This beautiful 280-square-meter apartment has been recently remodeled and is located in Polanco, one of the neighborhood’s most attractive, fashionable, and safe areas. Its excellent location places you within walking distance of museums, including the National Museum of Anthropology and the Museum of Modern Art, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, art galleries, bars, cafés, parks, and shopping centers.

The apartment is situated in a refined and pleasant part of the neighborhood.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a 12-story building and includes:

• Three spacious bedrooms
• A king-size bed in each bedroom
• A full private bathroom in each bedroom
• A small desk in each bedroom for working from home
• A television with internet access and Netflix in each bedroom
• An additional television with cable service in the living room

For groups of six who would like an extra bedroom, or for groups of seven or eight guests, an additional room with a king-size bed and a small full bathroom is available. This room connects to the apartment through the kitchen and is located within the apartment. If it has not been booked, the connecting door will remain closed and the room will not be accessible.
