We really enjoyed this accommodation, which is a palapa. First of all, the contact with Laura went very well in terms of communication and friendliness. It's really nice. During our 5 days, we had one day of rain and thunderstorms, but we had a relaxing time watching the rain fall and listening to the thunder. The accommodation is within walking distance of many restaurants and a 5-minute walk from the beach. On site you have everything to enjoy your vacation: beach chairs and umbrellas, and a rain umbrella if it rains. What more could you ask for to have a great time with your loved ones? If we have to come back to San Pancho, we will definitely come back to this palapa. I recommend it, and you can go there without so much as a second thought.

We loved staying there. Yes the noise could be intense but we enjoyed the diversity of rap, instrumental, techno, folk, etc. all from our balcony. We enjoyed our visiting cats, squirrels and doves. All were welcome. SP has some great restaurants with our favorites being Su Pancha Madre (best mole), Barracuda and Ikan. We always take kids books for EntreAmigos, a very special place. Thank you, Andrew!

This was such a great place to stay for the week. Right in the heart of everything, we had front row seats to watch street performers and the world go by from the comfort of home. As can be expected, there was noise but every accommodation was made to block it out while sleeping (sound machines, ear plugs etc). Our kids had a blast, being so close to the beach and it was so helpful to have umbrellas and chairs to borrow. Everything was so well thought out and Laura’s responsiveness and helpfulness in communication was second to none…it really felt like we were being hosted.

This palapa was great! Street noise quieted down by ~11pm every night which was fine for us. The rooster(s) would wake us in the morning. The location was awesome being so close to the beach. The best part was all the beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided. Those were awesome! Would stay again

The palapa is amazing. Spent lots of time on the balcony. Loved being in the center of all the action. Really appreciated the chairs and lots of Turkish Towels for the beach. the live music from the Gypsy was lovely. There is a lot of bass from the disco/ dance club & it's loud. Nobody's saying it's not, but it didnt keep me awake & just sort of added to the vacation vibe. Laura who handles communication is lovely and so quick to answer any inquiry. I fell in love with San Pancho!

The good: This place is so beautiful! The palapa roof and glass wall are stunning. The location is unbeatable for convenience - being so central means you can pop in and out all day for quick trips to food or coffee or the beach. (Coffee and grocery and bars and food and ice cream all within 1 block!) The music nearby doesn’t turn off until 12-1 but we loved being able to hear night life without staying out late since we have little kids. The white noise machines and provided earplugs are more than sufficient for great sleep and the kids were unbothered. The AC in the bedrooms works well. Plenty of fans. Hot water and shower were lovely. Mid-visit housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning up our toddler clutter. Less good: The squirrels are intense! And boldly unafraid of you. They run along the low rafters above the living area and pull apart the palapa, one was digging into the top of the fan and it seemed every day there were 20 new pieces of roof material fallen from their antics

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. The house was spectacular! Close to the beach and all local amenities. It has everything you need for a big group or a small one. I will say you must watch out for the gang of squirrels that come around throughout the day! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore or relax in San Pancho.

It was a beautiful house in a great location. The palapa was amazing! Getting into the house was interesting. It took us some time to figure out a routine for the keys and codes. With the great location you also get the noise. It’s really loud on weekends. The main street doesn’t quiet down until after 1am. The A/C units upstairs work incredible but the unit downstairs doesn’t and it was hard to sleep at night. The fridge downstairs doesn’t work well either. There is also a taxi service located right outside the entrance to the house so you have people sitting on the edge of garden frequently. But overall it was a fun place to stay and the owners were really helpful and accommodating.

The house was perfect for our part of 6. We loved sitting on the front deck to have our coffee. The pool was nice and refreshing and the beach chairs and I’m umbrellas were appreciated. Overall the space was comfortable, inviting and had everything we needed. Would love to come back.

Great place to stay. You absolutely must be comfortable with the music in the streets at night (though they give you lots of things to help), but it's just such a perfect home with a great feel and location.
