Casa De Cerveza is a stunning, light-filled, single-story Hacienda-style home located just 12 feet from the Punta Ballena Beach Club. This spacious estate comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features over 4,700 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space, including the house, palapas, and covered terrace. Situated within the gated Punta Ballena community in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, it offers a unique blend of Mexican and Mediterranean architectural elements.

Passing through the estate’s entry gate, you’ll be welcomed by a charming patio with a blue marble fountain surrounded by stone pathways and lush local vegetation. The main entrance features grand arches supported by Roman-Tuscan-style columns, dividing the home into two wings.

• Left wing:

  • Master bedroom with king-size bed, spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks, and ample closet space.
  • This master opens to the outdoor deck and pool area, shaded and overlooking the sea.
  • Second bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom with shower, and closet; access through the grand arched terrace.

• Right wing:

  • Two indoor parking spots with direct access to the front entrance, plus one outdoor parking space.
  • Master bedroom mirroring the size and features of the left master, including a private bathroom with a second toilet room and an outdoor shower with a thatched roof.
  • This master opens to the garden and shared shaded terrace.
  • Fourth bedroom with two twin beds convertible to a queen-size bed, full bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi bathtub, and closet.

Living Areas

At the heart of the home, facing the gardens, is a bright, fully equipped kitchen featuring a rustic island, countertops, custom wood cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen flows into the family room and dining area, which open onto the garden and pool.

A conveniently located half bathroom serves the common areas and is accessible from the main columned pathway.
