The house was beautiful! It was spacious for a group of 12 ("queen" beds comfortably fit one person each). The chefs were amazing - not a single miss when it came to all the dishes. They were very accommodating if anyone had dietary restrictions. Our bartender was attentive and on top of it at all times! He was friendly and even packed us a "to go" cooler of drinks and food for our catamaran ride. The villa was a 15 minute walk from the beach and we were able to grab water taxis from the shore. Now for cons - The technology in the house is outdated - no bluetooth and the amplifier was hard to navigate. In addition, days and weeks leading up to the trip, communication was inconsistent. We had to follow up multiple times for confirmation or when info was requested, both through email and text. The weekend we were there, communication still wasn't as attentive as expected. We've stayed at other Airbnbs in the area and communication was a major pro; it fell short at this Airbnb.

Our group of 10 adults and 2 infants stayed for the week for a family vacation. Start to finish we felt right at home. All the staff (Mauro, Manuel, Martin, Christopher, Claudia, Lorena, and German) were wonderful. So nice to talk to, easy to deal with, and treated us like gold. We decided to have the chef's service for breakfast and dinner and it was just perfect. People are still talking about the corn soup and French toast! What I enjoyed most about this was how you could tailor the stay for however you'd like it. Some of us decided to stay at the villa to lounge in the pool, play billiards, and nap, while others went into Puerto Vallarta to go to the beach, do some shopping, and take in the sites. The villa is 25ish minutes from PV, and we never had an issue Ubering there/back. The beach nearby is small and there was construction ongoing. Shoutout to Alejandra for organizing the massages, mariachi band, the meals, and helping to make the stay memorable! Trip of a lifetime.

The property itself was beautiful; but, we felt poorly accomodated as guests. We were instructed to communicate with a house manager (Alejandra) outside of the Airbnb platform via email/other apps, while responses from the actual hosts were slow or consistently redirected. We were unable to access the back gate for >1hr because it wouldn’t open. After notifying Ale, we were told the metal door expands in the heat and can get stuck, with no indication that this safety concern would be addressed. A camera was found inside the kitchen as well, raising privacy concerns. Additionally, a $750 security deposit was required outside of Airbnb, which was not clearly disclosed beforehand. We were later informed that $228 would be deducted because an appliance had been left on overnight, despite no damage occurring. The pricing and fees listed on Airbnb also did not align with what was communicated via email. Overall, the experience left us feeling financially taken advantage of and uncomfortable.

We had such an amazing stay at Ana’s. Her manager was very helpful. The house was clean, beautiful and perfectly spacious for our 12 people. Tacos down the road, beach down the road, perfect pool and game room for the heat of the day!! My son cried when we had to leave. I highly recommend! Get ready for some good stair workouts too!!

My family and I had an exceptional stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, and offered a variety of entertaining amenities. The house location, just a short walk from the beach as it was described, offered privacy while also providing breathtaking views. I want to emphasize about the staff; they were phenomenal since the arrival to the last hour in the house. I want to congratulate Roberto, Tony and Mauro for the incredible food and drinks that they prepare for us. We visited few restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and never found better food and service that they gave to us, you guys exceeded our expectation big time, thank you very much one more time. Also, I can't forget Alejandra, she was always there for us, willing to help, with great knowledge of Puerto Vallarta and perfect sense on how to address your needs. Thanks to you too. We had one of the most amazing times of our live and can't wait to return soon.

Just had a great stay at Ana's place. The team was great. Chef Ivan prepared us great meals, Claudia and the cleaning crew kept everything tip top, and Alejandra was always available to us for any issues, transportation, and everything else we needed. Thank you Ana and thank you to your wonderful staff.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was always spotless, the cleaning ladies did an amazing job throughout our visit. The location is perfect for privacy and relaxation, and it’s ideal for big families to enjoy together. The pool was fantastic, and the amenities made everything even more comfortable. Highly recommended! Alejandra was very helful and friendly when we needed her.

Amazing views, spacious rooms, and incredible staff! A special shoutout to Ale, who was incredibly detailed, organized, and kind, even with all the back-and-forth communication while planning for a large group. From bartender service to ride coordination, chef-prepared meals, and even grocery shopping—everything was handled with care and professionalism. We truly felt at home and completely comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for all the thought and effort poured into this experience. You made us fall in love with Puerto Vallarta. Will definitely be back ❣️
