morning. Overall excellent experience! Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable, great hosts

This was a fantastic Airbnb located in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood. The apartment was in excellent condition, and we genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The area felt very safe, with plenty to explore just steps away. There’s a great vegan restaurant right around the corner, and the taco stand kitty-corner to the building was absolutely incredible—there was a constant line, and for good reason. They know what they’re doing. The penthouse apartment felt very private; we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. The kitchen has a built-in water filter with safe drinking water, which was a huge convenience—no need to haul water back from the Walmart grocery store just a block away. The rooftop deck is massive, and we spent a lot of time relaxing up there. The beds were a bit firm for my taste, but they seemed brand new, which is always a plus when staying in Airbnbs. Highly recommend Juan Fernando’s apartment.

I cannot say enough about this place. I am always nervous when booking rentals but this was the single most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. Every question was answered within hours (often times minutes) and the penthouse is just like the photos. I was not very familiar with CDMX but the location of this rental was amazing. So many good bars and restaurants. You’re a 3 minute walk to coffee and pastries. You feel safe and secure in the rental and in the neighborhood. If I was going to recommend one thing- I used the white noise app on my phone bec the streets can get busy in the morning. However, that is what you expect in a city full of 22M people. We slept 5 adult men extremely comfortably. We did utilize the extra bedroom off the kitchen and everyone had their own private space. Could have easily done this place with 3-4 couples. I cannot say enough. Just a fantastic trip that was anchored by a lovely space. Thank you Juan!

The apartment was fantastic, We had an amazing stay, the space was perfect for us 6, each couple had their own room with bathroom, the apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable, walkable distance to restaurants in the area, we had a car and parking was available definitely a plus. Overall our stay was excellent, highly recommend.

Each room has a bathroom which was awesome for 5 women. Beds were super comfortable and the place is big and spacious. Host was always responsive and helpful- gave me a list of restaurants close by. Apartment is in a beautiful part of Polanco, super safe and lovely surroundings. We loved it.

This place was fantastic for our group of three couples! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a security guard who verified our IDs, which made us feel safe and welcomed. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by an elevator, and the building has more of a condo-style feel. Check-in instructions were clear, and getting into the apartment was super easy. The space itself was very spacious, clean, and full of character, which we absolutely loved! Each bedroom was large and had its own private bathroom, plus there was an additional half bath in the living area. The host was clear with instructions and even provided certain accommodations for us, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. For breakfast, I highly recommend Saks! it was amazing! Another great perk was having a security guard at the entrance 24/7, always ready to open the door for us, so we never had to worry about carrying keys. I would definitely recommend

A beautifully appointed apt with everything you needed for a special stay. The only downside - the front door lock worked but it was inconsistent when you would lock it to leave. Still, a 5 star experience.

Fantastic space for a group of 4 or more, the corner patio on the main level and the full, sun facing patio on the attached upper floor are very hard to beat. plenty of room, 2.5 bathrooms with spacious showers are very helpful when getting ready to go out as a group. The location makes walking to Chapultepec or Parque Espania very easy. Many great restaurants are within 3 blocks. The hosts are quickly responsive to questions.

We were all pleased with the location and the quality of the apartment, including having 2 small children with us. Safe neighborhood and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Very close to the major park in Mexico City and a world class museum.

Although the apartment was chilly at night, the extra warm blankets and space heaters definitely helped and it was really comfortable and quiet in the building. The hosts were extremely responsive and we really appreciated that they allowed for an early check-in. The apartment is within walking distance to so many sites and we were able to do many things just walking out the door. The dining in Polanco is amazing and easy and safe to walk around at night. We absolutely LOVED this place. It’s in a great location, with tons of local coffee shops and restaurants to walk to. The neighborhood is clean and super safe. We walked all over late at night, and the building with the unit is also very safe and secured. The unit is very spacious. Each of my two kids had their own large bedroom, and the rooftop deck was fabulous. I would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mexico City.
