Excellent property in private area and very well located just steps from the beach, the area is very safe and has 24 hour surveillance. The pools are very nice and has a very good restaurant 100 meters away from the house facing the sea. The house is very comfortable and spacious, it was a family walk and we were 15 very comfortable people.

Pita’s place was a great stayed. We enjoy the house as much as the beach and the amenities, Pita and her husband were very prompt to respond to any of my needs. I recommend this place for an excellent family vacation!

The house is just like what you see in the photos! This is super spacious, the house and the dirty terrace to enjoy every night! The hosts are super attentive to what we were offered! Excellent treatment! The Luxury Location! The beach is just a few steps away!

Everything is very good

Beautiful house with white water views of playa bruja. The house has a good layout and is perfect for a group of friends or a family. The infinity pool overlooks the beach too, and you can order food and drinks from the restaurant next door. I will definitely stay at this house again next time I return to Mazatlan.

This house is beautiful! The hosts are very responsive and kind. Great location!! It is only 2 minute walk away to an amazing seafood restaurant called Mr. Lionso. Just outside of the private residential resort is an oxxo (convenience store) and flee market. The beach is beautiful and clean. There are 2 lovely community pools for use as well. Everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating. We love Mazatlan!! Thank you Pita and Hector!!!!

The house is incredibly beautiful, and its terrace is spectacular, with a beautiful view. Everything was super clean, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was super well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Shopping and dining options are very close by. And Pita was super approachable, always attentive and helping us with everything. We were delighted with the stay.

The bedrooms are very spacious and very comfortable. All areas are very spacious. We really liked the terrace; the view of the sunsets is spectacular.

The house is great the attention of the very good host the location is great you go straight to the beach with a pool.

We had a great time at Mary's house! The house has four bedrooms; the one downstairs and two upstairs have a wonderful ocean view. The house has a washer and dryer, which were very useful to us during our stay. The pools in the residential development were not crowded at all, except on Saturday; the rest of the days, they had the right number of people. Right next to the clubhouse is a restaurant, and one of their staff can take your order and bring your food to your table, which is ideal when you're a bit far from restaurants. Outside the residential complex, you can also find convenience stores and a café that serves breakfast and lunch. As for our host, she was always very responsive to our messages, giving us recommendations on places to eat, and even providing us with bottled water upon our arrival. I highly recommend staying here!

The house is within walking distance of the beach; it is located in a private area, which makes it very safe. Mary was always attentive to everything. The house is in very good condition, clean, spacious, and very beautiful. We absolutely loved spending our vacation at this house!
