The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was impressive — from fresh towels and clean linens to thoughtful touches like local coffee and helpful guides to the area. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, delicious restaurants, and just a short walk (or drive) to the beach. I always felt safe in the neighborhood, and it was the ideal base for exploring everything the area had to offer. The host was outstanding — responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. The place was just like the photos and it had lots of space for all of us (we were 9 people and 1 dog). The pool was a bit too hot, mostly because of the weather, but it was clean and nice, also the garden space was amazing. We were also able to see different exotic animals which was beautiful. The property was a bit far from downtown playa del Carmen but it was perfect for us cause we wanted a relaxing place. Would recommend having a car if you’ll be staying there cause you will need it! Overall great experience and we’ll come back next time!

The place is very nice, you feel at home, it is in a very safe and quiet area, it is just like the description and the photos, there is a Gomart nearby, but also a Walmart, Fifth Avenue is very close, in general you have everything at hand and you get there very quickly, I would definitely go back to this place.

This house is very large, very nice, very safe, has guard in the entrance 24/7, very good location 7 minutes from Waltmart 3 minutes from the Seven has a public beach behind the location in 3 minutes you arrive, tube a problem I stay outside the house and Gerardo I replied in seconds, in 5 minutes or less there was a maintenance person helping me. If you go as a large family this house is ideal for you, 5 stars!! I would certainly stay here again if I need one day!! Thank you for everything Gerardo!!

Gerardo's attention since I started clearing doubts before booking was great, before and during my arrival he was friendly and super attentive. The house is perfect for groups Large, beautiful, modern comfortable, despite the fact that Playa del Carmen is an area full of greenery, insects, etc; you can see that part is certainly super cared for since we do not find insects inside the house. My only suggestion would be that downstairs an air conditioning is not available as it is large the PB But really the stay was very pleasant

It was perfect for me and my family, very spacious. Each room has a bathroom and you don't have to organize to see who bathes first and the kitchen is super spacious and has everything you need. I loved the accommodation and the very quiet area and the 24-hour supermarket is 5 minutes away

Stay here!!! This place is amazing! We loved it so much. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much larger than I expected. Spacious and comfortable. I stayed here with my family of seven, five kids, we were in the Cancun area for eight days and stayed in Cancun, Playa, Tulum, etc. This was by far everyone’s favorite place! Here are things that might be helpful to know as a potential guest: the fridge was top of line and worked great, the washer and dryer also were really nice and worked perfectly, there are nice showers and toilets and bathrooms and large closets in every single room!, there was shampoo and soap in every bathroom, great a/c units, it was right off of a main road that basically leads to anywhere we wanted to go like Xplor, Cenote Azul, etc., the gated community felt so safe! - there was someone at the check-in booth checking us to make sure we were supposed to be there every time. Thank you! 😊

He was always attentive, he resolved the issues we encountered immediately and the availability of several communication methods was great...

This home was as described. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms and half a bath downstairs it came with everything you needed. Security entrance and there was plenty to do on the island and nearby. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Place is easy to find when driving into Playa del Carmen. Plenty of space for a big group. Gerardo was always available and quick to respond to my questions!

Our stay at this place was an amazing experience! My kids words were, “we love this place because it’s spacious, has a pool, a big backyard, the bathrooms are nice, it has AC and WiFi!“ Overall I loved it too! It was clean, felt secure, and had plenary of room to spend time with the whole family. We all liked the open concept of the house! Gerardo our host was awesome!

very fast and responsive, answered messages right away as well as helping me start the gas oven. Beautiful clean home, will definitely book again. Only thing that id mention is that there was an ant infestation, found tiny ants everywhere in the home, so I would recommend to not leave food out or luggage open. Was mostly on main floor and the 2 further bathrooms upstairs.

Great place for a large group and absolute great value-for-price! Gerardo is a great host - super friendly, available and extremely helpful when we needed a bit of flexibility for our check-ins in the middle of the night! The house is generally amazing and exactly what we needed - the several rooms incl. ensuite bathrooms as well as the large living space and kitchen were perfect for us! One has to say that the house is still very modern but needs some repairs on door-handles, water-taps, etc...but everything still in an acceptable shape. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well equipped at the time of our stay making it a bit difficult to easily prepare our meals and drinks (e.g. essentials as glasses, cooking pots / pans, bottle-opener, etc.). Furthermore, we did not have any "real" blankets / bed-sheets but here again I really have to call-out Gerardo's support who was extremely helpful to quickly provide what was needed. Overall a 4.5+ out of 5! ;-) Thanks again Gerardo!!!

Great place to stay, super spacious. It’s missing some pots and pana but we made it work. There is a supermarket nearby and your close to all the main attractions in Playa del Carmen and Tulum

It is a nice house, with enough space, nice and close to all the attractions of the Xcaret group and Playa del Carmen; it is in a quiet area. Gerardo was always there for us. I would highly recommend their place and when I come back I will surely stay there again.

Honestly, it was a unique and unforgettable experience that was great. The house is beautiful, as the photos say, barely according to the guests we were, very fascinated by everything, I would not think twice to return, the host Gerardo was very attentive, kind and answered me at the moment.
