Our group of 10 adults and 2 infants stayed for the week for a family vacation. Start to finish we felt right at home. All the staff (Mauro, Manuel, Martin, Christopher, Claudia, Lorena, and German) were wonderful. So nice to talk to, easy to deal with, and treated us like gold. We decided to have the chef's service for breakfast and dinner and it was just perfect. People are still talking about the corn soup and French toast! What I enjoyed most about this was how you could tailor the stay for however you'd like it. Some of us decided to stay at the villa to lounge in the pool, play billiards, and nap, while others went into Puerto Vallarta to go to the beach, do some shopping, and take in the sites. The villa is 25ish minutes from PV, and we never had an issue Ubering there/back. The beach nearby is small and there was construction ongoing. Shoutout to Alejandra for organizing the massages, mariachi band, the meals, and helping to make the stay memorable! Trip of a lifetime.

We had such an amazing stay at Ana’s. Her manager was very helpful. The house was clean, beautiful and perfectly spacious for our 12 people. Tacos down the road, beach down the road, perfect pool and game room for the heat of the day!! My son cried when we had to leave. I highly recommend! Get ready for some good stair workouts too!!

My family and I had an exceptional stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, and offered a variety of entertaining amenities. The house location, just a short walk from the beach as it was described, offered privacy while also providing breathtaking views. I want to emphasize about the staff; they were phenomenal since the arrival to the last hour in the house. I want to congratulate Roberto, Tony and Mauro for the incredible food and drinks that they prepare for us. We visited few restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and never found better food and service that they gave to us, you guys exceeded our expectation big time, thank you very much one more time. Also, I can't forget Alejandra, she was always there for us, willing to help, with great knowledge of Puerto Vallarta and perfect sense on how to address your needs. Thanks to you too. We had one of the most amazing times of our live and can't wait to return soon.

Just had a great stay at Ana's place. The team was great. Chef Ivan prepared us great meals, Claudia and the cleaning crew kept everything tip top, and Alejandra was always available to us for any issues, transportation, and everything else we needed. Thank you Ana and thank you to your wonderful staff.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was always spotless, the cleaning ladies did an amazing job throughout our visit. The location is perfect for privacy and relaxation, and it’s ideal for big families to enjoy together. The pool was fantastic, and the amenities made everything even more comfortable. Highly recommended! Alejandra was very helful and friendly when we needed her.

Amazing views, spacious rooms, and incredible staff! A special shoutout to Ale, who was incredibly detailed, organized, and kind, even with all the back-and-forth communication while planning for a large group. From bartender service to ride coordination, chef-prepared meals, and even grocery shopping—everything was handled with care and professionalism. We truly felt at home and completely comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for all the thought and effort poured into this experience. You made us fall in love with Puerto Vallarta. Very pleasant service people in general

Wonderful place and staff!! Had a blast celebrating my bachelorette! The view is amazing to look at especially during golden hour. Only 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach as well. One thing to note if taking uber xl, timing can be difficult as it is one way road into and out of mismaloya .

The house is beautiful, everything it offers and the photos are more than true, we were always in communication with Alejandra, an exceptional person, attentive to all our requests, doubts and whims, along with her entire work team (chef, waiters, cleaning ladies, etc.), Ale thank you very much for all your attention, we will surely be back very soon!!

We had an Amazing Stay. Our Concierge Alejandra was extremely helpful. We loved the welcome drink and snacks . Chef Robert and Javi were absolutely fantastic. I definitely recommend getting meals prepared. You get that resort treatment in your own private home with the chef Robert meals , Drinks prepared by Javi and daily maid service. My Family of 10 were very comfortable, ages ranged from 18 to 65. The heated pool was a nice touch as well . Definitely get as much coordinated with the concierge, it made everything so smooth from car service , restaurant recommendations , Excursions , in home massages etc. when we come back , we will definitely stay here again

Ana’s place is a tropical paradise! You won’t be disappointed staying here. Everything is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group of 7 (two families of 4 adults and 3 kids in their teen/tween years). We could easily have had another family join us. About a 20min drive to PV and a short walk down the stairs to the beach in Mismaloya. The location was a good balance of close to the hustle bustle and peace and quiet. Having a chef arranged through Alejandra was a wonderful bonus so no one felt like they were cooking or cleaning all the time during vacay. Lots of big iguanas outside sunning themselves. Some geckos inside the house and lots and lots of whales to see while hanging out poolside. Definitely planning a trip to stay again. Hop to it and enjoy your stay at Ana’s too!

