⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful stay in Lower Conchas Chinas! The property is quiet, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful artistic touches throughout, as it’s the home of a local Puerto Vallarta artist. The private pool and stunning ocean views made it an incredibly relaxing place to stay. We were lucky enough to watch whales playing offshore, and the sunsets this time of year are truly speechless. It’s also just a short walk to the Malecón and the Pier, which made exploring so easy. A special thank you to Roxana and Ariana for their wonderful hospitality and extra care during our stay. And a shout out to Edwin and Ceasar at Playa Chinas Beach Bar right on the beach just down from the Dream House property — best mezcalitas in the Bay! Highly recommend this beautiful spot in Puerto Vallarta!

Our contact Roxana was very helpful and responsive. She answered all our questions promptly and accurately. She arranged for a chef to come in a couple nights and cook meals for us. She also arranged transportation to and from the airport. The staff that came daily to clean were absolutely the best. They did a wonderful job, and they too helped us with any issues or questions we had. This is a beautiful property, and I would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Stunning dream house of the renowned artist on a sea cliff. You will be immersed in the master's surreal world and get to appreciate his amazing arts. Gorgeous view of the Pacific ocean. The staffs were extremely attentive and helpful too. Truly cherished every minute of our stay here. This trip will certainly be remembered.

The “Dream House” was beautiful and exactly as described. All of our needs were responded to quickly. The house is on many levels and could be challenging for seniors. The housekeeper kept the house immaculate. The house is very private but there can be some noise from surrounding buildings.I would highly recommend staying here. An uber that is inexpensive picks you up to go into town. Thanks to Urzula for managing the house so professionally.

This place and the team were amazing. The team responded almost immediately to any requests we had and offered outstanding recommendations. The home is like living in an art museum. Beautifully decorated, amazing views of the ocean with many humpback whales, 5–10-minute walk to retreatants and town. This is the BEST Airbnb experience I have had for many reasons. Got this house for my family's new years vacation absolutely beatiful location. The house was very spacious and very well kept the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Everything was great to say the least would definitely highly recommend this location !

Honestly the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s absolutely stunning and HUGE! The private pool was even better in person and temperature controlled. None of the rooms are on top of each other so it was great to spread out. The location is superb beating all the top hotels we considered. Host was super responsive and there were people to maintain the property during our stay who were also extremely kind and friendly. Place overall was very clean and tidy.

The Bustamente house easily earns five stars. The listing sets high expectations, and yet the house exceeds them. The listing photos can’t do justice to coming down the steps and seeing the expansive water views for the first time. Cleanliness was top notch; the place was completely spotless. Everything was well maintained and in good repair. Pool was sparkling. Beds firm yet comfy. AC blew cold. Hosts were responsive. Location is great; very close to the beach, then a 15 minute walk along the beach to Zona Romantica. Only quibble: the front door uses a physical key, so if you have multiple people staying, coordinating who has the key can be a challenge. A keypad lock would solve this. We also had some minor issues with late night noise from the surrounding houses, but this is obviously outside the hosts control. All in all the Bustamente house not only met, but exceeded our high expectations.

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Great location outside the hustle and bustle but within a surprisingly short walk along the beach to the hustle and bustle. Housekeeping was also exceptional. Chef was available for an extra price. Super safe.

Gorgeous custom home built into a seaside cliff with a private heated pool, spacious bedrooms with incredible views of the Pacific ocean, and a quick walk to prime beach space. Quick uber rides are readily available to downtown and Urzula was ultra responsive in messages. Incredible art from Sergio Bustamante adorns the space and if you have some time make sure you visit his gallery in PV!

This is the house to book in PV. If you are looking between houses in this area. Book with Urzula. It is the most beautiful House. Urzula is the BEST host I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Again , Her home was SOOOOO beautiful. A couple Friends and I went down a 30th birthday. The location and accommodations was exactly what we were looking for. Roxanna helped and booked us a boat. Florenzo got us groceries if we needed anything. The house is SO close to the beach and the pool is beautiful. This is a dream house at an EXTREMELY fair price. Urzula, thank you making our experience so wonderful. We will come back.

Nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

Urzula was so helpful and understanding. She regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. If I had a question she responded right away and she also recommended some local spots and activities we would've missed without her help. Even when our flight back home got delayed, she let us stay a couple extra hours to make sure we didn't have to wait at the airport. I highly recommend staying here!

