The place fully meets expectations! It's as shown in the photos, and I think it's perfect for vacations with large groups. In addition, the host responds very quickly to any questions; communication with him was excellent throughout the stay. The only downside, in my opinion, is the location. Ubers hardly ever came, or it took 15 to 20 minutes for them to pick us up, since the area is considered “far away” by the locals. Personally, I didn't think it was that far, but it's something worth taking into account. If you are traveling in a large group, I would recommend that you consider hiring private transportation for added convenience. Other than that, everything was perfect! 🫰🏻.

This house was absolutely fantastic for our group which included two kiddos age 5 and 9. There was plenty of space. We watched absolutely gorgeous sunsets on the ocean every night from the backyard pool or the upstairs decks. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space both inside and out to lounge. The neighborhood is small and safe. There is a schoolyard nearby where kiddos play soccer every night and an olive tree in the backyard with doves roosting in it. We did have a rental car to get around and I recommend it. This house is not walking distance to an OXXO but with a car you are super close to everything. 5 minutes to a grocery store, 11 minutes from the Malecón and loads of great restaurants, shops etc. We can’t wait to come back!

Great big place to spend time together with family or friends. Pool is clean and fun to use. Many gathering locations in house Neighbors are friendly. Responsive host.

An excellent option for families or large groups. It has spacious rooms and all the amenities.

The place was amazing, we had a great time. Airco was mega chill and the kitchen was great. Different types of matresses was also great! Definitely recommend this place!

Thank you to Jorge for the lovely space to celebrate my birthday with friends. It was beautiful, quiet, with ocean views, great sunsets and so many spaces to hang as a group. They were incredibly responsive to our questions and had a 10/10 connection for a chef/cocinero who was an essential component of our trip.

Excellent house, and the service was even better. We had a technical problem, and it was resolved immediately. 100% recommended.

Spot worked out extremely well for a group of 7 of us. Rooftop was great for sunset views. Be aware the the WiFi is on and off and most of us with US cell phone plans did not have service at the house - not a big deal but beware if you need to work etc. Place was comfortable and safe, it’s about a 15 minute drive into el Centro. Overall would recommend.

The house is great for large families; it's comfortable and spacious! The photos are just as the house is. Please note that it is very far from downtown; you will need to rent a car if you stay here. Jorge was always attentive, and when we needed him, he responded immediately and resolved the issue.

Travelled from Toronto as a group of 10 for 5 nights - lovely space with plenty of room for our group. The views from the rooftop and second level over the ocean are fantastic.

comfortable, clean and functional house, far from the esplanade on foot but by car everything is 10-15 minutes away.

Beautiful home inside and out - we had 8 people for a long weekend and felt very comfortable not at all crowded - open concept. Celebrated 2 birthdays and swam with the whale sharks highly recommended.

This place is fantastic, just like in the pictures. Great location as well. I came with my large family and it was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Jorge was a great host, very kind and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

This was a great stay for our large group, there were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The shower had good pressure and the air conditioning worked well in the bedroom. Jorge was super responsive and helpful! The house is a bit outside of the city which is fine for us who are local and can find our way around. Overall it was as described.

The place is just like the photos, everything is very beautiful and the views are beautiful, you can relax, cook, the place is very comfortable, it has all the amenities they mention, it is very quiet to sleep, the host was very attentive to us and all of us, thank you very much!

Jorge was very attentive, always responded quickly, the accommodation is impeccable and very comfortable, we will definitely return.