We rentel this beautiful villa for some of our wedding guests and they were so happy lodging there. Wonderful villa, staff and concierge. Totally recommended.

This villa is spectacular, amazing views, super spacious (5 floors all together) which gives tons of privacy to all guests, and the location is GREAT if you’re looking for a more relaxing vibe rather than a party one. It was 6 of us celebrating my birthday and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The villa is well equipped with an infinity pool, games, tons of entertainment and beach chairs for when hitting the beach. They offer a chef option which is a nice touch to add to the experience plus getting massages onsite - that’s a MUST! Thanks to Alejandra the property manager for coordinating it all for us. The staff was incredible from the cleaning ladies which were beyond helpful and courteous, to Antonio our server, Jose the Sous chef and Ingrid, Ismael and Ignacio which were our chefs during our stay. If you’re afraid of insects prepare yourself for it and uninvited guests aka big black spiders and snakes…technically that’s their habitat but just be prepared. We’ll be back!

stunning, exceeded expectations. i was looking for a luxury house for a group of 9 women in our late 30s. i was also comparing houses at places like Inspirato. the combination of the house itself with the staff, chef, masseuses and concierge felt high end. views were even better than photos depicted. the sun sets directly in front of the house (at least in november). every room was huge with spectacular bathrooms and AC. the pool itself was warmed so we could get in it at all hours comfortably. also the common area was open and large enough for my group to eat dinners all seated at the dining table and outdoor table for breakfast. location is slightly tricky at the very end, but its all within a gated community that has a code to get in. we felt totally safe. was easiest to get around with sprinter vans for the whole group.

A stunning place, super comfortable and modern (with an incredible view). We got the chef service and it was AMAZING - 5 stars. Highly recommend.

The Castelli home was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. The views from the infinity pool were breathtaking!! Can’t wait to return to this home next summer.

Great place if you’re traveling with a big group or family. Plenty of rooms and very spacious, the house has everything you can imagine. The Chef experience was also a great add to the house especially if you are traveling with children. We will be back! Big thank you to Ana and the staff.

Excellent accommodation! It met all our expectations

Wow I can't say enough good things about this airbnb. the photos dont do it justice. The space is beautiful, every single room had a great bathroom. The concierge service is necessary and affordable for big groups. They were able to take us to our destinations in one van (10 ppl) so it felt safe and convenient for our co-ed bach party. We did the breakfast service for two mornings and that alone was worth it because you didnt have to leave to find something to eat in the morning. Be aware that this is in the hills about a 25 min drive from the city so plan your meals accordingly. I would book this place again for SURE. I highly recommend.

This place is incredible and worth the price! My favorite part is the stairs that lead all the way down to the main road and give you access to the shops and beach! I would definitely come back

Great house and staff

The place was absolutely amazing! The staff (concierge, maids and chef) were absolutely amazing!!! Everything was exactly how we thought it would be. The only down side is that there is a busy road just outside and the trucks get loud (even inside the house) - but you can also hear the waves at night which was really nice. Overall an amazing place to stay!