Thanks to Roxana for being super attentive. They treated us super well until the end. The house is in a good area about 5 minutes from the romantic zone. It has very nice ocean views. All the staff is very friendly and attentive to what we might need. The pool is downstairs and has a partial ocean view, and there is easy access to the beach by the pool area as a 3 min walk away. At the end of our stay they gave us the opportunity to stay a little longer while it was time to go to the airport. They also offered to leave our luggages at Sergio's gallery and tour our ultimas en Vallarta. Finally, all the decor in the house is super fascinating. We'll definitely be back soon.

The Sergio Bustamante Dream House was more beautiful in person than the pictures allowed us to see. The house is full of artwork, very clean, well appointed. The staff, Ariana and Florencio, were so friendly and accommodating. We lacked for nothing. The pool was lovely and there were 6 of us staying there with lots of opportunity to be with the group and alone. The ocean view was spectacular, the beds were ultra comfortable, and the Uber ride into town was quick and easy. The value for what we received was amazing! You will not be disappointed.

Sergio Bustamante's Dream House is perhaps the coolest most uniquely designed airbnb I've ever stayed in. Each bedroom has a glass door (with shades) that faces the ocean, and the sunsets are stunning. Roxane recommended that we book a private chef - Juan Carlos - and it was the best decision ever. The food and service was top notch, like everything else at Dream House! The pool and the private walkway to the beach is clutch too!

Absolutely exceptional stay! Urzula’s house is magical. And Roxana was attentive and so very helpful. She arranged the most wonderful private chefs for us, and for COVID tests to be completed prior to our departure. Very simple to get Ubers to the city, while also enjoying the quiet pool and beach access. We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay in this artful home in March, 2022. Urzula, Roxana and their team were communicative and helpful throughout our stay without being intrusive. The house is well described here and its location is perfect for those who want to enjoy bustling Puerto Vallarta while having the ability to escape to the serenity of this conveniently located home in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access is closer than we expected (mere steps down a locked, private pathway and road) making walks along beautiful Conchas Chinas beach convenient and inviting. We hope to return some day soon!

The Dream House totally lived up to its name. Ursula and staff were amazing at communicating and accommodating every need before and during our stay. The house was in an amazing location just minutes from the beach and a short car ride into town. The photos don’t do it justice, the house is even better in person! Incredible place with amazing ocean views from every room in the house. The home was extremely clean and perfect for three couples. Short walk down to the beach and 5 minute uber to the Zona Romantica area. Powerful AC in every room. Would highly recommend!

What is there to say about so immaculate an experience. The Dream House simply put is the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. The setting is perfect. The layout is perfect. The beds, the facilities, the pool, the decor, the cleaning service, all of it combines to be an incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and seamless stay. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful words about this home. It is absolutely spectacular! The home itself is one of the most beautiful I've seen in Puerto Vallarta, and the views are incredible. The home was very clean and just as-advertised. Urzula was very responsive and accommodating of anything we needed. The pool area is wonderful and the pool was warm enough to swim at night. This home is truly amazing for a group stay in PV!

Urzula’s place is beyond anything you could dream of. The home is full of beautiful intricacies. We witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. This was my first air B &B rental and I feel as though the bar for air B&B experiences has been set exceptionally high by Urzula and her team. The entire experience was perfectly seamless, and better than anything we could have imagined. We made some beautiful memories that will last a life time all thanks to the Dream House. If you have the opportunity to stay here, consider it an opportunity of a lifetime.

As others have said, the pictures don't do it justice! It was a beautiful stay, being surrounded by such incredible art by Sergio Bustamante. It was like living in a dream. The only downside was that there was a recent landslide which has resulted in the sewage backing up. This creates a smell for the whole neighborhood, which wafts through the house. I know this isn't the fault of the host. Urzula and the staff were all incredible and everything else was perfect!!

Amazing. We were almost in tears because we did not want to leave. Location was superb, service was on point, and the art work was spectacular. Stay here!!!!

