Gerardo assisted us as we needed more towels and toilet paper and our hot water was not working but he fixed it as soon as possible. House is very spacious , we enjoyed

Unfortunately my review can't be good, we found the house had not been cleaned, the door windows facing the pool were dirty, and we couldn't open it, the flat without mopping, dust in the dining room lamps. The beds only had the cover and the comforter upstairs, no sheets, there were no pillows, just the quilt matching cushions. In the bathrooms there were no hand towels, no paper. In one bathroom there was only half door in the shower. The boiler was not working. The gas was finished. Gerardo was very kind to go about solving everything, but I think he had to check that it was livable and clean the house before our arrival and avoid all those details and the discomforts it caused us. Too bad, because the house is nice, but it needs a lot of maintenance.