Ale and the entire team that manages this home we’re fantastic to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful, views that can’t be beat. We spent the entire week swimming in the pool, overlooking the water. We also had the chef that they provided cook us two dinners, and they were probably the best meals we had. It was so nice to be able to swim and adventure and then come home to an incredible meal. I’d highly recommend this spot and really hope to be back some day! If you’re looking for a place about 45 minutes out of the hustle and bustle of PV, this is for you.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Everything was as described! The property was absolutely beautiful and was VERY WELL Stocked with everything you need! The Chef Ismael was stellar, food was amazing! Staff did an amazing job cleaning everyday as well. Definitely plan to use their car service to get on and off the property as it is not easily accessible to taxis. Ale was so amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed and even helped up plan our excursion. You can't go wrong with this place. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The house the location and the staff made our vacation top notch. Everything was exactly as stated and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was so relaxing and the views from each balcony truly Breathtaking. Alli was so kind and helpful each step of the way. Don't hesitate to rent this house it's worth every penny.

Ana’s place was gorgeous!!! We came for my bachelorette party and all the girls were in love with the view. The pool and view in the morning and during sunset was chefs kiss!! The place was spacious, the service was fantastic and everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had half the girls come on day 2, and they were able to the welcome margs and chips and salsa for day 2 as well! I wanted a place that was beautiful, spacious and had good lounging area for everyone to chat and the villa delivered on all these points. Also the staff went above and beyond when the girls requested for the place to be decorated with bach themes, and they delivered! The bartending and chef service was also very delicious, it made lounging around the villa very worth it. The one thing that could be better is that it’s about a 30 mins car ride to city center so plan the day accordingly! But concierge was very reachable and helped us set up transportation on the days we need

BOOK THIS PLACE! Its even better in person. The staff is outstanding, they accommodate 14 of us for a bachelorette party, they helped with transportation, set up yoga, had the groceries stocked, bartender and chef. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The hosts are really responsive and adjust to your needs! Excellent chef as well! Also the views are just amazing.

I had an amazing time surrounded by friends at this stay. The service was the best I've had in an Aribnb. The manager, the chef, the bartender, the maintenance and cleaning staff were all excellent and with impeccable service. Everyone was always very attentive to whatever we needed. The chef's food was phenomenal, delicious. The house and the view are beautiful. There's plenty of room in the house and several things to do nearby. It's definitely a highly recommended stay.

This villa is incredible!!! I will definitely rebook this place when I go back to Puerto Vallarta. Our host concierge, Alejandra, is the best! Took care of all our needs: shuttle transportation, groceries, and recommendations, even if it was last minute request. The chef's service was spectacular! We did not expect the food to be so fancy for every meal, especially breakfast, but it was so good. Thank you for having us!

We had a group of 12 for a double 30th birthday party and everyone had an incredible time. The house was immaculate, and the staff- Chef Ivan, Sobiko, and Silver made it the trip of a lifetime! Alejandra also helped us secure travel to and from the house, cake and decorations and a mariachi band for a birthday party, and much much more. Having the cleaning staff to do laundry each day was also an extra bonus. The photos do not do it justice! We made some incredible memories here, watched tons and tons of whales, iguanas, birds, and other animals. The beach and bars in Mismaloya are low key and perfect for getting some sand time in a relaxed environment. We hope to return here!

Very nice house. Lots to do inside. Lots of stairs - 4 stories. Street noise a bit intrusive especially as trucks went by. A very nice experience overall. Ana and staff were superb

An apartment to relax in the middle of nature, with incredible views and all the amenities, the attention of the staff was incredible at all times, I would definitely return and recommend everyone to book it

STOP LOOKING !! This is most definitely the place to stay Puerto Vallarta !! This house is breathtaking and exceeded my expectations. The house was super clean , the location was great, and the chiefs were top tier !! I am so glad we chose this location. I celebrated my birthday so everything I needed was provide and executed to PERFECTION!!!! The chef’s cooked us breakfast and dinner and was definitely worth it and delicious! They also made us freshly squeezed OJ! So good !!! The concierge Alejandra was sooo patient and did very good helping bring my vision to life!!! I booked a mariachi band to perform as we arrive and they were absolutely amazing, no exaggeration!!! I have never start at a better AIRBNB and I am well traveled. It is very spacious and my group of 6 had extra rooms. The house has surround sound even at the pool. The infinity pool is beautiful and the view is beyond beautiful! Need I say more ! THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!!
