Dream location, close to everything. Close to the beach, seconds from 5th Avenue. Beautiful property with two hot tubs and a huge pool. When the ad talks about a possible surplus of electricity, it's nothing. We ran the air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms every night and in the living room during the day in addition to a few washes and no overruns.

This is our second stay at this particular property and we love it. It's on the third floor, has a great view over the pool with palm trees at eye level. It's right on the strip (la quinta/5th avenue) and near the beach. We definitely plan on returning. Thank you, Sylvia and Delmey for the beautiful space.

The condo is in the best street of Playa, surrounded by great restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The condo has a gym despite a little outdated, and a nice pool. The hot tub was a plus in the winter. Highly recommended.

Great location- one balcony overlooked the peace and quiet of the pool and gardens and the other, all the interesting stuff of 5th avenue. Found several great restaurants within short distance. Neighbourhood felt safe

I loved the stay in the apartment complex, a very good option for vacations.

We stayed 7 nights and wished we had booked more! The location puts you just feet from 5th Avenue with no clubs below so you need not worry about noise complaints or partying till 3am. The unit was clean and had plenty of amenities. There were more than enough towels, kitchen came with all the cooking equipment you need, the apartment was very clean and made for a relaxing environment. I don’t know what else I could add other than to say that we will definitely book here again when we visit Playa.

Spent a month of Work-ations at Delmy's place. The location is excellent, in a nice area close to everyting. The appartment is great, well equipped and comfortable. Delmy and Sylvia are great hosts. Helpful and respinsive. we really enjoyed our stay.

There is absolutely no better place to stay in Playa! Perfectly located in the center and close to the beach, everything you need is just steps away. The apartment was exactly what was shown in the pictures and the pool area was a dream! Always very quiet, clean and pleasant. We stayed for one month and loved everything about it! Great communication with the host as well. Highly recommended!

This apartment is in a perfect location, clean building and apartment, safe and secure environment. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Note: the apartment was advertised as 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms but it is actually a two (2) bedroom with doors, 3 bathrooms and an open area to the left of the kitchen in the living area with a king side bed with a curtain for privacy, a bit awkward for three adults traveling.
