One of Guatape’s premier homes, this property is located just 10 minutes from town. The main house and adjoining casita accommodate up to 16 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Completed in 2020, the architect-designed property features high-quality custom sofas and beds, bespoke furniture, and a chef’s kitchen. A brand-new jacuzzi overlooks the lake, while the triple-height ceiling, bridge, and staircase offer impressive lake views.
Guests have private use of four lakeside acres.
The Space
The main house measures 400 square meters and includes balconies and lake views from every room. The adjoining 150-square-meter casita has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious balcony.

Guests have private access to four acres immediately next to Luxe resort, which includes a lakefront restaurant and marina.
The property has its own swimming and kayaking bay, as well as a dock for sunbathing or parking a boat.

The property shares a quiet zone with its neighbors and Luxe. Luxe security is authorized to ask guests to reduce music or noise levels.

The place is spectaculaaarrrr!!! We were a large group, and there was definitely a bed for everyone and great comfort. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The finishes in the place and the sense of peace you feel are truly unique. Ms. Sonia was very attentive to any needs we had and any questions. She is an exceptional person! It's definitely a place I would highly recommend and would go back to without hesitation!

The house was beautiful, it had the main house and the "casita" that was perfect for my family my sisters family and my parents. the views were breathtaking, entire town was very nice. The hosts were vey accommodating and responsive. We spent a fair bit of time in the house itself and loved the indoor outdoor feel with all the large windows that we opened quite a bit with the weather being so nice. Will definitely come back again.

Jake and Monica's place was exactly what our group needed for a few day getaway! It had plenty of beds and there was lots of beautiful places to relax and enjoy the water during the day. Chef Josh was super friendly and helpful in finding the house upon arrival as well as providing delicious meals! Sonia was extremely responsive and communicated well for anything that was needed while at the house. 10/10 would stay again!
