⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful stay in Lower Conchas Chinas! The property is quiet, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful artistic touches throughout, as it’s the home of a local Puerto Vallarta artist. The private pool and stunning ocean views made it an incredibly relaxing place to stay. We were lucky enough to watch whales playing offshore, and the sunsets this time of year are truly speechless. It’s also just a short walk to the Malecón and the Pier, which made exploring so easy. A special thank you to Roxana and Ariana for their wonderful hospitality and extra care during our stay. And a shout out to Edwin and Ceasar at Playa Chinas Beach Bar right on the beach just down from the Dream House property — best mezcalitas in the Bay! Highly recommend this beautiful spot in Puerto Vallarta!

Our contact Roxana was very helpful and responsive. She answered all our questions promptly and accurately. She arranged for a chef to come in a couple nights and cook meals for us. She also arranged transportation to and from the airport. The staff that came daily to clean were absolutely the best. They did a wonderful job, and they too helped us with any issues or questions we had. This is a beautiful property, and I would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Stunning dream house of the renowned artist on a sea cliff. You will be immersed in the master's surreal world and get to appreciate his amazing arts. Gorgeous view of the Pacific ocean. The staffs were extremely attentive and helpful too. Truly cherished every minute of our stay here. This trip will certainly be remembered.

We had a memorable stay at this truly unique home — the architecture and art throughout the space made it feel one-of-a-kind, and the views were absolutely incredible. That said, there were a few hiccups during our stay. The number of rooms wasn’t quite what we expected based on the listing, but the host did offer an air mattress and a small refund to make up for it. We also ran into a few minor maintenance issues like a clogged sink, a freezer that didn’t work, and an occasional sewage smell in the house. The host was responsive and tried to address the concerns, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but if you’re looking for a visually striking and artistic space with stunning views, this place definitely delivers on that front

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I booked this home for my parents and their friends (two couples) to say goodbye to a loved one lost to cancer. What should’ve been a peaceful trip turned into a nightmare. One of the bedrooms was completely unusable due to a constant, overwhelming sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The couple assigned to that room couldn't sleep there the entire 5-night stay. We lost a full day of the trip waiting for plumbers and despite reaching out to the hosts multiple times, we were met with empty promises. The issue clearly requires full construction-level repairs, yet they continue to rent this property out knowing it's uninhabitable in it. While the design is beautiful, it doesn’t make up for the lack of basic livability or service. You’re paying for a premium experience and receiving a literal health hazard in return. Save yourself the money, stress, and sleepless nights. You deserve better than sleeping in what essentially felt like a porta-potty.

The “Dream House” was beautiful and exactly as described. All of our needs were responded to quickly. The house is on many levels and could be challenging for seniors. The housekeeper kept the house immaculate. The house is very private but there can be some noise from surrounding buildings.I would highly recommend staying here. An uber that is inexpensive picks you up to go into town. Thanks to Urzula for managing the house so professionally.

Beautiful home with inside and outside spaces all thoughtfully laid out. Really interesting art. Responsive host and staff. Florencio and Ariana (housekeeping) are the best! Would stay again!
