Excellent welcome, the house is super clean, the host is very friendly, the house has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days.

We didn't have a good experience overall, the house needs a lot of maintenance. The mini-split in the living/dining room didn't work, a shower was clogged and the water leaked into the shower in the downstairs bathroom, one of the bedroom TVs had no signal, the dining room chairs were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the house was poor. The value for money is not adequate.

The house is awesome. Hector, Pita’s husband is awesome he answered all our questions. Due to the rain we had internet connection issues and Hector had a tech resolve the issue ASAP. Overall great house and host.

Excellent property in private area and very well located just steps from the beach, the area is very safe and has 24 hour surveillance. The pools are very nice and has a very good restaurant 100 meters away from the house facing the sea. The house is very comfortable and spacious, it was a family walk and we were 15 very comfortable people.

Very nice place, excellent location, you should just report that there is a construction that generates a lot of dust from the house and that the noise with the neighbors is too much with daily parties.

Pita’s place was a great stayed. We enjoy the house as much as the beach and the amenities, Pita and her husband were very prompt to respond to any of my needs. I recommend this place for an excellent family vacation!
