Baphu

The house has everything that we needed, accessible to the sea and very spacious. The swimming pool is not big enough and needs to be cleaned regularly. We were swimming on the sea most of the time. I will like to return during my next vacation.

He was very helpful with everything. We had a very good stay.

Stayed for 7 nights. The house and property are vey nice, stylish and well-equipped. Steps to the beach, warm ocean and beautiful views from inside and outside the house made it worth the trip. Pool is small, but the courtyard area around the pool is nice, unique and private. Baphu was highly responsive and very helpful. He's a conscientious host. The town of Chuburná is casual, beachy and a nice place to be in the Yucatan. Was always nice to return to after a day trip. The main drawback, however, was the town's unreliable power. We lost electricity intermittently for three of the days-nights and had to run and tend to a generator. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

Beautiful. The property is nice and neat. Bathrooms and all the place is clean and functional. Well designed. You will find everything you need in the house. Beach, pool, kitchen. . . It will be up to you to stay or hit the road. Bapuh, the host, is there for any question or comment. Thank you.. .

Baphu is just the best host you'll ever find.

On the host: Baphu was amazing at communicating with us, extremely cordial, and answered any questions we had right away. He also made a visit on a day when we couldn’t figure a couple of things out, and explained everything to us. On the place: The house was absolutely beautiful. My parents, siblings, spouses and kids stayed and we were all super comfortable as well. Everyone agreed that this is our new “must stay at” spot when we visit Yucatán. Not only was the inside of the house great, but the pool was awesome and big enough for all of us. Plus, we loved how you just go down a few steps and you’re right at the beach, which was also perfectly maintained and just beautiful. Perfect place, perfect host. What more could you ask for?

This is an extraordinary place to stay. It is comfortable, spacious, and beautiful—offering all the amenities and conveniences of home right beside the crystal waters of the ocean. We stayed for 3 weeks with three kids in tow; and in those short weeks, it already felt like “home.” Baphu was a gracious and helpful host, providing helpful recommendations and replying to questions quickly. Highly recommend!

He gave us many recommendations regarding places to order food or drinks. The house is very stylish and has a great vibe. The house feels like it has it’s own private beach. If you are looking for a place to relax and have fun I truly recommend it.

Baphu’s home is wonderful! It accommodates 8 of us comfortably. The ocean is beautiful as is the pool. It was so nice to be able to cook as well as be close to restaurants. I highly recommend Baphu’s home! Thank you so much!

Baphu’s place is amazing to enjoy with your family! The house is very comfortable and stylish. He has everything to take advantage of the great location and rest. My children and brothers went to fish and play into the see. The communication was great. :)

The house is very beautiful . Although it is very hot , the house is very well ventilated, as it has windows on all sides , the kitchen is very complete and ready to use , the bathrooms also have everything you need and even more . The rooms are large and very comfortable . We stayed for a month and my kids ran and had a great time around the house. The sunsets are wonderful . Baphu was always aware of our questions and was quick to resolve. It's also a very peaceful and safe place, people are very friendly . The beach is super quiet . To shop in the surrounding villages, you must have a car , because it looks like the villages are close but it is not. Chuburna is five minutes away by car and Chelem is 8 minutes away.

Baphu's house is amazing, just in front of the sea, super clean and comfortable. Baphu was a really nice host, helpful, available for anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend 100%!

It's a lovely house. Perfect place to rest away from the bustle of the city. It's pretty hot, but we survived ;-)

Very nice beach house. Baphu was very nice and easy to reach. We had a lovely time with our family (kids 6 and 4). Nice sunset, private beach, kitchen was well equipped and a good size for a big family. We experienced some issues with water running out (because of the busy time of the year) but Baphu and Brian were very quick to fix it. Baphu even replace the TV on the same day that it brook with a brand new one. I would recommend this beach house!

Amazing house in quiet part in Chuburna. Great place for relax and privicy. Good for big family with children. We can recomend it! Baphu is very nice person and allways very helpfull.

The house has a perfect location and we were so happy with the lovely house. Sunsets were lovely, fun to watch Pelicans and collect seashells. We were a group of 7. Loved it.

The one-week stay at the Baphu house was the best, it is a very safe and cozy house to spend a few days with the family. The beach is incredible with a unique view in the place, I can't leave behind the kindness and attention that Baphu gave us at all times. The house is much better than what the photos reflect, it exceeds all expectations. We want to come back next year and continue to have beautiful experiences in the place. The house is amazing, clean and very ventilated, it has a beautiful view of the sea. The hot water in the showers and that of the heated pool, perfect for the heat it gets. It has everything you need to spend more than a pleasant stay. Baphu was always ready for our needs, incredible treatment on his part and advice made us feel more than welcome. The house does not have air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in all rooms and especially the ventilation that helps you not suffer from the heat. Chuburna is an amazing and quiet place with pharmacies and 24-hour shops a few minutes away or delivery service. I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back . It's a beauty.
