The place is spectaculaaarrrr!!! We were a large group, and there was definitely a bed for everyone and great comfort. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The finishes in the place and the sense of peace you feel are truly unique. Ms. Sonia was very attentive to any needs we had and any questions. She is an exceptional person! It's definitely a place I would highly recommend and would go back to without hesitation!

The house was beautiful, it had the main house and the "casita" that was perfect for my family my sisters family and my parents. the views were breathtaking, entire town was very nice. The hosts were vey accommodating and responsive. We spent a fair bit of time in the house itself and loved the indoor outdoor feel with all the large windows that we opened quite a bit with the weather being so nice. Will definitely come back again.

All the locals know Casa Colombia which means that it's easy getting things delivered and drivers to find it, including the jet-ski crew who delivered them directly to our private mooring for an outing. We especially loved the kayaks and paddle boards. With kids, it was fantastic being able to go out any-time on an explore directly from the house. The house is fabulous, particularly the outdoor patio with flowering vine that the humming birds enjoy with you at breakfast. So many birds in fact can be spotted in the grounds, together with colourful native planting. The games chest has a couple of great family friendly options and the kitchen has everything you need. The water-park down the road is also exceptional. It was far more fun than we had expected, and very well organised. Guatape town is also lovely, arty and colourful with lots of good local shopping and eating options. Thank you Jake, Monica and Sonia for a most enjoyable stay.

If you’re looking for a place that truly takes your breath away, this is it. The home looks like it belongs on the cover of Architectural Digest—every detail is thoughtfully designed and absolutely stunning. The space is even larger than the photos suggest, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. What really makes this property unforgettable is the setting. Surrounded by nature, the ambiance is pure magic. Waking up to the peaceful sounds, enjoying coffee with incredible views, and ending the day immersed in such a beautiful atmosphere made this one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. Our host Jake and Sonia the co host had great recommendations which included a private chef making us breakfast and having jetsksi delivered to the private dock just steps away from the house. Jake and Monica's place was exactly what our group needed for a few day getaway! It had plenty of beds and there was lots of beautiful places to relax and enjoy the water during the day. Chef Josh was super friendly and helpful in finding the house upon arrival as well as providing delicious meals! Sonia was extremely responsive and communicated well for anything that was needed while at the house. 10/10 would stay again!

An amazing place. It's super comfortable, quiet, and cozy. It has super complete cooking utensils, an electric and charcoal grill for a good barbecue, and quite a few board games. The rooms are super comfortable. Access to the lake is very nice. It's a great experience with nature. It has the equipment to use kayaks, which we enjoyed a lot. 100% recommended. We would go back without hesitation. Communication was very good at all times. Easy access and a very safe road. In the background there are 2 super top restaurants, also recommended. We loved the experience. :-)

If anyone wishes to stay in a very beautiful place, Jake's place is the best. This place has amazing view of the lake including all the bedrooms. We had a super great time and found this place to very comfortable. You need to make arrangements for a Tuk Tuk or a Taxi to go anywhere from this place. You cannot walk from this place to go to the town. Rest everything is super great if you wish to truly relax and enjoy the nature.

We were at this fantastic place for a workshop/retreat with our small team. From the moment we booked the communication was excellent. Sonia helped us a lot with recommendations about things to do, and places to go. The kitchen is very well equipped and the internal and external spaces are generous and made it easy to have our group together working, sharing meals and enjoying relaxing time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home and host!

Great place and right next to a major hotel with restaurants which is very rare for fincas. Steph was great we left high value items behind and nothing was missing when we collected. Could do with a having main bin.

The house is beautiful, it has tons of natural light there are windows everywhere to appreciate the beautiful surroundings. it is 10 minutes from Guatape town. Transportation is easy to find, Julian who was recomwnded by Jake provided an amazing transportation service. The private Bay with Kayaks and Paddle boards was one of the best amenities.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home is stunning and every detail is beautifully curated—from the sophisticated decor to the overall atmosphere, everything was perfect. ​We spent a great time on the water thanks to the paddleboards and kayaks provided, which was a huge highlight for us. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax in the evenings, and we really enjoyed using the charcoal grill for a great dinner. ​A special thank you to Sonia, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. As a fellow host, I truly appreciated how much thought went into making this home a great experience. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

I really loved this place! I've wanted to stay in Guatape the last several years when staying in Medellin, but didn't have the opportunity. This year we decided to stay in Guatape, and it was a great decision. The place is so serene, with a great view of the lake. It's close enough to the town, where it is a short drive. I plan to come back next year if the home is available. We had a great time here! Strongly recommend.

Jake’s place was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 9. It’s the first time my parents has ever left the island where I’m from and even been on an airplane. Jake has all the connections that you’d need for food, drivers, activities, boats. You name it. The staff, Sonia and they are amazing people. Just book it already. This place is even more beautiful than the pictures, the best part was Sonia the person in Colombia In charge of the place, she was super nice and responsive all the time, the host was also very responsive, but we dealt with Sonia once we got there. The place is breathtaking jacob, helped us get in contact with a wonderful driver Julian, he took us to town all day and was great, so much that we hired him for the rest of our trip taking us to Medellin and to the airport. We went for a yoga retreat 8 of us and we enjoyed this beautiful home, we had a plenty of space to do our yoga everybody loved it. Thanks Jacob for let us enjoy your place, I will contact you a again for our future yoga retreats 👏👏

The place is beautiful and the communication is very easy and friendly. The instructions on arrival are clear and the cleanliness is excellent. The manager is very friendly and clear in communication. One aspect to improve is that there was no water in the area and although the house has a water tank, it was impossible to use the jacuzzi on the first day. In general, water pressure decreases in external situations. Additionally, it is recommended to close the doors very well, a bat entered a room on the first floor the first night and the next day a lost dog settled in a bathroom. These are things that are out of Jacob's and the guests' hands, but that can be improved or anticipated.

