3BR Home in Nuevo Vallarta

We really enjoyed this accommodation, which is a palapa. First of all, the contact with Laura went very well in terms of communication and friendliness. It's really nice. During our 5 days, we had one day of rain and thunderstorms, but we had a relaxing time watching the rain fall and listening to the thunder. The accommodation is within walking distance of many restaurants and a 5-minute walk from the beach. On site you have everything to enjoy your vacation: beach chairs and umbrellas, and a rain umbrella if it rains. What more could you ask for to have a great time with your loved ones? If we have to come back to San Pancho, we will definitely come back to this palapa. I recommend it, and you can go there without so much as a second thought.

This was such a great place to stay for the week. Right in the heart of everything, we had front row seats to watch street performers and the world go by from the comfort of home. As can be expected, there was noise but every accommodation was made to block it out while sleeping (sound machines, ear plugs etc). Our kids had a blast, being so close to the beach and it was so helpful to have umbrellas and chairs to borrow. Everything was so well thought out and Laura’s responsiveness and helpfulness in communication was second to none…it really felt like we were being hosted.

The palapa is amazing. Spent lots of time on the balcony. Loved being in the center of all the action. Really appreciated the chairs and lots of Turkish Towels for the beach. the live music from the Gypsy was lovely. There is a lot of bass from the disco/ dance club & it's loud. Nobody's saying it's not, but it didnt keep me awake & just sort of added to the vacation vibe. Laura who handles communication is lovely and so quick to answer any inquiry. I fell in love with San Pancho!

The good: This place is so beautiful! The palapa roof and glass wall are stunning. The location is unbeatable for convenience - being so central means you can pop in and out all day for quick trips to food or coffee or the beach. (Coffee and grocery and bars and food and ice cream all within 1 block!) The music nearby doesn’t turn off until 12-1 but we loved being able to hear night life without staying out late since we have little kids. The white noise machines and provided earplugs are more than sufficient for great sleep and the kids were unbothered. The AC in the bedrooms works well. Plenty of fans. Hot water and shower were lovely. Mid-visit housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning up our toddler clutter. Less good: The squirrels are intense! And boldly unafraid of you. They run along the low rafters above the living area and pull apart the palapa, one was digging into the top of the fan and it seemed every day there were 20 new pieces of roof material fallen from their antics

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. The house was spectacular! Close to the beach and all local amenities. It has everything you need for a big group or a small one. I will say you must watch out for the gang of squirrels that come around throughout the day! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore or relax in San Pancho.

It was a beautiful house in a great location. The palapa was amazing! Getting into the house was interesting. It took us some time to figure out a routine for the keys and codes. With the great location you also get the noise. It’s really loud on weekends. The main street doesn’t quiet down until after 1am. The A/C units upstairs work incredible but the unit downstairs doesn’t and it was hard to sleep at night. The fridge downstairs doesn’t work well either. There is also a taxi service located right outside the entrance to the house so you have people sitting on the edge of garden frequently. But overall it was a fun place to stay and the owners were really helpful and accommodating.

Andrew did a great job of setting expectations beforehand and there were no real surprises. We were really happy with what we found; it's a stupendous place in a great location. As many others have noted, it's right in the heart of things in SP to the degree that you can enjoy live music from the balcony, which we did on many evenings. We have young kids and found this to be a wonderful feature given we're not going to take them out at night. Music typically stopped by 10 or so. Andrew does a great job of setting expectations about noise so read his description carefully. The white noise machines are great (we used them every night). We elected to check out a few of the day resorts (Ciye daypass; Tierra Tropical) to have access to bigger pools and services, but the little pool was great to have and was used most days; the kids loved it (note: there's no pool cover). Our favorite restaurant was Habibi, don't miss it. We look forward to staying here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Andrew’s place in San Pancho. Both the downstairs apt and upstairs residence were exactly as pictured, clean, and stocked with amenities. The apartments are right on the Main Street, walking distance to the beach and surrounded by excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. The upstairs patio allows you take part in the local color of the town but also feels like a private sanctuary. A/C, fans, and sound machines make sleeping easy and comfortable. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We had a great stay... right in the middle of all the action. But even with a band a block away the noise was manageable... but you are in the middle of the hubub and close to all the bars, restaurants, shopping, and beach. The deck was a great place to hang and watch San Pancho go by. On the second night the power shut off on us... the hosts were very accommodating and found us suites at a very nice hotel less than a block away. It was really nice and they were very easy about it, including making it two suites on request. turns out the issue was the power company not the host and power was back on the next day. So thumbs up for making what could have been a bad situation, just fine in the end. I highly recommend the rental.

Andrew's place is great! Super easy to walk around town and soak in the San Pancho vibes. We loved being able to hang out on the porch and hear the music from the street. The backyard shower outside was sweet and it is an easy walk to the beach. Andrew clearly communicated what to expect being in the middle of everything on a weekend night. The white noise machines worked amazingly well and we slept fine once we were ready for bed. We travelled with three adult kids and it was great that everyone could come and go independently without need for a car.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay! We spent a week here in San Pancho. The town is delightful, small, walkable. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. It worked really well with kids - plenty of space for four of us. The upstairs unit has a full bed and bunk beds. A couple nights and most mornings we enjoyed meals out on the porch, listening to live music on the street beneath. The noise… weekend nights was pretty intense. Weekday evenings weren’t as loud nor as late. At bedtime we shut the windows and ran the AC which helped a lot. It’s a great lively atmosphere right in the heart of town.

What a great location! Our small group absolutely loved waking up and meandering to the beach every day from this sweet little treehouse. As the other reviews mention the street noises can be a little loud on weekend nights but the white noise machine provided drowned it out just fine. The pool, backyard, and upstairs patio were perfect for relaxing and reading books and all of the restaurants were fantastic. Would love to come back next year!
