The house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance in some areas (the people before us left beer cans, the inflatables for the pool were burst, and the couch in the master bedroom was wet). The ad says that check-in is at 3:00 pm. They sent us a message that day saying that we could access until 4:00 pm. We didn't get the directions in advance. There was no drinking water (however, we had to make a request, and they did have water for the next guests).

The place fully meets expectations! It's as shown in the photos, and I think it's perfect for vacations with large groups. In addition, the host responds very quickly to any questions; communication with him was excellent throughout the stay. The only downside, in my opinion, is the location. Ubers hardly ever came, or it took 15 to 20 minutes for them to pick us up, since the area is considered “far away” by the locals. Personally, I didn't think it was that far, but it's something worth taking into account. If you are traveling in a large group, I would recommend that you consider hiring private transportation for added convenience. Other than that, everything was perfect! 🫰🏻.

This house was absolutely fantastic for our group which included two kiddos age 5 and 9. There was plenty of space. We watched absolutely gorgeous sunsets on the ocean every night from the backyard pool or the upstairs decks. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space both inside and out to lounge. The neighborhood is small and safe. There is a schoolyard nearby where kiddos play soccer every night and an olive tree in the backyard with doves roosting in it. We did have a rental car to get around and I recommend it. This house is not walking distance to an OXXO but with a car you are super close to everything. 5 minutes to a grocery store, 11 minutes from the Malecón and loads of great restaurants, shops etc. We can’t wait to come back!
