We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. The pool was one of the biggest highlights. It had a great splash pad, and wasn’t deep, which made it perfect for young kids who can swim. We also loved having access to the beach club literally across the street. The beach club has a gym and pool with incredible ocean views. It also has pool side service. The concierge service was excellent. Communication throughout our stay was easy and responsive, and having groceries delivered made everything incredibly convenient. The location was another huge plus. We could call a golf cart to take us over to Esperanza, and even ordered dine-in service from Esperanza. We had someone come to the house to make margaritas for us. It gave us many of the conveniences of staying at a resort while still having the space and privacy of a home. A wonderful place for a family trip to Cabo. We’d definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful time in Cabo. The house was wonderful for our family and two small toddlers. Location was easy with access to beach club and Esperanza resort. Would recommend.

Our family enjoyed our time at Ronnie's place. Beautiful surrounding, great pool, lots of room for our family. Kids enjoyed riding the golf cart and the Punta Ballena community. Easy to get into Cabo.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, clean and the beds are very comfortable . The beach is breathtaking and very close, a few minute walk or a quick ride in the golf cart. The beach Club also is beautiful. however, beware of ordering without asking the price -$29 house margaritas (this is no reflection on the host). It was great having access to Esperanza Resort and super fun having a golf cart;)

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The villa was as described. It is large, very comfortable and well located near the Beach Club. We really appreciated the great service from Cristina our concierge who made our stay easy and extra special.

This home is located adjacent to the Esperanza Auberge Resort which gives you some added benefit to patronize their restaurants. Additionally, the home has full access to the Ballena Beach Club with a gym, coffee/tea stop, event space, separate pool, ocean views, etc. which was a nice daily walk to just spice things up! The home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious. One of the room's bed was hard and well worn, but when I called for a new mattress topper they had it completed within a day. Everyday the trash was emptied. The pool was cleaned during our stay. We hired a chef to come in and cook a meal for us -- highly recommend and what a nice treat! Each day we had questions - whether it was needing a taxi, or a recommendation, or a small issue with the house -- the TEAM was uber responsive. Christy, Janet (thanks for the mid-week clean!), Robert, the whole team was awesome! I'd use this rental group again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely incredible. This was a lovely weekend with a group of 5 friends. Each room is huge and beyond comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Ronnie was responsive, helped us get rides, helped us organize groceries to be delivered. The golf cart was so useful and the gym in the club was great. Thank you for having us!!

The location is amazing! There’s a beachclub as soon as you walk down the stairs and cross the street. The views were absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and I loved the privacy of each of the bedrooms. Everyone has their own quarters of the house. The host was very prompt with responses and extremely hospitable and kind. Customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this location.

Fantastic location. Beach club literally next door. Could watch whales all day lounging in chair (we visited in February) . Adjacent Esperanza resort is beautiful. We dined there as well as used the pickleball / tennis courts. House is fantastic. We will return!

Had a great time, location could not be better, just a very short walk to beach, used the resort beach club several times where you can see whales from shore. Highly recommend. Concierge Cristina was awesome and helped with restaurants, car service and anything we needed. Host super responsive.

Ronnie’s place was great! Has one of the best views in palmilla dunes! Ronnie was great at communicating and very helpful!

fantastic hosts went above and beyond! the property is amazing the place is amazing I can't wait to go back in 2 months. the amenities of this place are worth it alone everything is walkable great restaurants grocery store you don't need a car which is fantastic. again the hosts went above and beyond offering local help and super friendly and very responsive. five stars