Omg where do I start?! This house was AMAZING! The pictures literally does it no justice. It’s the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen! I came to celebrate my birthday with a few family & friends & they treated us like Queens! Everyone was so helpful & any time we needed anything they was there to take care of it. Roxanne our host was amazing! She always checked in on us! Ariana our housekeeper was so sweet & amazing! Florencio helped us with maintenance issues as far as in the water , because the last two days it rained due to the tropical storm. He also went grocery shopping for us! Florencio was so amazing! Javier our driver was the most amazing person! He gave us suggestions on where to go to eat etc & he also helped provide us with a chef! We had the most amazing breakfast! It was beautiful! He was prompt & he always checked in on us. Everyone felt like our family away from home. We felt so protected & safe! Even though it rained for the last 2 days & most of our activities was canceled, we still made the best of it! It was a dream come true. Best birthday ever! I’m definitely coming back for another trip. See you guys next time ❤️

Wow what a beautiful house! We spent 6 wonderful days here and journeyed around Puerto Vallarta. Started each morning with a walk to the beach followed by a few hours lounging by the pool. Roxana was amazing and helped arrange everything from a ride to the airport to dinner reservations. Can’t wait to return, don’t hesitate to book hear if you’re looking for an amazing experience

Urzula was thorough with us before we arrived and scheduled Roxana and Florencio to be at our service upon arrival. I cannot say enough great things about the home and the service. This is a 5 start air bnb and if I come back to Vallarta, I would stay here. We appreciate everything you did to make our stay beautiful! The house is absolutely incredible!

Dream House perfectly describes this home! From the moment you enter you know you are in a special place! The sweeping ocean views are breathtaking and a picturesque view can be seen from any place you stand across all 4 levels. The beds were plush, comfy, and held me captive on a few occasions. The AC in each room deserves 5 stars alone! It was always nice to have an escape from the July heat and a comfortable nights rest. I was greeted by Roxanna who was extremely helpful and ensured we had an easy time finding the home and was helpful with any accommodations we requested. The other team members arrived daily to clean the entire home, refresh linens/towels and were extremely kind. Although not truly walkable, location is great and just a short 5 min uber to the Zona Romantica area. If you have the chance to experience this beautiful home, you will never want to stay anywhere else! I’m coming back to PV just to stay here! Amazing home!

Everything about this place blew us all away! The pictures are beautiful, but nothing compared to being there in person. Every part of the house was clearly curated, cared for, and well thought out. Communication was very easy and the location was perfect for us. HUGE PLUS: Majorly powerful air conditioning units in every room, I can’t even express how thankful we were about that. It comfortably housed all 7 of us, and I couldn’t recommend the host or property enough!! The only thing I would be careful about is slipping on the marble floors if it rains - probably not the best fit if you have small children running around.

Look no further! This house is stunning. The ocean views are spectacular and can be seen from everywhere in the house (including the bathroom!). The house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The service people are very nice and helpful. We will stay again next time!

We fell in love with Puerto Vallarta on this trip…. the home is even more beautiful than pictured! Having your own private pool is amazing…we relaxed there daily & even swam during a tropical rainstorm! The people of Puerto Vallarta are welcoming and there are so many good places to eat and spend your days! Roxana went out of her way to take care of us and we can’t wait to get back again to explore more of Puerto Vallarta! If you are looking for a quiet escape to paradise, this would be the perfect place for you. This house far exceeded our expectations, it was perfect for a nice, quiet getaway. Very clean, I really enjoyed seeing the sculptor’s artwork throughout the house. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Roxana went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. I can’t really express the enjoyment that we experienced at the house. All our guests were equally impressed with the views, the magnificent art work throughout the house and of course, the staff they anticipated all our needs and were the perfect compliment to the ambiance of the house and setting. The house manager was also wonderful in meeting any of our unanticipated needs, We hope we are able to return sometime in the near future for another adult getaway.

This place is fantastic!! I would come back in a heartbeat! Very elegant design and true indoor/outdoor living. The place has tons of character but the views are what grabs you. We enjoyed STUNNING sea views from every level including every bathroom AND you're steps away from a beautiful quiet part of conchas chinas beach. Every room was beautifully decorated - so much character!! The AC was commercial-grade worked super fast. The blinds blocked virtually all light - these are hotel level quality shades. We loved the LARGE private pool and there is a view of the ocean from the pool as well! Keep in mind other houses could see into the pool area but we really didn't see anyone for more than a few seconds and overall felt very private - like your own little oasis! The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet (we only hear ocean waves at night) but you are still in walking distance to the romantic zone via a beach path or down the road - cabs are super easy and cheap anyway so don't worry about getting there. Lastly Urzula and Roxana were super responsive and helped me with every little thing from arranging cleaning, grocery run, cooks/meals, massage, etc.
