Dream location, close to everything. Close to the beach, seconds from 5th Avenue. Beautiful property with two hot tubs and a huge pool. When the ad talks about a possible surplus of electricity, it's nothing. We ran the air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms every night and in the living room during the day in addition to a few washes and no overruns.

This is our second stay at this particular property and we love it. It's on the third floor, has a great view over the pool with palm trees at eye level. It's right on the strip (la quinta/5th avenue) and near the beach. We definitely plan on returning. Thank you, Sylvia and Delmey for the beautiful space.

The condo is in the best street of Playa, surrounded by great restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The condo has a gym despite a little outdated, and a nice pool. The hot tub was a plus in the winter. Highly recommended.

Great location- one balcony overlooked the peace and quiet of the pool and gardens and the other, all the interesting stuff of 5th avenue. Found several great restaurants within short distance. Neighbourhood felt safe

Despite the fact I requested a discount before booking and the owner offered us a better deal I consider my choice to be a mistake and I unfortunately regret it since the day 2. The place is not suitable for families with toddlers. Imagine you go for holiday and after each time the kids are having fun by the pool (day time) some community security guy comes and with a zero English he just shows you a paper with 1000$ fine for noises nad disobeying the rules. The property management is insane here, they kept bothering us even when we hang out the wet clothes on the balcony - threaten us with a fine $300 if we don't take it inside. They basically ruined our holiday and we haven't felt welcome there at all. This should be at least written in a description, so we could all know before booking that by renting this place you became a hostage. Rules set up by apartment owners in complex are just crazy. Jacuzzi for kids&adults was either green (ruined our swim suits) or with a low temperature.

We stayed 7 nights and wished we had booked more! The location puts you just feet from 5th Avenue with no clubs below so you need not worry about noise complaints or partying till 3am. The unit was clean and had plenty of amenities. There were more than enough towels, kitchen came with all the cooking equipment you need, the apartment was very clean and made for a relaxing environment. I don’t know what else I could add other than to say that we will definitely book here again when we visit Playa.
