The house has everything that we needed, accessible to the sea and very spacious. The swimming pool is not big enough and needs to be cleaned regularly. We were swimming on the sea most of the time. I will like to return during my next vacation.

The house as shown in the photos, 2 days without light, but the house has a light floor and the problem was resolved, excellent host always waiting to solve everything very quickly, the house is very quiet, with security, I recommend it 100%.

Very much enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the kayak and pool floaters and the house was very clean and just as described and pictured. Manager was highly responsive and helpful. Only main issue was one of the AC units worked inconsistently for one of the bedrooms and the main area of the house which did not have AC had low air flow ventilation. The manager did their best to assist and fix it the AC unit. Overall a lovely place that’s great for a large group.

Baphu and his place are great. I hope to come back and stay there in the future. Great house, and great host. Very friendly and responsive. Just an amazing experience in every way.

Stayed for 7 nights. The house and property are vey nice, stylish and well-equipped. Steps to the beach, warm ocean and beautiful views from inside and outside the house made it worth the trip. Pool is small, but the courtyard area around the pool is nice, unique and private. Baphu was highly responsive and very helpful. He's a conscientious host. The town of Chuburná is casual, beachy and a nice place to be in the Yucatan. Was always nice to return to after a day trip. The main drawback, however, was the town's unreliable power. We lost electricity intermittently for three of the days-nights and had to run and tend to a generator. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

Almost everything was perfect, Baphu is an excellent host but we had electrical problems, we were in the house for 14 days and I think we were only fine with the electricity for 4 days, Baphu told us it was because it was a very high date and due to the high electricity demand for the other people on the beach was so we were on the light, we were traveling with older adults and if it was a little tedious to be without light at night because some days it was very hot, Baphu provided us with a generator that kept the electricity but only let us use 2 air conditioners and it worked with gas , which we had to cover the expense of us , which was a little unfair but the house is amazing as shown as the photographs show and certainly Baphu was always in contact with us.

Thank you Baphu, your house is dreamy! we were so happy, perfect for my senior parents, sisters and kids/ baby. unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due a tropical storm. He was very helpful throughout the storm, very accommodating and fair with us leaving earlier. This a perfect house to spend time with family by the beach.

Beautiful. The property is nice and neat. Bathrooms and all the place is clean and functional. Well designed. You will find everything you need in the house. Beach, pool, kitchen. . . It will be up to you to stay or hit the road. Bapuh, the host, is there for any question or comment. Thank you.. .
