The Space
Casa Ballena is a stunning, light-filled, one-floor Hacienda-style house that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Upon entering through the estate's entrance gate, you will be guided along a stone-paved pathway surrounded by beautiful local vegetation, leading to the main entrance of the house.
Inside, the house is cleverly divided into two halves.

- Two master bedrooms, each with king-size beds and spacious full bathrooms with bathtubs.
- A slightly smaller third bedroom with a king-size bed.
- The main master bedroom opens to the garden, featuring a shaded area facing the swimming pool and offering horizon and sea views.

- Two indoor parking spots with direct access to the entrance pathway.
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
- An airy, fully equipped kitchen with a generous island, surrounding countertops, and three beautifully framed windows with handmade tiles.
- A half bathroom serving the common areas, accessible through the domed entrance hall.
The family room and dining area flow seamlessly to the outdoor gardens and swimming pool. This comfortable area, complete with a fireplace, can accommodate all guests at the dining table and in the living room space.
Outside, you will find:
- A large, infinity-style swimming pool with a heated jacuzzi.
- A smaller, lower-level swim lake.
- Beautifully landscaped areas with palm trees, sun beds, and relaxing seating.
The architecture features warm burgundy and pink marbles, vibrant handmade tiles, aged wooden furnishings, and unique lighting fixtures, creating an exquisite haven for your stay.

Our family enjoyed our time at Ronnie's place. Beautiful surrounding, great pool, lots of room for our family. Kids enjoyed riding the golf cart and the Punta Ballena community. Easy to get into Cabo.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, clean and the beds are very comfortable . The beach is breathtaking and very close, a few minute walk or a quick ride in the golf cart. The beach Club also is beautiful. however, beware of ordering without asking the price -$29 house margaritas (this is no reflection on the host). It was great having access to Esperanza Resort and super fun having a golf cart;)

This home is located adjacent to the Esperanza Auberge Resort which gives you some added benefit to patronize their restaurants. Additionally, the home has full access to the Ballena Beach Club with a gym, coffee/tea stop, event space, separate pool, ocean views, etc. which was a nice daily walk to just spice things up! The home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious. One of the room's bed was hard and well worn, but when I called for a new mattress topper they had it completed within a day. Everyday the trash was emptied. The pool was cleaned during our stay. We hired a chef to come in and cook a meal for us -- highly recommend and what a nice treat! Each day we had questions - whether it was needing a taxi, or a recommendation, or a small issue with the house -- the TEAM was uber responsive. Christy, Janet (thanks for the mid-week clean!), Robert, the whole team was awesome! I'd use this rental group again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely incredible. This was a lovely weekend with a group of 5 friends. Each room is huge and beyond comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Ronnie was responsive, helped us get rides, helped us organize groceries to be delivered. The golf cart was so useful and the gym in the club was great. Thank you for having us!!

Had a great time, location could not be better, just a very short walk to beach, used the resort beach club several times where you can see whales from shore. Highly recommend. Concierge Cristina was awesome and helped with restaurants, car service and anything we needed. Host super responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We were close to everything and felt incredibly safe. The hosts responded right away with any questions or request we had. We would go back in a second!

Ronnie & his team were spectacular to communicate with. The home itself was lovely. We took full advantage of the beach club (which was great) and the adjacent resort. The entire property is a bit confusing in that there are Villas, the resort itself, and the Residences. I didn't fully wrap my head around what we could access until we arrived. I realize we *basically* had full access to all of the above which was great.

This was an outstanding home! We treated our adult kids, spouses and our grandchildren to a vacation in Cabo. My wife and I stayed next-door at the Esperanza where we have been enjoying for the last 20 years. This home was absolutely ideal for a large group; they could walk over to the Esperanza within a few minutes to join us at restaurants, pools or the spa. The location is perfect! The outdoor pool and spa area was perfect for hanging out. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive, very fair, and on top of all details. Highly recommend them. Their service was in line with what we receive at the Esperanza . Lastly, at this home, our kids were able to order room service from the Esperanza or get a golf cart to take them to the resort in lieu of walking as our grandchildren were infants. Complete access to the Esperanza was a major factor for our group. And, if you have children, be reassured security is first rate behind the Esperanza gates where the home is located.

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the home and surroundings. Great location with access to Esperanza, the pool was amazing and house was very comfortable to relax in. Great response time whenever a question came up and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back again!