We had a great family gathering at the ranch! Lots of rooms for the whole family and a good space to enjoy grilling and enjoy nature.

Where to start… the house is beautiful and with very tasteful and high-quality decoration and furniture. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spectacular surroundings to enjoy nature with a lot of tranquility. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, we played Ping pong 🏓 on the table in the house, there were enough board games to enjoy in front of the fireplace. The dock is private and very nice for swimming. The description of the house falls short because it is better than what is described in the listing. Sonia was very kind, she always responded quickly and gave us very good recommendations of the area and places (very tasty burgers). If you like art, this house is full of unique and beautiful pieces. We didn't want to leave! It was a special few days for me and my family. I'm sure we'll be back again! Thank you Jacob and Sonia 😬

Our stay at this house was simply spectacular. The property has a unique design, with many windows that allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the dam from almost any corner. The rooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom, and everything was impeccably clean and very well organized. The decor is amazing, modern, very stylish, and at the same time very cozy. You can tell that the house is very well maintained and that the hosts take care of every detail. An important point to note is that not all rooms are inside the same house; there is an additional house next door where the other rooms are located, which can be ideal for large groups or families looking for a little privacy. The hot tub was another great plus, easy to use and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. When you arrive, there is a stretch of the street that is unpaved and it makes it a little difficult to arrive in low cars, but everything was perfect!!

Magical Stay – Best Property in Guatape by far!!! This house is absolutely stunning and without a doubt one of the most beautiful properties in Guatapé. The views from every room are incredible, and the design and attention to detail make it feel like a luxury retreat. The new jacuzzi, property overlooking the lake is a highlight, and the chef’s kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The hosts were amazing – extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything for a perfect stay. The property is private and peaceful, yet only two minutes away from two of the best restaurants in town. Having the lake access, kayaks, and beautiful outdoor spaces made the experience even better. Worth every penny spent. I would say this property is well underpriced for everything it has to offer. A truly unforgettable experience exceeding every expectation . IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER! Great location and fabulous place!

We stayed at 2 of Jacob’s homes, the Arc house one night and then Casa Colombia for three nights. The Arc house was was like being perched in the air, in a super cage flooded w/light..the view incredible. Casa Colombia an architectural marvel! lived up to the pictures 100%. Such a feeling of peace & beauty inside & outside. And just steps down the hill was the little beach & boat slip w/kayaks. Our teens also loved every bit of the home & Amenities. We were so sad to leave. Jacob was so accommodating in referring so many resources to us: from our private chef, to jet ski rentals, to transportation. Unforgettable stay, will return. Didn’t want leave!

Amazing place. From the moment we entered till when we left, we loved the place. It's so beautiful, peaceful, and homey. Surrounded by nature. Amazing flora. Very chill. We did lack tv's in most rooms, seems like it was there before but has been removed. Other than that, the house is completely stocked and ready for everything. Great wifi, great service. Sonia the housekeeper was amazing. She had all the good contacts and helped us out greatly.

Place was absolutely amazeing! Would definitely stay here again! the boat rental that picks you up at the house was one of the best days I've had in colombia! My friends who have never been here were speachless! Definitely rent this place if you are in the area!

The property is beautiful, clean, modern, well equipped. Sonia the house attendant was very responsive and Jacob the host as well. Note: the property boat is an add on not included and no AC, although evenings are cool it could be stuffy so AC would have been nice... all in all the grounds were immaculate and peaceful, bathrooms were equipped with soaps and shampoo. Easily ordered food for delivery...kitchen was also well equipped all necessities and more.

This was one of my best stays ever. We booked Casa Colombia for a small family reunion and were blow away by the home and the incredible location right on the lake. Jacob was super helpful getting us in contact with a local driver to transport 10 people (with little kids) and book a private chef to cook 2 amazing meals at the Airbnb. 100% recommend!

WOW!! What an amazing stay! I traveled with three others and stayed here for a week. Jacob and Sonia were responsive, helpful and polite. The house is gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures, and even better in person. The views from the balconies are amazing and you really feel immersed in the nature around you. We loved the access to the lake and took advantage of the complimentary kayaks. We also enjoyed the free 2 hour boat ride around the lake. Our guide was knowledgeable of the area and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The food at Praia was so good we went two nights in a row. We loved having nice restaurants so close to the house. Downtown Guatape was beautiful and full of great shops, bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to visit again!

Simply Spectacular, words cannot describe this place, Stunning views and the house is a dream, exceeded my expectations, Jacob was very helpful at booking with al sorts of recommendations, we went with a personal Chef that he recommended and Chef Josh did not disappoint, Sonia was always available upon check-in, helping us with every little question we had. The jacuzzi was amazing although the water was a little colored (this was in no way their fault, as the rain made the water a little muddy) all in all this was an excellent location, we really enjoyed visiting and would recommended to anyone that has a big group.
